I recently have taken a tour at the Chateau. My husband & I came in together for the tour. During it a couple different residents stopped us and let us know how much they loved living here. They proceeded to give us helpful insights on staff and the facility. We look forward to someday moving in.

I love the energy in the building Everyone seems to be having a wonderful time. I think they were having a cooking class it smelled good in the building. They had nice music playing, they answered all my questions very nice place

People sitting on the porch visiting and enjoying the weather and conversation. Inside was warm and friendly as well having cheese and crackers and laughter. Staff was friendly and engaged. Building was very nice and kept.

Looks like they have fun at The Waterford all the time! I've seen them play Bingo, cards, trivia and even going out on field trips! The staff is so supportive and loving. I can't image wanting to live anywhere else.

My dad has found another family at The Waterford. He has many friends and enjoying his "golden" years to the fullest. So glad he found a place he can call home!

Every time we come visit everyone is always laughing and smiling. Out mom is happy here.

We looked all over Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas for the right place for a good friend. Not only was Villa Santa Barbara affordable, it checked all the other boxes. It’s a beautiful building and incredibly well managed. The staff if always thoughtful and helpful. My friend has enjoyed her new home, new friends and she loves the food. She’s also able to keep an active lifestyle and walk to downtown and shops due to its convenient location. I can’t recommend them enough!

I am so impressed by this community. Staff were inviting and helpful. Dining room is beautiful. Residents were friendly and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and warm. I would recommend The Waterford to family and friends.

I love everyday here is a fun day. We love. Spending time together. Fun activities. Everyone is very here.

Nice place to live. Would like more single bedroom rooms. I am on a waiting list. It takes some getting used to. The staff are very nice. Good food! Would like more turkey burgers and pumpkin pie.

My dad is now adjusting well to the Waterford and enjoys the staff and other residents. Value for cost is wonderful compared to other local facilities. I am thankful my dad chose. The Waterford knowing he is safe and taken care of

From the first meeting until my wife became a resident I have been helped every step of the way. Everyone has been extremely helpful. The facility is the best that we visited and very bright lots of windows the staff is observant and quick to spot any potential problems. Exercise is promoted by the staff and physical trainer. The nurses are knowledgeable.

They try to make you feel at home. I think they make a reasonable effort at what they do. The therapy department is outstanding. Wish we could stay here for any post-survey PT. Outstanding department heads. [name removed] has been extremely helpful as the director of nursing.

My mother in law recently with this facility. She loved living there. [name removed] and nursing staff were great with working with her to help with comfort and needs at the end of her life. Everyone made everything easy so we could just be there for mom.

I only lived at the Chateau for a couple months. I only moved due to needing a nursing home. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and prices were accommodating. The facility is very pretty.

Communication is excellent—staff members keep families informed and are quick to address any questions or concerns. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Most importantly, the residents are happy, engaged, and well cared for. The activities, meals, and personal attention all contribute to a high quality of life. I highly recommend Magnolia Trails of Eastlake to anyone seeking a place where their loved one will be respected, supported, and truly cared for. An outstanding team and a wonderful environment!
