The Waterford is a good and friendly community my aunt loves living here and enjoys the interaction with the other residents and staff. The staff treats her like family. She enjoys getting out and the activities She was so glad we found a place where she could take her dog with her.

I come by to visit. Everyone was friendly and in good spirits. Smelled nice and the apartments are a nice size- we loved the size of the bathrooms- very spacious for walkers and wheelchairs. I would recommend for anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care.

Cannot say enough good things about the staff at The Jasper. My mom had some laundry come up missing and the staff came together to get all mom items recovered. I love the warm feel you get from all the rest of mom's friends she has made.

I come in to help with therapy with some of the residents .the front desk is always helpful and friendly. The staff is friendly when I need paperwork from them - it’s one of my most pleasant communities I have gone to. Always pleasant.

I placed my mom in assisted living at this community. I moved her from independent living to assisted living. It was hard for her to give up a lot of her things and down size from a larger apartment. The ladies that care for her are so attentive and make her life so much easier. I am so glad I moved her into assisted living. She likes that they have so many activities to keep her busy.

You will see office staff and other departments helping each other out. Teamwork is prevalent! Residents take care to check on one another. When anyone is out of the community or misses meal, residents take notice and bring to staff's attention.

I come in for my uncle- I play music every now and then - he loves it - i enjoy it as well. Everyone there is so welcoming and happy. We play in the dining room or downstairs by their happy hour spot!

I was looking for an assisted living facility for a family friend--my Mom and I are the closest thing to family that she has in the area. Benton House is lovely; it looks fairly new and everything was really clean. I like the amenities and how friendly everyone was. Benton House would have been my first choice, but my friend has limited financial resources, and the price at Benton House was a little more than I think she can afford.

I visited a good friend of mine during lunch at The Jasper of Mansfield. All the staff were so welcoming and nice. The food looked amazing! The presentation was so nice. My friend said the food was amazing and he enjoys all of his meals. He asked if I wanted to eat but I declined as I had lunch just before my visit. The community was so beautifully decorated for the holidays. I loved the nativity scene in the lobby.

Where your loved ones are our loved ones! West Shores is not only an excellent place to call home but also an amazing place to work, our residents become an extension of our own families, and my heart grows along with every member that we add to our community. The activities here at West Shores range from a variety of games, trips and social activities you won't find anywhere else in Hot Springs. We take regular shopping trips to Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree so that any hygiene or snack needs can be met, also, pick a place that you would like to eat and the Activity Director will put it on the Calander for a lunch trip away with the neighbors. Come see us and ask for [name removed] to show you around our beautiful facility.

West Shores has a lot to offer from meals, trips, cable and internet. They always seem to want to get the residents so involved with decorating the community to involved in daily activities. I would recommend West Shores.

West Shores is the best. When you come into the community it feels like a home but not just any home more like a southern hospitality home. You won't be disappointed when you come for an experience of the community.

I love West Shores and wish I would have moved in years ago. To the activities to the friends I have made are the best. During the holidays the management team and staff make sure that we are being taken care of and that does not go unnoticed. I appreciate them all.

I have lived here for over a year - very happy , the staff here I feel really cares. They keep me busy and treat me well. Always pleasant with my guest and family. I feel safe and loved. I am grateful for places like Tge Jasper of Mansfield, as is my family.
