The staff was amazing, understanding and patient. I would recommend The Wellington at Springfield to others who are currently searching.

When thinking of a place to come to during hard times I think about the waterford at colby. This place has been an amazing escape from my home life for almost a year. I find that the residents get treated decent and that the staff try there hardest to to work together to make the dream work for these residents. From physical cares and needs to even just stopping in to ask if your ok or need anything. Remember in times of struggle the waterford at colby

I had a relative there and the place seemed very nice. It appeared clean and the caregivers seemed nice and like they knew what they were doing. Also, there were a lot of activities always going on which I thought was great for the people.

Overall 5 stars. Maintenance, Housekeeping, Dining Service, only gripe costs $$$. Carpeting of the entire building is disgusting. I'm embarrassed to bring family and such to visit. Big capital expense. The other is the menu. Food is great, it really is, I have only been here 3 months, and it's already repeating itself. Just me complaining, like I said place is great.

Can't say how much I love this place. Staff is great-great-great. Staff is here to meet all needs activities are so much fun always. Residents are friendly and we become family. Housekeeping is so good- clean staff is always to help especially in emergency.

Facility has all the needs necessary for my father-in-law. He’s very happy there. He enjoys the multiple activities and new friends he has been spending time there with. It’s been a great experience for him after transitioning from his home of over 50 years.

This is an amazing place . I take care of a resident there and everyone is just great. If you’re looking for a place for a love one . Look no further because this is it. They listen, understand, help, and the love and care they give to residents, family and outside caregivers is just amazing. Please just go look for yourself. You will feel the welcome coming through the door.. The Executive Director and her team. Excellent!!!!!!

I've lived at Country Charm for 5 months and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The admin staff- the nurses the aides go out of their way to help you with anything you need. I'm so glad I chose Country Charm as my new home.

The facility is always neat and clean. The staff treats their residents with dignity and respect. They take their time to address any problems etc. my mom needs extra care, they tend to her needs in a timely manner.

Although my mother passed away before she actually moved there I interacted numerous times with the staff when preparing her room. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I know my mom would have loved it there.

The staff is very kind and patient. The food looks very good, and my husband usually eats every bite. The facility is clean, and residents appear clean and well cared for. I have been very impressed with the workers and the quality of care they provide.

The staff, activities, and dining experiences have been wonderful! It has so much to offer the residents.

Everyone has been so kind, and that does include all of the staff. The activity directors, the physical therapist on-site, the dietician, the workers from the dining room, all the way to maintenance. Have been an absolute joy. My mother has a social life and she's happy. I believe she's happier than she has been in a long time.!!!!

My grandma stayed at The Waterford at Colby, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The facility was always exceptionally clean, and the caregivers went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. They were not only attentive to her needs but also genuinely kind and compassionate. It was clear they truly cared about making her stay the best it could be, and that gave our family so much peace of mind.

Staff is wonderful and are very helpful. We are always busy with activities and meals are good. I have met a lot of wonderful people here that are now my friends. I have referred Willow Grove to everyone I talk to.

I'll give it a 5. It is homey. They have caring staff. They have great food. And if you snag a room facing the golf course, what a view!

My mother lived at Independence Village of East Lansing for about 5 years. While there [name removed] and her staff did an outstanding job! At first their goal was to make sure she was settled into her room and had everything she needed. Once she was settled in they got to know who she was and what she liked to do. With this information they plugged her into those activities. My mother’s favorite activity was music and dancing so she really enjoyed it when they brought in a band! They introduced her to others who also lived there plus she was able to eat her meals with different people. She also loved to write poems and [name removed] was always there to read what she had written. Thank you [name removed] and your wonderful staff who were also very kind to my wife and I when we visited mom.
