The Addison is a beautiful community with caring employees. There are lots of activities avaliable for the residents to participate in and fun events at the community. Take a tour, you will be impressed.

The staff was very friendly and everyone was very helpful. The room was great. She had a few issues with the dishwasher, maintenance was very attentive. She had no complaints about the food, as they were always willing to make her something else if she was not able to eat what was on the menu.

Honestly the food is the main complaint from the residents. Including my mom. I go often and some doesn't look bad. You have some workers that are amazing and some seem kind a lazy. I guess that's every where. There is one young lady, [name removed]. Only works weekends. Amazing! Goes above and beyond to see after my mom.

My mother has been a resident for 2 years. At first she wanted to stay at home by herself but became physical unable to do so. Because of the wonderful caring staff at The Addison she has made many friends and now loves it here.

I recently toured Magnolia Trails at East Lake, and I was genuinely impressed by the warmth and intentionality of the space. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt calm, secure, and thoughtfully designed for residents with memory care needs. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and seemed to know each resident by name, which spoke volumes about the level of personalized care. The Magnolia Trails™ program stood out—it’s not just about managing memory loss, but about honoring each person’s story. I saw residents engaged in sensory activities, music therapy, and even a baking session that brought out lots of laughter. The private studios were cozy and well-appointed, and the common areas felt more like a home than a facility. Dining looked like a highlight too—meals are served in a family-style setting, and the menu is tailored to both nutrition and comfort. Toured this facility on a weekend for my mother in law and I was blown away. The staff were all so find and welcoming! They were excited to show me around and explain what they offer, I was even invited to stay for lunch and the food was fantastic.

My mom is in Good Tree and she loves it there. There is always something going on and it feels like family when your there.

I came in with my school to volunteer and every one is so nice. I love coming to visit!!

Love going into Good Tree, I used to see patients there before my loved one moved in. Could not pick a better place!

My Mother in Law has had a rough year. We found out she had moderate Alzheimer’s and Pancreatic Cancer in late December and we did our best to care for her for months, but she was just didn’t have the capacity after she started getting worse. We decided to tour some memory care units. The very last one we toured was Rosemont. And we will be forever grateful that we did. First off, the staff- [name removed] , [name removed] and [name removed] made us feel like we were ‘coming home’ in the first 15 minutes after we met them. The whole staff was friendly! The facility itself is lovely with bright yellow colours which makes the perfect background for their many celebrations. The food is very high quality!! The residents are happy and well taken care of and always treated with dignity and respect. Unfortunately my MIL passed this week and it didn’t surprise me when I saw the staff from Rosemont there when I looked up. If you have a choice, Rosemont is the loving retirement residence out there. My Mother has been a resident since[date removed]. The past year her care has improved more & more in every area & been amazing . The administrator is available & respectfully responds promptly to residents & family. He seems to get along well with all staff & residents & they work well together. The activities are fabulous & the activities director is great. The activities are a team effort & the residents are so happy with the activities planned & the loving, caring treatment from the staff. Individual needs are addressed by all staff. Family connections & open communication is excellent. Medications are given promptly & accurate. Residents Medical & Emotional needs are addressed & discussed with staff .& family. My Mom enjoys the food. My Mom keeps active, engaged, well cared for & loved by all staff. staff. Activities to involve the community are planned & extremely well done. The building is beautiful & always clean!!

I recently toured this facility and was impressed with how beautiful everything is. Upon entering, I was greeted with smiles and welcoming energy. As the tour continued, I was delighted to see how pristine each area I encountered was. Everything about this location is well thought out- from the decor, to the events and activities provided for the residents, the meals and amenities for them as well. Your loved ones would be in good hands here at The Addison.

I recently visited this place to look for a possibility for my Aunt and I must say that the staff was very helpful. I started with [name removed] who is over Dining and she showed me around and you would have thought she was an expert on the company she worked for. I also witnessed [name removed] doing activities with the residents and the overall place was clean and very beautiful. Thanks Addison of Oakleaf for making me feel comfortable.

What a fun little experience. My kids really enjoyed seeing decorations and meeting all the residents. My kids smile just as much as the residents did! This was the first year that we decided to do the trick or treat and it was so much fun. We plan on doing it every year.

We first went on a Wednesday because I messed up the dates and there wasn't an event that day. I will say, the residents have the freedom to walk about and the amenities seem plentiful. It seems like they definitely have their dignity in hand. Fast forward to the event, it was incredible. The decorations caught me off guard (in the best way) and everyone was so kind. I have a 13 year old son who didn't dress up because he's 13... but they handed him candy anyways and seemed genuinely happy to see all of the costumed kids! It seems the "employees" (they felt more like friends of the residents)are exceptionally kind as well. Great experience!

I have the benefit of being a resident at two facilities, and the comparison, The Waterford far exceeds my expectations. The food is great. Entertainment is consistent with keeping the residents happy and we always have something to do. We have gone from cooking classes to stand-up comedy; there is never a want. If i had it to do over, I wouldn't change a thing.
