I moved my mom in from a recent hospital stay. The entire process was made easy. I am so thankful they had an opening. The wide range of activities they offer is amazing. I am so happy with my decision.

Our mom settled in very well, and she was happy for the 7 months she was there. Ashton is a very welcoming place and the staff is very dedicated to the residents the caregivers are wonderful exhibiting kindness and patience to all. I would recommend Ashton to anyone looking for a happy new home for mom or dad.

Very informative all questions were answered thoroughly. Tour was very pleasant and was able to meet several residents and employees. Rate and features were well detailed. Packet given was very helpful.

What we like the most about Crown Pointe is the friendly people and there are a lot to do. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The price was more affordable and the location for us. Staff is very friendly and my in-laws are loving living there

Recently moved here and my husband and I are very happy staff is friendly, accommodating and makes everyone feel welcome. They all encourages you to ask questions. We have and they advise. Them in timely matter. Facility is budget, cheerful and welcoming.

For quality of care price points are comparable. As indicated they are exceptional. I actually ate dinner with my aunt her first night. Let the ratings speak for themselves.

Mom moved into Willow Grove of Sherwood (WGS) [date removed]. We reviewed, visited and received referrals from several of her friends. WGS was her first choice from the day she walked in, even before [name removed] gave us the $[removed] tour, LOL. This facility was bright and cheerful, nothing like the others we'd been to in the immediate area. What I noticed walking around was the people. All were smiling and truly seemed happy, or at least content. I introduced myself and asked them a few questions they all responded with nothing less than positive comments. If I'm being honest there were a few that wished the food was better. New Chef [name removed] has already begun to make some positive changes. Mom has had a few medical emergencies while living at WGS and the entire staff, led by [name removed] and [name removed] performed no less than Outstanding! They continue to exceed all our expectations with loving and caring attitudes. I've lived at WGS for approx. 2 wks, witnessed all the true love, caring and kindness.

Very helpful and friendly staff members at The Waterford at Thousand Oaks! Apartment sizes and amenities offered for residents are adequate.

I have toured this community and love each resident. Joyful, clearly can tell they are happy to be here. [name removed] and [name removed] are always welcoming. Plus, yum to the hand pies. Also, activities were poppin!!! We seen frisbee golf going on with Kingston and paradigm. Outstanding!

What we like the most about The Waterford is the people and the environment of the community. They are very nice and personable. When there was an issue they always reached out to us. When our parents were sick in the hospital they called every week to check on them. Very considerate!!

Everything at The Waterford at Westover Hills has been great and we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

A comment on the food while some of the items on the menu are not foods I like to eat the chef and his staff do a great job making alternate selection available. And I can find something that I enjoy. It's almost like having a meal with family.

I chose The Waterford at Fitchburg because it was a better fit for my parents across the board, assisted and independent living. They could have cats, they could stay together, etc. It is a really nice place, they are unlikely to be able to account for really high need patients

I was told I would need to move to senior living where I would have additional support. After research and a recommendation from a close friend, we set up a tour at The Lodge. I immediately knew I would be happy there and I was not wrong. Right away, staff and residents made me feel welcomed. Everyone is so friendly. It's a true community. Staff and residents look out for each other. You never feel alone. I appreciate that as it was not always the case before. The Lodge offers their residents support, healthy meals, activities and a clean place to call home. The meals are homemade, healthy and simply delicious. There are exercise classes and equipment, games and activities, ice cream socials and scheduled outings to name a few perks. You can join as many activities as you would like with no pressure. I am now a part of this wonderful community. I have made new friends, tried new foods I may not have before and have enjoyed social activities. I recommend The Lodge without hesitation!

They gave a thorough tour and were very helpful in getting my mom moved from her previous facility. Everything went very smoothly. They have plenty of stimuli and activities for the residents and really treat them with the dignity they deserve.
