Nice facility, a bit expensive. I would recommend it overall.

Well, the concerns my parents keep telling me about is the issue of what seems to be short staffing. It seems there is not much consistency in keep staff on, seems to be issues of turnover with aids specifically. There have also been, according to my parents, delays in them getting meals, mostly during the evening meals. They do get their meals in the dining area, but at times it may it may time some time for them to be served. Again, I think this can be contributed to staffing issues.

Happy but wants to go back home

Only recently observed a caregiver not politely help to a new employee.

The food is good. I love the activities going on, they keep me active. The medtechs are really great and nice. I am glad they brought [name removed] and [name removed] to the Etta. I had some problems in my rooms but they have fixed them already.

I would definitely recommend. We've had a very good experience.

The staff is extremely friendly. They have made the transition into the facility much easier. The Aids and Nurses are always very nice to my Mother. The staff was a big reason. Plus the activities and help they provide. It is also located close to us so it's easy to stop in at any time to visit Mom.

I have lived here for over 15 years. They have never let me down. They accommodate my special food requests. The staff in the North building are nice and friendly. The Director of housekeeping is fantastic. She is always willing to help and does extra tasks if needed.

I'd say that families need to know that the base rent charged is not the only monthly expense. Depending on the number of care points assessed, this additional cost can be an unpleasant surprise and isn't talked about much. As far as The Beacon at Gulf Breeze is concerned, it is a good facility with caring staff throughout the organization and I would recommend it to others.

Overall positive. Main areas always looked clean. No odor. Myself and Hospice had to ask a few time to clean my mom's floor. Food was amazing when my mother moved in. However they lost their chef. Food became average. They did a great job finding activities that were very personal for the residence in hopes to create purpose in their life.

most of the staff are pretty friendly. I would say the only negative that I have is the doctor that they have. I felt made comments that were very unprofessional in my opinion. After just a few days of my mother, living at Tranquility, he pulled me aside to talk to me, and said that he would give my mother maybe two years before she passed away because most patients with dementia don't make it long and assisted-living. He then further went on to say that if my mother would get sick with a heart issue or cancer or something I should just let her die because dementia will kill her anyway. I have since told the facility that I do not want him caring for my mother at all and then I will take her to her own primary care doctor.

Our overall experience has been quite satisfactory. There has been some minor difficulty with getting across to the staff what our sister wants or needs.

Adequate

my experience has been easy. I dont have experience in community living. I live here with my husband of almost seventy-five years and doing good.

I would say that any place such as superior will have things that you think needs improvements. Look at your differences and work on them together. Just remember your always going to feel your loved on needs more because overall they are your responsibility.

Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part but they were short staffed so some things like cleaning my moms room and doing her laundry on time got late I would recommend Rosemont to others looking for care for a loved one.

[name removed] passed last [date removed] so she was only in The June for about 3 months. They treated her very well as a resident and the whole family in her last couple of weeks. It is always a difficult time and the June gave us time, privacy and support through her last days. Moving her "stuff" out was straight forward and we settled her accounts with the June professionally and with no issues.

Great place & my Mom is very happy there. Made lots of friends

I would recommend Symphony Manor to others. It's a lovely place in a lovely part of Baltimore-not too big and by and large. I had few issues there. The one thing that in addition to cost made me move was that there is only one choice of food at each meal so if you don't like that, there's no other choices for you and that was a real problem for my mom. I thought the housekeeping could've been better. Her room was very tiny there for the price, but I will say the workers seemed more trained, and in general more kind to the residents.
