I looked at several places before coming to Brookview Meadows. When I came to check out Brookview Meadows. I felt immediately that this was the place for me it felt like home. I am very happy here. The friendliness of the staff and resident the many activities. I would recommend it.

[name removed] sent me a list to choose from a couple years back, I called five, visited 3, Chose Harrison. Mom has been there for year and a half. After some hospital says recently , her doc referred her to a Nursing facility for rehab. I went in next morning to that facility and "broke her out" and took her back to harrison. Nursing staff very helpful.

Staff is dedicated to the care of its residents. Excellent communication between staff, residents and family members. Any questions or concerns are answered quickly and addressed. Variety of activities for residents to help keep them feel engaged and valued.

We were incredibly fortunate to have been able to get our mom into The Harrison. She had been exhibiting more signs of dementia and memory loss that we could no longer keep her at home. After touring several places, we feel very, very lucky that The Harrison was where we ended up choosing. The entire staff has always been very helpful and as accommodating as possible. In addition, the facility is a very pretty and clean facility. We appreciate and feel confident and safe in all that The Harrison does for our mom.

I love it here I been here over a year the staff here is amazing they are a part of my family the food here is amazing the kitchen staff is great friendly and helpful the place is clean at all times housekeeping is amazing keep rooms and laundry done in a timely manner

We moved here in December and love our 1 bedroom apartment! It is extremely quiet and comfortable! The staff here at Waterford is very friendly and helpful! We have an Activity Director that keeps us busy with lots of games, shopping, entertainers, going to outside events such as baseball games, casinos, Symphony and many more to mention ! We have a great chef and delicious food. If anyone is looking for an Independant Living Complex I highly recommend Waterford as the best, you will find!

This community is everything I could have wished for and more. I love the various activities offered like exercise, outdoor walks, bingo and various arts and crafts. My favorite activity is our happy hour Fridays. We always have good food and music that issue to have you up and dancing. I enjoy the outdoor walking path that circle the community. The location is conveniently located to various restaurants and shopping centers. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Thank you for the care and love you are showing to our mother and to our whole family. The staff is so accommodating when we wont to join our mom for a delicious meal here. It means the world to us. They help us and our mom figure out " Next steps to keep her comfortable.

My relative has lived at Summit Point for the last couple years in independent living. Before we decided on Summit Point, we had toured several other places as possible placements. Not only is staff at Summit Point very accommodating, they are also like family. The facility is always fresh smelling and very clean! I know my loved one is safe there. Food is… ok. Although there are some indoor activities, it would be very appreciated to have some activities outside the facility available ; field trips to the local park for a little fresh air, outdoor public events, restaurants, library … This is not currently offered. They do have transportation weekly to local grocery stores. Not everyone living there has transportation or even people that visit so.. some external outings would be welcomed !! There is transport there on Sundays to church. Our experience of Summit has been a good one. The staff has been accommodating and kind. We would recommend Summit highly..

The move to Waterford was the first move for my mom in over 50 years, the first time in any type of community living, and we had just lost my dad 2 months prior. I never once worried about mom due to the great communication from the staff and the overall feeling of community at The Waterford. Three years later I am still very happy with our choice! So many caring folks there and the community is beautiful!

My rating on all 8 categories is a 5+ The comments I offer for anyone considering Greenbriar Village is that all members of the Greenbriar staff seem to love their work, they are all competent in their field of expertise, they are responsive to every request of suggestion, they provide excellent care for the residents which makes family advocates confident that our loved ones are in good hands and we are able to relax, and everything is maintained well and all aspects of the experience are smooth. My positive review is also based upon experience at a previous facility where I sought help for my wife's dementia. That place was highly recommended and more expensive, but after several medical mistakes were made by that staff I sought a better solution and found Greenbriar. Just walking into the place I started seeing differences and have found all aspects of the experience there to be different and superior. I also can't overstate how helpful the Greenbriar staff has been to both of us and how much better my wife is doing.

My father has excelled mentally being a resident at Waterford. From the moment you walk into the doors of a very clean, decorated and friendly lobby to a gorgeous dining room with yummy food, you know you have set foot into the right door. My father lives in a studio apartment that has a nice kitchenette, living space, bathroom and a large closet. Everyone who works there treats my father so well and has gotten him out of his shell. He was very hesitant to move and has absolutely loved his experience so far. The residents have activities and get to go on trips. They also have fun events with delicious food and always welcome visitors. I highly recommend this beautiful place my dad calls home!

My experience at the Wellington has been excellent. It is a welcoming and friendly community. All the staff make it a point to get to know each resident by name. There are activities to participate in daily if you choose. I love many things at the Wellington but one thing that stands out is that in addition to having a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave; I have a washer and dryer right in my apartment. I am excited to tell my family and friends about the Wellington.

The staff was awesome! From the front desk to the PT department. Very friendly and a lot of fun. Mom did say the food could've been better. She enjoyed the activities such as when they'd bring in music.

From what I'm understanding, the guy who drives the bus to take them places isn't all that friendly. They have to fill out a form to go somewhere and if there's even one mistake, he kicks it back and isn't very friendly about it. I don't believe the housekeeping is up to par either, they are supposed to have light housekeeping in their rooms and I don't think much is done.

My Mom loves the Waterford at Ironbridge. She moved in two months ago, and she has been happy ever since. She is 84 and she lived alone for the last 18 years. Once she stopped driving, we knew she would need more social interaction. She certainly has that in spades at the Waterford. She loves the food, the apartment cleaning, the bingo and musical performances. She regrets not making this move sooner. From a daughter's perspective, the Waterford is bright, airy and very welcoming. The staff has been outstanding. We are very pleased with our decision.

Its the closest thing to home I can find. I love happy hour, they sure know how to keep us on our toes. I love all the activities we do, especially bingo and everything else. All the staff is real nice and they are always wanting to help.

Hello! My father has been here for a very long time and I couldnt imagine how I would of survived this long without the love and support from the community and staff at the Waterford. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure my dad is not only taken care of physically but emotionally and his wellbeing. He’s always been shy and not a socialist so to see him out and laughing and smiling is so special to me. Along with knowing hes being fed and cared for when i live so far and can not come as much as i would like to . Its been such a huge stress relief for me knowing hes safe and healthy. Most of all i can call any time and they will keep me updated on any situation i need to know. I can not thank them enough from the front desk to all the staff; the cleaning girls and especially their activities Director [name removed] she is absolutely amazing getting them motivated and involved in doing daily fun things! Their place is well taken care of and beautiful. I highly recommend coming here.

The Waterford is Our home now by [name removed] When I had complications from neck fusion surgery, I needed help to recover, care for my wife, who has memory issues and our 17-pound long haired dachshund. Our daughters investigated several options and recommended The Waterford at Ironbridge. We have been living here for the past seven months and have been satisfied with the care we receive and the many features. The staff here have been caring, respectful and responsive. Another resident, who has lived at other senior living facilities prior to The Waterford, told me recently, “The people here have their act together.” I agree. It seems to me that all the staff here, whether hospitality, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance or administration recognize that each of us residents have some kind of vulnerability and are working to minimize it. Services meet our needs. The Waterford does our laundry on a weekly basis. It is picked up, washed, dried, folded or hung and returned. Our

Felt good when I walked inside. Have lived here a year and it feels like home. The residents are friendly and the entire staff are amazing and very caring. Visited several other facilities and chose to make my home here.
