The Harrison is a fantastic place to live. Lots of amenities and things to do. Very friendly staff and very clean. Always something to do. Lots of field trips and transportation to and from doctor visits or shopping. Always having movie nights or small concerts or games. Did I mention the food? Great !!! Lots of options for varied tastes. The cooks really put in effort ! Wonderful nurses and always willing to help, even if it's not really part of their so called duties. Overall, a great place to reside!

Everyone is pleasant and all seem happy whether residents or employees.

This place truly has it all. We love how friendly all the staff is and very quick to respond to any questions for the new resident. It is all the extras that go a long way. Cloth napkins, decorated hallways, the on-site library! so many and varied activities. Also the most delicious meals. A real find!!!

I would give a negative 100 for the food if I could. It is borderline not edible. It's either freezer burnt or almost expired in every instance I ate with her. She lost 20 lbs in 4 months and she's not a picky eater. Excluding the dining room staff, whom are rude and impatient with the people that need more time to process thoughts and eat slow, I would say most of the rest of the staff is incredible. We only had one incident where she had fallen in the bathroom at night, her call button didn't work and we found her at 2 in the afternoon when we went to visit her, which resulted in having to call an ambulance and a lengthy hospital stay due to the fact that she had hit her head when she fell. The activities they offer are incredible. They do a 'happy hour' every night with mocktails and cocktails, they have bingo, movies, card groups for quite a few games, outings and more. The manager, [name removed] and the assistant (I can never remember his name) are 2 of the most personable people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and they truly care about all the residents like they are there own family.

I moved my Dad into this community and it has been the best decision ever. He loves it! The management team has been so attentive with the process. The community is so bright, clean and smells good! My Dad is so happy in his new home!

I went from a house to an apt in this senior living community. It could have been very traumatic for me but the staff from sales, to front desk, cleaning, activities and dining they all make you feel as special and can't forget maintenance. The place is always spotless and I am proud to invite friends and family here.

I recently visited a friend who moved to the Waterford after selling her house a couple of months ago. The entrance is clean and welcoming. Lots of seating. People are friendly. Residents were happy. Room is a good size with large windows. Dining area is large and bright. There are lots of activities on the monthly calendar. I would consider living there.

[name removed] was awesome, flexible and knowledgeable ! We had unexpected health issues crop up and her support was wonderful! Facility is a bit dated in terms of WiFi but very clean and comfortable! People are friendly there. Maintenance is very hard working and helpful! Would love to see administration add a few touches like have only seen at one other location. (Different state) bring lemonade outside to residents or serving ice cream in afternoon really a nice touch - other big big suggestion is the service they use - Brightstar. Really would be nice if could use billing in 30 minute increments verses an hour

Mom is treated very well every day. The food is excellent. Mom's needs are taken care of every day. Her room is always clean and fresh. The activities that are provided are above belief. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My apartment is cleaned regularly an d very professional. The Staff is especially helpful. Rose Arbor is nice and clean. I especially enjoy the acitivities and friends.

I've been here a year now, and I'm satisfied with the facility and its staff. Everyone is very pleasant and caring. Talking with staff is very easy and they are always helpful. I always found that everyone treats you with a welcoming smile! I enjoy crafts and we have a very good teacher.

On a scale of one to five they would be definitely a five or actually on a scale of one to five I'd rate them a 10! They are the very best, and I thank you so much for the referral to Villa Santa Barbara. They made my sister's last days happy! She loved sitting out in their beautiful garden Court and walking around looking at their lovely flowers and plants. She loved the staff, who treated her with such kindness. And she loved her beautiful room. I am so grateful that she was able to stay there, they are the best!

They are quick to respond. Very friendly and welcoming, and made the transition for my mother very pleasant and easy. The facilities crew is responsive.

My Mom is a brand new resident and we have had nothing but great experiences since the move in. [name removed] and [name removed] have been so wonderful and welcoming. My Mom has commented that the food is really good, as well. :-)

My father chose to make this move after mom passed away, care of the home etc was too much for him on his own. My father was and is a very independent minded individual. He is still very independent as for self care and choices. The Jeffersonville IN Riverbend staff have been amazing at helping my father adjust to a community environment. They communicate with family when they notice behavior outside of his norm, as well as receive feedback from the family when we have noticed a concern and desire him to be checked on more frequently. Making this choice for a family member is stressful, and guilt ridden at times. But the Riverbend of Jeffersonville IN has provided the support my father and family needed during all the challenges of health, grief, Covid etc… To the previous and current administration, medical and support staff; Thank you.
