My loved one lives at The Waterford at Shavano, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. The facility is clean, warm, and welcoming we always feel at peace knowing our family member is safe, supported, and well cared for. Highly recommend The Waterford at Shavano.

When you step into the foyer you can see the care the staff puts in creating a caring and cozy atmosphere. The facility is clean and inviting and really looks like “home”. The staff and residents seem like family.

I have been to the community often to visit two residents that live here. Every time I visit they are both so happy and the community is clean. The management has been the here for a long time and they are always friendly and kind. I have friends with family members at other community and the stories of awful management is crazy. I feel very blessed to have those I care about at the Waterford.

I recently toured this assisted living facility and was very impressed. The location is excellent—convenient, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff stood out the most; everyone I met was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel very welcome. The overall atmosphere was positive and inviting, and it’s clear that the residents are well cared for and happy. I left with a great impression and would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering assisted living options for themselves or a loved one.

Mom was not doing well when she was living alone. Within a week of moving into Grayson House, we saw a 180 change. She was no longer lonely, depressed, or anxious. She attends every activity she can hangs out in the lobby or outside on good days, can't wait to get down for meals. The concierge, nursing staff, maintenance, techs, housekeeping, dining staff and mother staff has been kind, helpful, friendly concerned and responsive. We are so grateful for Grayson House.

Mom love it here and I love having her here! The staff is very caring and like Mom says " I think they know how to take care of old people here." We are very satisfied with the people of Addison House and recommend then highly!

Attentive & courteous staff & residents. I would possibly consider reviewing a living establishment for a relative or friend in the future if need be. It seems organized and well adjusted to accommodate it's fellow occupants.

I recently toured the Addison of Oakleaf and I was blown away how amazing it was. I’ve been struggling to find a good fit for my mother and Addison felt like home. We’ve toured maybe 5 different facilities and Addison felt like home as soon as we arrived. [name removed] the sales director was such a fantastic tour guide. She was very informative and answered all of my questions I had about the facility. The staff is very welcoming and truly makes it a family rather than just another resident under their care. I couldn’t say enough about how great [name removed] and the staff were there. I HIGHLY recommend this facility. Go see [name removed]!

Waterford staff All around have been extremely helpful, caring and full of love for my family member! Waterford has been amazing. My overall experience has been well comforting they've helped the most with knowing that I'm doing what I can for my family member and they have shown her true compassion and love even though she is a hard to handle individual.

I feel like my mom as well cared for and has the opportunity to be happy there. She found a friend. People were very helpful when I brought her there at first and she was objecting. Now she seems to have settled in and be pretty happy.

I feel very at home here. Did I at first? No! I left my familiar things and my home. Most of all my friends and family. However I have redecorated with some of my specials items made a new home with new friends and family. I stay active with games, movies, exercise specials group doing crafts. Move in and join us we always welcome new friends.

This is my first time in a large community. I came from a private care home but I heard about The Waterford from friends who lived here before. They were always so happy and I wanted to move here sooner. I'm so glad my health has improved so I could move. On my first day I recognized an old friend, [name removed]. We have the best time playing games. and eating together. I'm happy to be here.
