The best place by far with the BEST care
I did a lot of research and visited numerous facilities throughout the Orlando metro to find the best place with the kindest , friendliest most experienced and compassionate care for my mother . The Addison of Oviedo is by far the best care with the best staff in central Florida. My mother loves the staff and the facility and she is a very particular lady .

What an amazing experience
Wow…… wow is all I can say. I went in to see about possibly getting my dad placed at the Waterford and the service and attention to detail that Dawn possesses is out of this world. She had my dad feeling so warm and welcomed that he wanted to move in that day. The Waterford is lucky to have Dawn working in their community. Thank you for the best experience ever [name removed]. Oh and the receptionist up front was fantastic, very warm and welcoming when we arrived.

“The Addison of Oviedo is an incredible place to live! The modern apartments are spacious with luxurious finishes like stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The amenities are top-notch—a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym, a dog park, and even co-working spaces. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and spotless common areas. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and parks, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The management team is outstanding—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help. Regular community events add a sense of belonging, and the neighbors are respectful and welcoming. Safety is a priority here, with gated access and excellent lighting throughout the property. Living at The Addison feels like being on a permanent vacation. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home. Highly recommend!”

My experience as a volunteer
It's very nice.It's very welcoming and I felt very happy when I went in. I enjoy being here and interacting with staff and residents. The activities are something that does involve everyone, but it does not require anyone to do anything which is nice.
