They worked with us to provide an individualized plan to transition my mother out of the hospital. She has been much healthier there and I am able to trust that her needs are met and she is safe. The staff knows her well and took time to learn how they could best support her during this challenging time!

Ever since my friend moved in, she has absolutely loved it here. Unfortunately, after a fall, she had to go to rehab and wasn’t able to return home, but I truly feel that she is thriving in this community. Every time I visit, the staff is always smiling, greeting us warmly, and engaging with the residents. On my very first visit, a kind young woman at the front desk not only knew my friend’s name and where she lived but personally walked us to her room—even though I don’t think that was part of her job. That level of care and attention was truly impressive. There are always residents around when we visit, and it’s so heartwarming to see such a friendly, welcoming environment. I highly recommend this community—especially if you're ever having a rough day. The people here will go out of their way to brighten it!

The residents are friendly and nice people. I think they are quite educated. The director, [name removed] is particularly helpful. The help staff is caring. The food is good. The patio on the roof has amazing views of the city. The metal strips into the first floor main elevator has something red there. Might be cranberry juice but might be blood, gross. The floor cleaning of my husband's room could be cleaner, but I think it is now cleaned better. The public spaces is do seem to be nice and clean..

Waterford at Plano is very comforting with the decor and many common rooms. There are many activities and I've been walking and went on a shopping trip in Frisco yesterday. The meals here are well planned and are good and even delicious some times. But the soups are very watery many times. Also, the vegetables are very mushy or not cooked enough. Luckily I have a kitchenette and can heat thing up if I want to. All in all, I love it here.

The staff is amazing, warm, helpful always cheerful. The building is clean and bright. The apartments are spacious and geared towards an older person's needs. The food is really good with allot of meal options. The price is very good for what you get.

I have found this to be a very happy place to live. I have met so many great and amazing people. Meals are a pleasure as there is someone to talk to who are as happy as you are to be here. Good food and always ready when you come to the table. Very clean area. Yes it is a happy place

I hate to answer 5 for all, but i think my sister who is there likes it and her twin sister who is handling the payments etc. Yes, we would recommend Summit Corners to other families based on the experience so far.

I truly feel the staff are angels in disguise. Staff are always greeting residents, family, and visitors with a friendly smile and by their preferred name. The building and apartments are well kept and clean. The meals are well balanced.

Overall this is a very nice assisted living facility. I will say that we are very disappointed that the facility does not have a vehicle with a lift for transportation to activity outings & doctor appointments. This is a senior living community with a population that requires a lift. Our mom has not been able to go out with the facility because she can’t walk up steps to get in the transportation van. The staff at the community are very friendly.

The Lodge at White Bear has everything I need all in one place. We are close to many stores and restaurants, and we can use our bus to get to anywhere we need to go. I enjoy eating my meals in the dining room and spend time with my neighbors during mealtime.

The meals are always delicious. Housekeeping staff does a great job cleaning moms' apartment. The whole staff is very attentive and caring. As far as activities, there is always something to do. My family and my mom are happy at the Waterford.

My father and I are absolutely thrilled with the Waterford! The staff are always so kind, friendly and encouraging, The Waterford facility is warm and welcoming, and dad's apartment is clean and inviting. There is a fabulous variety of fun activities! The administrators have been particular helpful in navigating the insurance process. We are so grateful to have discovered a home away from home for my dad. His health and happiness are priorities here and I have a wonderful peace knowing he is here!

I really enjoy getting to know the staff. The staff is always happy, and they know my preferences. I like the flexibility during the mealtime-we have the option to get a meal during a time frame. There is not just one set time for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I look forward to the Wednesday program, Interfaith Prayer & Devotions. I have the freedom to drive places and keep my car at The Waterford.

Mom has been living at the Waterford for a year now. The community is wonderful! My mom has everything she needs. There is a wide variety of fun activities that mom can participate in. The staff is incredible-they are nice and professional.

Brookview Meadows is a lovely and well maintained senior residence. The staff is caring and attentive. The dining staff strive to make dining a delicious experience. The residence offers a wide range of activities and events which promotes resident participation and of course socialization. All of the creates a sense of belonging and community.

The Lodge overlooks a pond and is adjacent to Wedgewood Park. Closeness to nature is at all staff are congenial and helpful. Three meal a day with plentiful choices are available for no additional charge. The facility is light with my large windows and a sky light above the a the atrium. Activities are abundant with music and seasonal parties. Weekly housekeeping is included.

We absolutely loved [name removed] and her wonderful demeanor! She truly made it a wonderful experience!! All of the residents are so warm and welcoming!

It's hard for your parent to be in a facility that is not home but Laurelwoods made the transition easier...mom even transitioned easily! The cleanliness is a 4....only because they have been undergoing renovations. housekeeping cleans rooms and washes clothes. Make sure to label clothes to help them if something does accidentally misplaced. Staff are great. Friendly....I see mom smiling when she interacts with them! There are some new staff that are learning and there is turnover but care is great! The staff are very responsive! [name removed] was great to work with for moms admission. Mom loves the food...has even gained weight! Cleans her plate! It's hard for this group but they go on rides to see the leaves, watch old tv programs/movies, popcorn, bingo, listen to oldies and dance even if sitting! Mom loves the large windows in the dining room....they watch the birds and squirrels. Also, the outdoor area is great to sit outside or walk when it's nice! There are several rooms/areas for them....nursery, old phone booth, music, workshop, pet shop, mail, and housekeeping for them to look and interact with....like at children's museum....all with appropriate items for them. I do wish it was not as costly but seeing mom being happy, comfortable and taken care of makes up for it! Please visit your loved one...it is so sad to see that residents don't have family visit. My mom was at another facility and Laurelwoods is the best!! The staff care about her and it shows!

The staff obviously spends time with [name removed]. They always have a personal story to tell about him whenever I come to see him. He is always in the activity room doing something fun. Singalongs, karaoke style, dancing, trivia games, making stuff, etc. They take him to the gym 3 times every week. They go on long outings. I have never heard a single complaint from the staff about Mike nor has he ever had a single complaint about them, or any other resident. And, believe me he usually loves to complain. He's made 2 very close friends there. Also, they have prayer services that he loves so much, even though, before moving there, he was a self-proclaimed atheist!
