First walking in, administration and staff was very friendly and welcoming. The staff and facility has a very warm and home type of feel. The fire place was lit and residents seemed to be enjoying a nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend and trust southern meadows with a loved one.

I have been a caregiver all my life and have worked in various nursing homes and assisted livings over the years, but I just recently had to move my own mother in. I was finally the family member on the other side. I can tell the team here cares for my mom since I know the heart it takes. Our move was easy and so far we are very happy with our decision.

I came to this community to visit by brother for the holidays and I was very happy to see that he is happy here and this facility. It has been a struggle to find placement for him and now that he happy I feel a lot better about him being in a facility.

I am highly impressed with this community. They are very friendly and inviting. Always lots to do and events going on. The staff there know their residents so well and are always looking out for their well being. If you are looking for a great community and still have your independence I would recommend them.

The Waterford has been nothing but helpful ever since my mom came here. The staff have been very welcoming and I’m very happy that we chose the Waterford. Mom loves interacting with the other residents in activities and I’m so happy that she is also happy here.

The community was clean, staff was very friendly. I feel this would be a good fit for me very soon. Dining room was very well presented. The halls smelled clean. Activity calendar was posted in a common area with print large enough I could read and looked like there were many fun things to do there.

This community is wonderful place. It is warm and inviting, they always have events going on and the team is top notch. It speaks volume that some of their staff have been there for years. Go visit them if you are considering a senior living community for yourself or anyone else.

Toured facility, very impressed. Staff were so friendly and informative, they answered all of my many questions. Great “at home” feeling. Certainly will consider The Addison when it’s time to seek a new home for my loved one.

I came in looking for a future home for my grandmother, I was met by a warm welcoming staff that was very helpful! Each employee I encountered had a smile and welcomed me. Great, modern building with a very friendly staff. They truly care about the residents and do a great job of providing activities to keep them social and active. They are in a great location to get residents to their doctor appointments and other places in town. They also have a nice cafeteria.

I have a friend at the Addison Of Florence and I am extremely pleased with her care. The facility is clean and feels welcoming. The food is delicious. The staff is always willing to help. It makes me really happy to know that she is taken care of and that she’s happy.

Walked in to visit and was immediately greeted by a lovely lady who was helpful with my questions. The Christmas decor was beautiful! The residents were enjoying live music by a gentleman and many were singing and some up dancing. This is where the party is! Visited with my relative and she was extremely happy living there and said everyone was just like family and she was so happy to be there. The place was so clean too. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this community is for my relative. Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy! What a great place!!!

I came on a tour for my mother and was very impressed with the staff, the food and the environment. Definition my first choice for my mother. I intend to bring my mother for a tour for herself. A comfort atmosphere for sure.

We recently toured Crown Pointe, and found it compl alive with activities and decorated beautifully for the holidays. We will be scheduling a lunch tour with my loved one to check out the good. Staff very pleasant

I like The Oaks because there is so many people here that care about you. I have made some great friends while living here. The staff is always so friendly and always do their best for the residents. There are many different things that The Oaks has to offer the residents too.

The environment at The Oaks at Plainfield is very pleasant and comfortable. The staff is very happy and caring about the community and the residents. The whole picture of this community is very pleasant!
