Very beautiful and spacious rooms. Good feel, clean and modern, many acitivity rooms and friendly staff. Month to month lease with no down payment. Onsite health care, tharapy and assistance. Outside activities plus transportation to local places; church, drug store, appointments... Private pay only and no continuum of care. Contracted onsite support and healthcare could add up quickly.

Pros: Beautiful hotel"esque" facility. Very warm and friendly staff. Knows and refers to residents by name. Ultra clean and well appointed common spaces with ample activities to partake in. Restaurant style dining area with menu and "special of the day" posted. Spacious walk in shower in apts. 3 Emergency pull cords in each apt. Mom would be well suited for Level 1 care in smaller apt. All inclusive with the exception of phone. Private pay. Con: Not Medicaid approved.
