I love people and Benton (Addison) have the wonderful people. We work together, have fun together and learn more.

I could no longer care for my mom and now she has great care and a nice room.

I moved my aunt into Good Tree from Laurel Glenn. She adapted very well once she got settle, to where she is almost her old self. Her aggression has calmed down, she is smiling and talkative with other. She walks around the facility daily. The director and staff communicate with me often. Overall my aunt is happy.

Went on a tour with marketing director and administrator, both were extremely kind and knowledgeable. The whole place has been renovated and is very nice! It feels like a close neighborhood. We met staff and residents along the way all had a friendly thing to say. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff were so friendly. They are doing some updating it is going to look so nice! They have therapy on the premise for the residents and a very large activity room along with a theater room that was very nice.

[name removed], the director, is awesome with the residents! Has great sense of humor, truly care about the residents, makes sure everyone feels included. Activities Director (so sorry I forget her name!) always has such a great, fun attitude and plans things that the residents truly look forward to! [name removed] at front desk so helpful too!

The Addison is a beautiful community with caring employees. There are lots of activities avaliable for the residents to participate in and fun events at the community. Take a tour, you will be impressed.

The staff was very friendly and everyone was very helpful. The room was great. She had a few issues with the dishwasher, maintenance was very attentive. She had no complaints about the food, as they were always willing to make her something else if she was not able to eat what was on the menu.

Honestly the food is the main complaint from the residents. Including my mom. I go often and some doesn't look bad. You have some workers that are amazing and some seem kind a lazy. I guess that's every where. There is one young lady, [name removed]. Only works weekends. Amazing! Goes above and beyond to see after my mom.

My mother has been a resident for 2 years. At first she wanted to stay at home by herself but became physical unable to do so. Because of the wonderful caring staff at The Addison she has made many friends and now loves it here.

I recently toured Magnolia Trails at East Lake, and I was genuinely impressed by the warmth and intentionality of the space. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt calm, secure, and thoughtfully designed for residents with memory care needs. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and seemed to know each resident by name, which spoke volumes about the level of personalized care. The Magnolia Trails™ program stood out—it’s not just about managing memory loss, but about honoring each person’s story. I saw residents engaged in sensory activities, music therapy, and even a baking session that brought out lots of laughter. The private studios were cozy and well-appointed, and the common areas felt more like a home than a facility. Dining looked like a highlight too—meals are served in a family-style setting, and the menu is tailored to both nutrition and comfort. Toured this facility on a weekend for my mother in law and I was blown away. The staff were all so find and welcoming! They were excited to show me around and explain what they offer, I was even invited to stay for lunch and the food was fantastic.

My mom is in Good Tree and she loves it there. There is always something going on and it feels like family when your there.

I came in with my school to volunteer and every one is so nice. I love coming to visit!!

Love going into Good Tree, I used to see patients there before my loved one moved in. Could not pick a better place!

My Mother in Law has had a rough year. We found out she had moderate Alzheimer’s and Pancreatic Cancer in late December and we did our best to care for her for months, but she was just didn’t have the capacity after she started getting worse. We decided to tour some memory care units. The very last one we toured was Rosemont. And we will be forever grateful that we did. First off, the staff- [name removed] , [name removed] and [name removed] made us feel like we were ‘coming home’ in the first 15 minutes after we met them. The whole staff was friendly! The facility itself is lovely with bright yellow colours which makes the perfect background for their many celebrations. The food is very high quality!! The residents are happy and well taken care of and always treated with dignity and respect. Unfortunately my MIL passed this week and it didn’t surprise me when I saw the staff from Rosemont there when I looked up. If you have a choice, Rosemont is the loving retirement residence out there.
