Everyone is very nice here. I'm made some nice friends. I enjoy the activities especially bingo and music. The outside areas are wonderful.

A really nice place. Staff is very helpful and nice. Doctor is super nice and attentive. Beauty shop and on staff is a pediatric being in the facility is extremely helpful for residents. Would recommend to anyone looking for this kind of care.

Staff knows me and are very helpful and on top of any needs my parent needs. You can always find someone that will assist and help in any way. Very nice caring people.

Upon entering the community I was afraid I would not fit in. After a week I fit in like a glove! The staff was very friendly and helpful in all wages surrounding the community and the activities. I found 3 meals a day that I did not have to make

I came to tour North Pointe for my mother, who is getting close to needing a place to stay. The staff here were so friendly, the place smelled good and was very clean. North Pointe is at the top of my list.

So glad my grandmother is here.

As a healthcare worker coming into facilities can be a challenge to locate patients or encounter other staff. This facility has been so welcoming and kind, always smiling. The fellowship and level of involvement this facility has with residents is so special.

The facility is great the staff is always helpful. Everyone is willing to help when needed. We know that they care because it shows.

I've has a wonderful experience volunteering at The Addison. The staff are incredibly at The Addison. The staff are incredibly caring and the residents are always treated with respect and kindness. It's very warm and welcoming here.

I have had patient in this facility years. The staff treat every resident with care and concern. They treat the residents like family. The residents are happy. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every resident individual needs and wants are met.

They were very responsive every time we had a concern. They were very kind they were quick to get my mother-in-law in her apartment and settled. Unfortunately she has passed away but in her time there she was well cared for and we were able to develop really positive relationships with all of the staff. Can't say enough good things about the nurses on the second floor as well as the CNA's and [name removed]!

My mother-in-law loves her new home at the Addison. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and kind. She’s only been there for about a month but, she feels very much at home. The food is good. The facility is always clean and smells good. She loves to be active and have fun and there is plenty to do there. She is thrilled and we are thrilled for her!

Most caring and compassionate staff I have ever been in contact with It’s like a family atmosphere that you just don’t find anymore. Customer service is alive and well in this facility. I recommend the facility to my patients looking for placement for themselves or their loved ones. The staff is genuinely caring patient and compassionate in their care.

My sister and I are no longer worried about out elderly mother's care since finding The Addison Not only is the community beautiful on the outside the staff is filled with wonderful and dedicated people who are responsive and capable. The layout and intention design is inviting and sophisticated. The library and fireplace areas are cozy and elegant. Our mother is enjoying the activities with music sing-a-longs and conversations. She is finding the community to be a welcoming place. She also loves her apartment. We finally have a sense of peace with out mother safely and care.

My grandpa lived at this facility, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment he moved in, the staff treated him with so much kindness, patience, and respect. You can tell they truly care about their residents — not just their physical health, but their happiness and comfort too. The facility itself is always clean, welcoming, and feels more like a community than anything else. My grandpa was always checked on, included in activities, and made to feel at home. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands.
