I really like it here and my friends are here.

Before moving here I spoke to the resident while they were having lunch. They all told me it wasn't perfect but they like it. I mostly get along with everyone and I love the food. 3 great meals a day!

There have neem several directors over my time here. Most have been good and come I never met. I have a lot of respect for what they do. This one now has been respectful and listens to me.

I'm not in the best shape anymore and the staff takes care of me the best they can. they tell me jokes to make me laugh and smile. Other residents always make sure there is a place at our table for me. I love them for that.

I enjoy the food the friends and the games. The activity are good too.

I really enjoy living here.

Come to the exclusive cruise ship on land! Beautiful setting. Dining room with balcony and fire. Friendly residents! Activities of all kinds. Weekly events. A place to enjoy the next stage of life!

I am a happy resident at this community it is a beautiful property and my apartment resembles the home I owned before moved here. She dinery staff is excellent and the food is delicious They are courteous and helpful and see to all our needs. Our maintenance person and out activity directors are great too and very helpful.

This place is great for loved ones. Friendly staff. Lots of activities and outings for your loved ones to participate in. Rooms are large and some are apartment size. I highly recommend for your loved one.

The Addison at Oakleaf has been a wonderful place for my aunt. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained. It’s clear that everyone there takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about the people they serve. I have complete peace of mind knowing my aunt is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Very happy with everything at Waterford. Feel very lucky to have found it for her! Staff is great, always someone checking on her. She is very content. Maintained very well. It's a very appropriate place for her. We toured some that we just couldn't see her in, Waterford felt most like home. She's safe there and that's what's most important to us all.

I visited a resident at this facility over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was. The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, and the concierge was so welcoming and pleasant. The entire place was spotless and clearly very well maintained. I was also impressed by all the activities and programs they offer for their residents — you can really tell they put thought into keeping everyone engaged and happy. I didn’t get a chance to try the food, but it smelled absolutely amazing!

Love it here. My apartment is warm & clean. Staff is very friendly. Food is outstanding. I am so glad I moved here. I wouldnt have it any other way. I wouldnt change a thing. Sales & Marketing made my move easy.

I am in the process of touring communities for my Mom which will need senior living in the near future. Upon entering the community the sales director gave me the biggest welcome and made me feel like I was at home. I have toured a few other communities so far and this was by far the best feeling I had from the start to finish. I had many questions to ask and he took his time to gracefully answer each one of them. I was also able to meet the chef who sent me home with the best taramisu. At the end the Director also said hi and said she is from New York like my Mom. When the time is right I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

I was able to tour Magnolia Trails last week and was so impressed. The building is stunning with high ceilings open windows and great activities. We saw residents exercising and they all seemed so involved which really stuck out in my mind.. I will definitely be recommending this community to friends in Tarpon.

Over the summer, we toured the Waterford at College Station for my dad down the road. They had exceptional reviews along with a memory care facility, which was what we would need. We had a great tour, ended up eating lunch there(chicken fried steak did not disappoint) My dad even sat with a fellow Veteran telling their stories. What we thought would be down the road turned into being a placement shortly after when his Alzheimer's had taken a turn for the worse. It was a gift from God that they had one memory care room available right away. We knew his stay was going to be short, but let me tell you, from Dawn to all the other staff members whom I was in constant contact with, were amazing! My dad was blessed to have staff like this caring for him during his last days. We are incredibly grateful to have had a team care for my dad the way they did. Wouldn't have chosen any other facility to do what they did. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! The [name removed] Family

I toured the community on a whim, I was discouraged from touring after I had toured another local community with a bad experience. I toured with [name removed], explained I was starting out and new to the process and the move would be in Jan. We covered so much more then the other community, she gave me pointers to ask other communities and what to look for. She even told me if I toured other communities and didn't understand the answers she would be more then happy to me. So many people talked to me during the tour, the kitchen staff, a few care aids and the activities, she has been there for 19 years. I also meet a medication nurse that has been at the community for 25 years, that is something. I was told they are not the newest kid on the block but the love is what makes a place a home. I met the dog cookie, one resident told me about the food and lunch was great that day. There was a man up front, he works in the office, he was helping the person with such respect. Clean and loving.

I toured recently as the new sales manager reached out to offer a personalized tour. I am a local placement agent and have worked with the sales manager in the past. I was blown a way by Magnolia Trails! It was so bright, clean and staff and residents seemed engaged and happy. This is one of the most important things I look for in a community. I am so excited to talk about the community with my prospects and know this community will see lots of success!

I absolutely love The Ashton! They take wonderful care of my mother! Everyone in the facility truly cares about every resident. There are so many fun activities to keep the residents fully engaged. We could not be more pleased with the quality and level of care!

Finding a place for my mom was one of the most challenging experiences of my life. I researched and toured many communities, but none seemed right, until I found The Wellington. The moment we walked through the door, we knew that this was it. The grounds and physical spaces were beautiful, and both staff and residents exuded such warmth and good cheer, we were smitten. In the time that mom has lived there, The Wellington has fulfilled all that it promised and more. They maintain a busy social calendar with lots of activities for those who wish to participate. I drop by and chat often with the other residents, and I have never heard a complaint. To the contrary, there seems to be genuine bonds formed between the staff and residents, and of course, the residents themselves, It means everything to know that mom lives in a place she loves, where people care and watch out for her, while treating her with kindness, dignity, and respect. I wish everyone could have the same experience.
