I highly recommend them. We are very happy with the Waterford. Mom is receiving great care.

My aunt seems happy here. She has met some people that share her interests. I like that it is a small facility. I feel the size helps the staff to get to know everyone.

I dropped in to learn about long term memory care and I was warmly welcomed and though staff took tome to my questions, I don't need the services night now, but I fell more prepared for the future. I also took the control and it was warm and inviting the rooms way very large and had private bathroom. Great Job!

Everytime I have been to this facility to visit my friend.... it is ALWAYS very clean, peaceful, and warm. The staff is always kind and patient with the resident. It's real. Not because I'm visiting because I'm behind them ... unseen most of the time. My friend has NEVER said a discouraging word about them. Just sings praises. I've visited other facilities like this and this one is one of my top two. Affordability....#1.

A dear friend is a new resident in memory care. Entire staff has been welcoming and very attune to her needs. I am impressed with staff and level of care.

Waterford's staff consistently demonstrates competency and a high level of professionalism. The facility is well appointed and homely. Staff present consistency in friendliness and care.

All the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The building was quite clean and the residents all seemed happy. I had the opportunity to enjoy lunch with my dear friend and found it quite delicious.

My Mother-in-law, [name removed] moved into the Chateau on [date removed]. We have been so pleased with the care that she has received. They are so good to invite her to events - seeing if she wants to participate. They remind her when she forgets her cane. In the beginning they came to remind her of meal times to help her get in a routine. The personnel has been outstanding. I don't know a lot by name yet, but [name removed] has always been available to answer questions. [name removed] did a great job of explaining the financial items when my husband signed the lease. [name removed] is so pleasant and fun and very engaging with the events planned. One nurse, I think her name was [name removed], was so helpful the day [name removed] moved in ...and each time I have encountered her since there. There is a young lady - know she was a [name removed] - maybe a CNA that has made [name removed] feel so welcome. And the food is GREAT! Can't say enough good about THE CHATEAU! So happy that this is [name removed]new home...

My husband and I moved in here 4 years ago. I was no longer able to stand and fix a meal. We decided we needed help. This is the place we chose to move to. It was a good choice. I have since lost my husband. I would recommend this as a good place to live. There are a lot of activities. You can take part in any one, it is up to you.

I moved from Texas to the Waterford at Ironbridge in Springfield Mo in [date removed] and have been extremely busy and happy since I moved in. The staff is the best, the Activities are numerous, the food is good. I recommend The Waterford at Ironbridge highly!

I visit the Chateau alot due to being POA for someone there. It's always clean the staff is super friendly. Everyone in the office are very helpful. I've had to deal with staff multiple times and they're always very helpful and my answers are always answered and explained to me. I would refer the Chateau of Batesville to everyone. They are always calling and keeping me updated on what's going on. If meds are changed or anything at all I always get a phone call letting me know the changes. There's always nurse on staff 24/7 so you never have to worry if an emergency comes up. They are very efficient and on top of everything and they dont hesitate to call the Dr if needed. It's a safe environment and great place to be if you need just a little care and gives the residents a sense of independence. Straight up my pick of facilities and I've checked out a lot of planes.

I WOULD RECOMMEND WATERFORD TO ANY AND ALL OF MY FRIENDS. My experience HERE HAS BEEN VERY REWARDING. MY FRIENDS ASK ME ABOUT WATERFORD ALL THE TIME AND I THINK SOME OF THEM ARE VERY INTERESTED IN WATERFORD.

The collective interest in tenant care by all employees was immediately evident. Everyone as if scripted took time to introduce their responsibilities upon our arrival for the first time. This effort has not dwindled as the days, weeks and months pass. This all provides a Piece of Mind that the staff at The Chateau has tenant care as job #1.

My grandmother is a resident at the Chateau. The move in process went smoothly even though it was a very hard step for my grandma to take. Its not easy to move from your home. The staff and other residents definitely made her feel welcome and made the move a lot easier for her.

The staff at the Chateau is very caring and helpful. They were receptive to me and my entire family as we were searching for a place for our Mom. We are so appreciative and happy with the Chateau of Batesville.

Mom just loves the staff here! The Executive Director always makes time to talk with Mom. The activity Director and Maintenance Director always take such good care of her and are always friendly and making sure that she has a good time.

The Waterford on Highland Colony is a great place to be. I enjoy the people, the events, safe living, and the social aspect of this great senior living facility. I have made really great friends here.

My loved one lives at The Waterford at Shavano, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. The facility is clean, warm, and welcoming we always feel at peace knowing our family member is safe, supported, and well cared for. Highly recommend The Waterford at Shavano.
