My mother in law is a Wynnfield Crossing resident. This experience has been wonderful for our family. The care team is just wonderful. The Resident Assistants treat her with the same care that our family would. They are very aware of physical and mental changes in the residents. They alerted us to changes in her behavior immediately when she became ill, allowing us to get medical care quickly. [name removed] has a wonderful administrative team as well.They are always willing to discuss ways to help and continue forward movement for the residents. Living out of state, this care has given us an incredible peace of mind. As far as I am concerned this facility deserves more that the allotted 5 stars. I can't recommend Wynnfield Crossing enough to others with senior family members needing a positive, active home with care and help.

I have been at The Waterford for one month and have found the staff in all areas go above & beyond. Staff is friendly towards everyone. The staff is always smiling and provide outstanding care. I have chosen The Waterford for the care and sweet staff.

Staff is really supportive and positive. The dining servers are attentive. There are a lot of opportunities to get engaged and connect with other people. I lived at a condo before I moved to the Waterford and did not have much social interaction. I enjoy connecting with other residents at programs and mealtime.

My mother is very content at The Harrison. She had some issues with the nursing staff that were addressed when [name removed] took over and now are resolved. My sister, my Mom, and I feel like like if there is a negative issue [name removed] will take care of it. The only on going issue is my Mom thinks the food is too fancy. She says she and some other residents would like more simple foods. I personally think everything served there sounds delicious, but my Mom and her generation were raised on and raised their families on basic dishes and would like to have those now. That being said it's not easy to please everyone and my Mom is well taken care of at the Harrison.

The facility and rooms are spacious and neat and clean. My Dad thrives their being around others. His favorite thing to do is sit on the front porch with others and enjoy the outdoor weather which is what he did at home every free moment he had. The staff, especially the activities director, is wonderful.

I give it a 5, I really like it here. Although, I believe it needs to be made clear that it is an Independent Living, not so much an Assisted Living. I enjoy the activities, the food is good and the workers are nice and friendly.

The staff and the maintenance are very attentive. The building I think is around 16 years old and it does show his age but it's clean and well kept.

Very helpful, explaining what the criteria was for an assisted living and finding a place that was the closest to us. They gave a lot of resources of facilities to pick from we were only interested in the places as closest to us.

When my family and friends saw the photographs I took they thought it looked like an expensive hotel. Both the staff and the residents are pleasant and willing to help in any way they can. The food is cooked by a chef and is consistently high quality. The facility is surrounded by trees and there is a walking path around the building. Unlike nursing homes which can often be noisy this place is quiet. There is an activities director who makes sure there is plenty to do. Residents are taken to medical appointments in a bus/wheelchair van. The rooms here are either solo or solo with a shared bathroom. I have been happy here so far.

We selected Crown Point not because it was the best of all the other ones, but it was close to my home which made it convenient for me to visit. The price was right and the staff was excellent. My Wife shared an apartment which made the cost more affordable. She and her roommate each had their own separate bedroom and separate bath and a large living room. I don't remember exact sizes of the rooms but they were nice sized.Had plenty of room in the bedroom for a chest of drawers, end table and lamp, her favorite rocking chair and a huge closet. It was really nice there. The living room was large enough to have a full-size couch +2 recliners and end tables and a large TV and cabinets for knick-knacks and kitchen sink and refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space. The living room also had room enough for a decent size round dining table.

My mom moved into The Harrison in [date removed] just months before COVID19 pretty much locked-down the facility for over a year. The management and workers did an amazing job keeping residents safe and well cared for throughout that event. Now, pretty much four years post lock down, the facility is thriving with normal activity. The new Executive Director has taken very positive steps in taking care of long deferred maintenance items, upgrading the WiFi throughout the facility and hiring capable and competent managers and staff. Mom continues to enjoy her residency there and we as her children are very happy with the care she receives.

Oh wow what can I say about this amazing property! I had my 86yo English Aunt there for over a year and the staff always showed companion. From my first visit touring this property I have always felt at ease. The staff stated in contact with me all the time. All the way up til her passing, even reaching out after her passing to make sure I was ok. Since that time we have moved my mom in and I can't say it enough how great full I am for The Harrison! How everyone on the staff shows mom and myself all the love! I just love walking through this property and having everyone speak and make sure not just mom is doing good but that I am also. I look forward to moving into The Harrison when and if I ever need this kind of facility.

My mother has been in Magnolia Trails (the memory care section) at the Waterford on Cooper for five years this June. I cannot thank the resident assistants and medical tech staff enough. I feel like they try to make sure the families feel at ease and really try to just help with some of the heavy lifting, so I can just be a daughter and not full time caregiver. The Magnolia Trails supervisor and staff have my phone number and if my mom needs anything or if there are any concerns, they are very good about reaching out to me. During the weekday, they do have daily activities and try to engage the residents. I really like that they try to find out special things about our love ones (e.g., like what were their hobbies, interests, etc.) and do little activities to reflect on those past experiences. For example, they found out that my mom loves dancing, so they are always playing music for her and trying to get her to dance. Thank you so much for taking care of our mom and keeping her safe!

All of the amenities are as expected, such as apartment, staff, food and activities. Meets our needs as our life necessities have changed. Very satisfied living here and the residents are very friendly.

We recently toured this community & our tour was top notch! The Admission gal was very professional & thorough. We have been to a lot of places looking for the perfect place for our mom to call home. When we are ready, (which will be soon) we will definitely be back. Thank you for being so kind & understanding. Also, we felt “NO PRESSURE “ here, unlike other facilities. See you soon!

I have lived in the Harrison since [date removed]. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. There are many activities and outings to occupy your time. I have since become the Resident Council President and work closely with Management and Residents. Management and Staff are a joy to work with, from our Director to Housekeeping and the Cafeteria, Maintenance and Medical and the Front Desk they provide Excellent Service. Wouldn't live any where else!!!

AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE AND THRIVE. MANAGEMENT WAS FRIENDLY... COURTEOUS... PROFESSIONAL... CARIBG AND CIMPASSIONATE AND ENSURED I GOT INTO AMBERLEIGH FOR IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY.

My mom was welcomed into The Addison with open arms, hugs, friendly smiles and by thoughtful, caring staff members. Her room was beautiful, large and very clean. The staff was helpful during the onboarding and move in process. The atmosphere was upbeat with helpful residents who all seemed happy and comfortable.

We stayed for 10 days in a furnished apartment. We were quite comfortable and participated in some of the planned activities.
