So many are very helpful in so many ways. I like all the staff. The people at the front desk are always nice. The office people are so friendly and caring.

It's a good place to live everyone is very personable and friendly. When I first got here having the food prepared was nice but for the last several months I've been staying in my place most of the time and buying my own food to eat.

My experience here as been nothing but the best! The staff is very friendly and make you feel like family. The food is amazing and always fresh. The facility itself is always clean and smell smoking. Great place to work and call home.

The facility is very clean and y'all keep them busy doing different things like playing bingo and puzzles.

Extremely friendly place. Mom feels valued and respected. Caregivers are vert good especially the kitchen crew according to mom. They give them (residents) special attention. Management staff is responsive and quickly answers our questions and creates a plan family oriented environment.

For my mother The Addison staff provide high quality care with ADLs. Through a thoughtful and compassionate approach. I appreciate. The personalized attention to important details and routines that are maintained for my mother on a daily basis. The meals served are nutritious. while a variety of social activities are carefully planned in advance that mom enjoys.

All the staff is very friendly to me and the residents.

The facility is the best in Beaufort County. I enjoy visiting. Staff is always on point and very nice I love coming here.

There is always something to do here. Our calendar is filled with fun things to keep us busy.

I have been to several of the communities in the twin lakes area, some are great and some not so great; if you are looking for a community that is more like a family, Southern Meadows is the answer. The environment is comfortable, loving and feels like home.

This place is just a cute and very nice. The stuff was great and answered all our questions. The person giving us a tour was great. We loved the room where you can watch movies and the library. It looks like there is always something to do!

Since making my choice to live at the Waterford on Huebner, I have found something I thought I had lost when my husband died. The staff here are very kind and easy to get along with, the activities are always well thought out. The company with the the other residents is compassionate & caring, and sometimes hilarious. I love my apt. It's spacious and has everything I need. The best of senior living is here at the Waterford. It's the best thing I have done for myself since I lost my husband. Im so grateful for A Place For Mom for leading me here.

I recently visited someone at the Addison of Florence. The residents and the staff there were smiling and seemed so happy. It felt very comfortable and at home. They were all nice and the activities were fun and upbeat. I will definitely share my experience and recommend the Addison of Florence to anyone!!!

the people here really care about you. They are friendly, welcoming and know you by name. Love that they have independent living but also assisted living at some point for my loved one. great people and great place.

A great community all the way around. Very friendly and everyone looked happy. Staff is welcoming and friendly and truly care about the residents and families. Meals are good and plenty of activities going on all the time.

Losing my mother was a difficult experience but the amazing team at the Waterford made it so much better. Not only did they provide my mother an amazing environment to live in, but they were so helpful coordinating on the tragic day of her death. They even went went so far as let me stay for free in a beautiful one bedroom suite at the facility while I worked on clearing my mother's room and possessions. They even gave me a week of meal plan passes so I didn't have to worry about leaving for food. Simply put, people don't do things like that anymore. It was a raft of kindness that I gladly took when I did not have a huge support system here in the city. Trying to coordinate everything from thousands of miles away would have been impossible without the Waterford solving so many of my immediate needs. You learn a lot about people when times are tough, when you need them the most. The Waterford didn't have to extend this type of kindness to me but they did without a second thought.

Before my tour, I got to talk to some of the residents and they really love the community. That was my first guess that this community is something special enjoyed the tour very nice rooms and the food looked terrific.

Got a tour of the patio homes and they were very nice. I like the idea of having my own home but still be part of a senior living also tour the assisted living. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly.

Very friendly people. Enjoyed the visit. Very nice residence and the person that gave our tour was very good. They offered us to stay for dinner, but we couldn’t. We were looking at other communities. This one is surely Obi-Wan we’re gonna pick.

I highly recommend them. We are very happy with the Waterford. Mom is receiving great care.
