Greenbriar has been such a jewel for our family. We love the personal connections, the sense of community, and the high standards they maintain for the staff and facilities. They work hard to include and engage the residents in all aspects and they address any issues in a timely manner. I have spent significant time at Greenbriar since my mom moved in 6 years ago. We have also experienced several other facilities, so we have a solid frame of reference for our experience. The management team is responsive and keeps us informed. We have been consistently pleased with the environment and the services provided. I highly recommend Greenbriar Assisted Living.

I moved into West Shores several months ago. I have found nothing but more generous and friendly people to enjoy, visit with, and join in activities. I love it here and never regret my move here! I love transportation team.

We recently toured this facility not realizing that it was a private pay facility. With that said, the Sales Director went Above & Beyond to help us with many resources. [name removed] is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you for taking the time to hear about our mom & helping guide us in the direction that we needed. Top notch-Customer Service!!!!

Honestly, I would give them a 5 in each category. It is not the fanciest or newest facility we visited, but for the money they are very clean, very friendly, and everyone truly seems to care about the residents. My father has gained weight since he has been there which is a huge relief! My father and our family are really happy with Georgetown Place!

I have toured this community, and it is beautiful. I really liked the garden and the activities that were going on. The dining room was very nice with tons to offer. When I came, I watched the residents decorate sugar cookies and loved how involved everyone was. I would recommend West Shores to anyone not just for the amenities but for the fun activities I witnessed.

The staff is amazing! They are very friendly and care about the residents. They always put the residents care on top of their priority list. I would recommend rose arbor for anyone looking for assisted living or memory care.

If you cant live at home this is where you should be. My wife and I moved here on [date removed] she needed assisted care. The DON at the time helped a lot to get on long term insurance and assisted living accomplished. All of the employees are really good and have not seen anyone even act like they dont want to help when you ask them to do something.

My mother-in-law lived here for the last 4.5 years of her live and she loved it. The staff treated her like family, she had a lovely apartment with bird feeders outside her window, and she talked often about how good the food was. She had a group of table mates in the dining room and they thoroughly enjoyed each other’s company. Whenever I was there, it was such a relaxed atmosphere. The addition of assisted living services allowed her to have some independence while also giving us the comfort of knowing she was getting the care she needed. Knowing how much she loved it there gave us peace of mind. That is truly what is most important.

I showed up at Willow Grove without an appointment, asking for a tour of the facility and was warmly welcomed. Willow Grove is very clean, attractive and has a bright and pleasant feel. Residents were actively participating in worship services, games and more. The staff made every effort to make my mother comfortable and feel at home. They were very helpful to me in this time of transition. I can’t say enough about [names removed] and all the staff. Her caregiver [name removed] works tirelessly to encourage and assist my mother in changing, bathing, dressing and her daily routine. I communicate with them weekly since I live out of town. They help me coordinate all my mother’s medical needs and keep me up to date on her activities. It is a huge relief to know my mother is taken care of in a clean, caring environment when I can't be with her. I highly recommend Willow Grove of Sherwood and wouldn't want her to live anywhere else.

Employees have been very helpful. Residents are very friendly, and the building is in good condition. The move in process was smooth and easy. I not only received a tour before moving in but I did after moving in. I love West Shores.

Very well exceptional! The staff is friendly and helpful with my husband and myself. I enjoy the amenities. I would like to see the new bus for West Shores and hopes to get a new vehicle. The food is good the grounds are well kept.

My husband was so very well cared for and I checked other places and was and am most impressed with the care provided here as well as the friendliness of the staff and residents. I love that it is a pet friendly community.

I like the friends I’ve made here and their sense of humor. We have a lot of fun and laughter here especially at meal times! The shuttle bus is good but could use more hours and days but the driver is excellent

My mother has been living in The Jefferson/Middleton Crossings (the name has changed over the years) for the past 15 years, and it has truly become her home. The staff is not only professional but also kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Over the years, we’ve seen them go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and supported. There’s always something going on—fun activities, social gatherings, fitness classes, and games—that keep her engaged and happy. The community is vibrant and welcoming, and it’s clear that the team works hard to foster an environment where seniors can thrive independently while still having help nearby if needed. We’re grateful for the peace of mind that comes with knowing she’s in a place where she’s not just cared for but truly cared about.

I attended a networking event put on by the sales director and could not have turned out better! I got to meet and speak with a wide ranging network of folks in the industry . Feeling was very welcoming and relaxed. Afterwards chatted with residents who had good things to say and lots of positive vibes. All around good energy. The facilities are clean, bright and the staff is refreshingly friendly and. This community comes complete with some tasteful decor. Learned they host a variety of fun events most days of the week. would definitely recommend! Even a visit and or tour! five stars. For sure

The residents here are very good people some people here need no help, some need more help. I am "Assisted" living and my husband is "Independent so that really works for us! Staff are always willing to help, and they respond quickly. No complaints about the food. "The Bistro" dining room is nice. I enjoy the smaller room at The Bistro with the windows overlooking the woods view. Also, I live the porch on the apartment to sit out there during summer is wonderful.

I am glad we came when we did! My health has gone down faster than expected and it has been great having support from staff and new friendship. The fitness program gives me exercise I would NOT have overwise. I like the walking path that hoes around the building. Our room has a porch on the apartment. We will sit on. It is great to have the food taken care of for us, and its good food! As we age at Brookview. They take care of things we can no longer do. For instance driving to the grocery store church service on site and dining room onsite. I only wish the dining room was quieter.

My Mother has made friends and she enjoys the activities. Bingo, Church etc… The open feeling of the facility makes a big difference also. My Mother is able to get her hair done there, and she enjoys that a good deal. She has bird feeders outside her window. She enjoys keeping up with the birds. She enjoys having her own place. We bring her to my house fairly often and take her to eat at Restaurants on occasion. Relatives have gone to bingo with her and also to church. On an occasion some of us also dine with her at the restaurant.

This place has been a God send. My brother is blind, and lived a very solitary existence. Now, he has friends, they go out to eat and shop and do fun things. They have all adopted me, too! Couldn't have found a better fit for what we needed. [name removed] has a small one bedroom, too small for me, but perfect for him. They have larger ones that are better, but of course, more expensive. He has everything he needs. And it's all newly remodeled. For me, added bonus... my house is less than a mile away, so easy for me to run in and out most days. Highly recommend for anyone with some disability yet totally independent. It truly is like a family.
