I have to say that [name removed]and [name removed] were the best!!!They were very attentive to Mom and were so very helpful to us. Although Mom was only there for a short time, we really appreciated how kind and helpful all the staff were. The place was l clean and pleasant and had a lot of great activities. The food was wonderful. Loved the happy hours. The aides were great with Mon and treated her with kindness and compassion, even when she was irritable they were always kind to Mom. The Ashton is a great community. Making the decision to move Mom there was very difficult, but the friendly, caring, compassionate staff made the transition easier and we knew that we made the right decision. The meals were great and if Mom didn't like what they were serving they would ask Mom what she would like.

I always tell visitors if you can't live at home you need to move to West Shores. I have lived here almost 10 years and have become a resident ambassador. I love our Veterans group and all the residents we have in our community.

Amazing place great care. Everybody have a smile on their face and they’re very generous and accommodating to every guest. Very clean place and staff are very attentive to residence needs. Very clean environment and have activities for guest.

The staff is so so kind, I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place for their parents. My gram loves the space and activities!! Truly can’t think of a better place in the area. Top tier!

Such a caring wonderful facility for my mother. See is so happy to be able to stay Waterford. She loves the activities and attention that is given her. My encounters from my first call with the exec administrator on down has been excel1lent. Such good communication and willingness to answer question and help. So happy she's part of this wonderful community.

They all were very helpful in supporting my mom's move-in. [name removed] the activities director, is especially responsive to all inquiries about how my mom is adjusting. My mom is much improved in alertness and eats much better than prior to her move.

Residents seem engaged and happy. Age In place was a big draw for us. Yes recommend. Staff make the environment homey, accepting and fun.

I feel cared for, accepted, and I've made a lot of new friends. I have to extend a special shout out to the staff, I can tell that they truly care about us and that they love what they do. I feel like I am definitely getting my money's worth here!

I rate them 5 for every category. My mom is very happy. The residents are very friendly, and there is a transit bus so residents can sign up to go to appointments or shopping. Meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner included with rent. My mom has shared the food is good and good portions. Facility is always clean, quiet , and good atmosphere. Staff are kind, and [name removed] is very bubbly and sweet. [name removed] is very personable All the staff they seem to enjoy their jobs.

Mom was hard to please but, the staff at The Wellington managed to make her final days pleasant. She managed to make friends with several nurses and was treated with love and compassion. I will always be grateful for their care.

My family member is in the memory care unit. I told the director of a previous care facility, “You need your best people in memory care because memory care residents are helpless & defenseless. Residents in assisted living can make complaints, be heard, and have their views taken seriously. That’s not the case with memory care residents. Memory care residents are 100% dependent on caring, compassionate staff, and attentive family members.” Challenge is — if memory care residents did offer compliments — those also might not be taken seriously, or believed to matter. My suspicion (industry wide) is that the best employees end up in assisted living, where they can minimize complaints and maximize compliments. I don’t know whether, or how much better the AL staff may be than the memory care staff at Waterford. But measured independently from AL — the memory care staff at Waterford “checks all my boxes.” They’re very, very good. Most are excellent.

Picking a place for a loved one with dementia is not an easy task. Not only must you evaluate the facility and their capabilities, but you must also feel comfortable and be able to place trust in those who are caring for your family member. I find a combination of compassion, transparency, communication and commitment in the staff at the Waterford. I do trust them and feel that they have my mother’s best interest in mind. I have recommended this facility to several friends and family members .

Admin staff has a "can do" attitude. Dealing with tight discharge timelines, details like furniture delivery, and creating personal relationships are a huge comfort for caregivers. Other staff, from front desk reception to maintenance staff to hospitality staff, are eager to please. Dining are is amazing. Good food, presentation and cleanliness is top notch.

After a lot of research and visiting assisted living, we finally decided to go with The Waterford. This place is always very clean and smells good. The staff and patients are very friendly and helpful. My mom has been in the hospital several times. Every time, either [name removed] or [name removed] call to check on her in the hospital. this last visit to the hospital, the staff sent her a beautiful plant and a card signed by everyone. This is the reason that The Waterford is so wonderful. They CARE! I would recommend The Waterford to everyone.

North Pointe is a fantastic ALF where fun is always being had. The residents are well taken care of with all needs being cared for and carefully considered. The staff is so sweet and they love the residents so well. Not to mention the memory care has an activity going all the time to help residents have fun and enjoy themselves. It really truly makes it feel like home.

I dreamed I was in heaven and opened my eyes and I was. I was in my bed in my new residence at Oakwood Hills. The people here are my angels who give me the help and encouragement needed on some days.

The servers are great, they take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcomed and like part of the family. Cleanliness and staff service is wonderful. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here thus far, and I would recommend The Lodge to anyone looking for their next home.

It's nice to have exercise and Bingo going out for lunch's' Entertainment!

I was helping to look for a community in my area for my grandfather, I was very impressed with the staff, they seemed very attentive to the residents living there , it was very clean , everyone I spoke with was very friendly . This would be some place that we would feel comfortable with my Grandfather living there, based on what I observed .

I love to listen to entertainment. Meals are good.
