When residents are sick the staff is very attentive and do a great job. Staff is kind and curtious. Our Sales Director is a great example of good leadership. Our physician group is excellent, very attentive.

Our experience started when we walked in the front door! They had a sign welcoming our family to the facility. The gal at the front desk was very kind & promptly checked us in. We met with the Admission Director & she was very kind & knowledgeable. She answered our list of questions before we even had to ask them. We are in the beginning stages of looking for placement for our father. We did not feel pressured from a sales aspect at all while we were in this facility. When our tour was over, the sales director gave us a Takeaway gift. What a lovely touch this was in our eyes. When we went to the car, our mother even said how nice that was. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us and for the wonderful hospitality during our short visit.

To say this community is impeccable and amazing is an understatement. My mother previously lived here some years ago, so I was already familiar with the place. I dont have a single ounce of negativity to spill. From the staff to the grounds, to the amenities, to the accommodations and beyond, I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. You can't beat the location; I have everything I need, and within walking distance if need be. Everyone here is always willing to help lend a hand, I remember having contacting [name removed], the Executive Director, asking if my upcoming unit had a microwave included or if I needed to bring my own. Upon move in, I discovered that they installed a brand new microwave for me! The grounds are always well-maintained. The servers in the morning, and the housekeeping team do their jobs to the best of their ability and always with a smile.  They're all so full of life and it is very evident to me that this company truly cares about its employees and residents.

Our staff is great!! We love them and they love us! We get to go places, and have fun with our staff and other residents. When were out we see people who could use our services, so we always offer our services, and help pass out cards. So they have our number.

I would recommend the Memory Care for anyone in need. The staff are great.

Middleton Crossing is a good place to live. They have a lot of activities like playing cards, bingo, crafts, games, access to therapy, and help with medication management, etc., areas to walk, a library, a great staff (I don't know how they remember names). The food times and serving could use some tweaking. Good for most men, no cooking!

I love to walk, and having the trail so close is a big bonus. One of the best things about this place is the friendliness. I made a really good friend here right away, and she’s been checking up on me all day. That sense of connection is what really sets this place apart. I’ve been to a few other places, but none of them have the same atmosphere. When you walk in here, you immediately feel welcomed. The cute decorations on all the doors add such a nice touch, and the sales assistant even makes amazing door decor for new residents. What really surprised me, though, is how willing the staff is to help with literally anything. They go above and beyond, taking care of me in ways that are way beyond their duty. Location was also a huge deal for me. As I age, I don’t always remember everything, but knowing that everything I need is right around the corner is such a relief.

The staff has been nothing short of amazing. [name removed] and the housekeepers are so friendly and always willing to help. My living quarters are nice and cozy. I do wish they would offer some different options and bigger portions during the dining service.

I have confidence in the leaders of this building. They truly care about the residents. The building needs some updates, but overall it is a nice place. Very homey. Nice employees. Lots of activities offered in assisted living and in the memory care.

This place is okay, but let’s be honest – the staff is what really makes it worth sticking around. They actually care, which is rare. I sometimes like to pick on them a little, but honestly, they’re great at what they do. I came here because I didn’t want to cook anymore, and that’s been the best part. The staff makes it feel like home – even if I give them a hard time about it. They genuinely try to make it a comfortable place for everyone, and it’s nice knowing they actually enjoy being here too. I’ve known a lot of people who have lived here, and it turned out to be a great choice for me. Accessibility was a key factor, especially since I can’t do stairs anymore, and I found exactly what I needed. The fact that this community has 2 elevators was very appealing. I also got lucky with my tablemates – they’ve become like family. They’re so close-knit and truly look out for each other, so it’s tough when we lose someone. Another big plus is how close we are to Meijer. Sometimes it’s nice to just get away, and it's easy to do that whenever I need a break. Plus, I really appreciate having control over my own space. It’s been a solid fit for me.

From the moment of arrived at Middleton Crossing. I have been treated wonderful in every way and how comfortable at care feel here. The amenities are unless so I need not worry should I need help of any. Nature thanks to [name removed].

I think the people have been very friendly and are willing to help. I have made my own little friend group here. My friends always want to get me to meal service right away. The bingo is one of my favorite activities and I have not had one period of loneliness here. I love walking the building and grounds. [name removed] is amazing with activities and Luis is a man who gets everything done!

My experience here has been good. The staff has been good, they make sure I have everything I need. The neighbors are friendly, although I don't know all their names yet. I like that the area is quiet, and everyone here seems to enjoy themselves.

Breakfast is my favorite. The aides and whole staff is good. I really enjoy my room, I have a very large studio. I also like the residents! At meals I like that you can get substitutions.

The Harrison is outstanding! They treat their residents with care. The premises is very clean and welcoming. They provide a driver and transportation to doctor appointments and provide weekly trips to Walmart for the residents. They provide a variety of activities and social events the residents and even guests may attend. The Harrison is a very friendly community and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into assisted living! Gives everyone a peace of mind!??

We liked the facility's look and spacious room. Caregivers were nice and meals were fine. We did have to move our Mom to a gold level care center that accepts Medicaid because she ran out of money and couldn't stay at the original facility.

I have been associated with the Waterford at Mansfield for several years. The residents stay busy and enjoy their community. I see lots of smiles from everyone. This is a very upbeat facility. There is always something good!

Everything at The Waterford is excellent! The meals are excellent! The staff is excellent! We appreciate everything the staff does for my mother. I feel that this is a very good facility! My experience is excellent!

My family experience at The Waterford has been nothing short of extraordinary. We are truly blessed to have been accepted by this community to care for our mother. I have nothing but praise and thanks to the staff.
