As a healthcare worker coming into facilities can be a challenge to locate patients or encounter other staff. This facility has been so welcoming and kind, always smiling. The fellowship and level of involvement this facility has with residents is so special.

The facility is great the staff is always helpful. Everyone is willing to help when needed. We know that they care because it shows.

I've has a wonderful experience volunteering at The Addison. The staff are incredibly at The Addison. The staff are incredibly caring and the residents are always treated with respect and kindness. It's very warm and welcoming here.

As a vendor, I am in the facility multiple times. Staff is attentive to residents and their needs. Staff are always avaliable when needed.

I have had patient in this facility years. The staff treat every resident with care and concern. They treat the residents like family. The residents are happy. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every resident individual needs and wants are met.

They were very responsive every time we had a concern. They were very kind they were quick to get my mother-in-law in her apartment and settled. Unfortunately she has passed away but in her time there she was well cared for and we were able to develop really positive relationships with all of the staff. Can't say enough good things about the nurses on the second floor as well as the CNA's and [name removed]!

My mother-in-law loves her new home at the Addison. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and kind. She’s only been there for about a month but, she feels very much at home. The food is good. The facility is always clean and smells good. She loves to be active and have fun and there is plenty to do there. She is thrilled and we are thrilled for her!

Most caring and compassionate staff I have ever been in contact with It’s like a family atmosphere that you just don’t find anymore. Customer service is alive and well in this facility. I recommend the facility to my patients looking for placement for themselves or their loved ones. The staff is genuinely caring patient and compassionate in their care.

My sister and I are no longer worried about out elderly mother's care since finding The Addison Not only is the community beautiful on the outside the staff is filled with wonderful and dedicated people who are responsive and capable. The layout and intention design is inviting and sophisticated. The library and fireplace areas are cozy and elegant. Our mother is enjoying the activities with music sing-a-longs and conversations. She is finding the community to be a welcoming place. She also loves her apartment. We finally have a sense of peace with out mother safely and care.

My grandpa lived at this facility, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment he moved in, the staff treated him with so much kindness, patience, and respect. You can tell they truly care about their residents — not just their physical health, but their happiness and comfort too. The facility itself is always clean, welcoming, and feels more like a community than anything else. My grandpa was always checked on, included in activities, and made to feel at home. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands.

I've been in healthcare for a while. North Pointe is the assisted I enjoy the most. As soon as you walk in the door you're met with smiling faces. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They're always willing to help with anything. The residents are happy and are always engaged in on activity

I have been a hospice aide for my patient at North Pointe for 3 yrs. I enjoy this facility and staff. They always welcome me when I visit. The ladies in memory care are phenomenal. We keep an open communication line to assure the patients are well taken care of. If my family needed care here. I would strongly recommend North Pointe.

We are so pleased with the level of care our grandparents receive at North Pointe. We don't have to worry anymore! The staff at North Pointe goes above and beyond to accommodate and love on our grands!

The facility is a wonderful place for my husband. It is always clean plus smells good. My husband is well taken care of and he sees it as his home. He feels safe and so do I for him.

Living at The Waterford has been a wonderful experience. It's a peaceful and welcoming community where I have made many new friendships. The staff and management are incredible, they genuinely care and always go above and beyond. My home here is comfortable and feels just right, and the beautiful outdoor surroundings add to the serene atmosphere. The quality of care and activities offer keep me happy and engaged everyday. Overall, I feel its worth every penny and couldn't be more please with my choice to live here!

It is a very organized place! The workers are very good. They're all helpful and are very friendly.
