My father has joined The Waterford family, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. All the staff that interacts, treats my father with dignity and respect. The staff have welcomed him as a part of their own family. We have watched The Waterford family promote my father's well-being by giving him purpose and his sparkle back.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the individual attention my father receives from the Waterford staff. Upon his request to look at the aging ac unit, they quickly replaced it with a new one. Now his living room is cool to his comfort level. While there on Monday, we had drop by visits from three staff members to check on him with offers of assistance if needed. Meal quality has been good but it is getting even better. Today, [date removed], is their October Fest celebration. Families are encouraged to participate. A large group of ladies were enjoying a game of bingo. Their laughter filled the halls.

Great facility with very friendly and caring staff! The facility is clean and there is a strong focus on activities and developing a sense of community. Staff and residents are very welcoming to guests and new residents.

[name removed] was excellent. He helped us with the tour, was patient, and extremely responsive. We are really glad to move in and to enjoy the activities. The area is wonderful. We visited a number of places and The Waterford quickly rose to the top of our list.

What we like the most about the community is the feeling when you walk in! Everyone seems happy. The food is great.

I would give a 5 for all. We've been very impressed with The Waterford. We canceled all other visits after starting with them in the interview process and nothing has changed our opinion since my mother-in-law moved in.

During my mother's residence at The Addison of Bluffton, she received professional and compassionate care. I witnessed so much selfness love as they cared for her every need keeping her safe and comfortable every step of they way.

Our family member loves her home. She has resided there over one year. She loves the food. They play games, have guests come and play music, exercise classes and most importantly for us is they have dedicated staff that communicate with us and go over and beyond the call of duty (like taking calls when they are not at the facility and speaking to providers to make sure her medications are renewed- [name removed]is amazing!). Highly recommended Waterford for your loved ones.

I recently visited the Addison of narcoossee as I stopped in to visit a family friend who is currently residing there. I noticed a few things upon my arrival, 1st- the front porch was being occupied by other residents who also reside at the community, they greeted me and were very welcoming it was noticeable that they are happy there. I proceed to enter the building and i noticed the fresh and clean scent, the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the happy and helpful staff. This all made my first time experience very pleasant. I know the person i was visiting is definitely in the right place.

I was very happy to know that the place where my family member resides is a very nice ,beautiful, clean facility. We had a wonderful visit and I feel confident that she is in a safe, comfortable and pleasant place,along with very caring, thoughtful, friendly staff to see that she is in a well maintained facility. Thank you for all you do for your residents!

I came to the Waterford to visit my Aunt Olivia for her 90th Birthday. I was invited to sing hyms with some of the ladies and my Aunt. I really enjoyed my time with them. I then walked to my Aunts room for a chat. We had a lot to catch up on. I loved all the Fall decorations in the dining room. The hallways are nice and wide and floors perfectly clean. Everyone was friendly. It was nice to see my Aunt comfortable and happy!

So refreshing to visit a community, not another facility. All residents smiling laughing & ready to engage and participate .The Activities are amazing having something for everyone’s interest the Activities Lady really goes the extra mile for the residents with genuine care and interest while making the residents feel comfortable. The calm she presented with each resident regardless of health condition or mental behavior was truly touching.

The Addison of Narcoossee has highly capable employees who continually make my 100+ mother feel at home, well cared for, and enjoys the activities she participates in. She is in their Adult Daycare and is always eager to go and has a smile on her face when I pick her up. I am grateful she has such a nice and caring atmosphere to go to each week.

Enjoy living here - good care, friendly staff, plenty of activity options. Nice, clean facility where I feel safe and well-cared for. 24/7 staffing gives my family peace-of-mind too. Only suggestion for improvement - more flavor and variety in menus.

Beautiful, clean facility with very friendly and competent caregivers. Mom lights up when we arrive and enjoys her stay. Love the caregivers that spend one on one time with her and make her feel special.

My grandfather has truly thrived here. The staff go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I couldn’t ask for a better place for him. It brings me so much peace knowing he’s surrounded by people who genuinely care about his well being and treat him like family.

It's the best place on earth. Love the community. The food is great and I really love the chef's silicon pizza ??.the resident seem really active in activities and it brought me great joy to see this community grow.

Middleton Crossing is a wonderful place. I visit weekly to see the friends my mother made when she lived here. The staff are welcoming and caring although I no longer have ties here. I come to visit remaining friends, whose lives I have come to cherish and enjoy. The residents are intelligent, care for each other, and likely, to hold lively conversations at meal times. Meals are delicious and offer a choice between entrees. The common areas are open and cheerful with high ceilings and light[. The rooms are varied and delightful with many floorplans offered. My heart just soars whenever I come here! People are happy here; they great each other kindly and treat each other so nicely. There is a really sense of community here, built on shared activities, bus trips, meals, music guests, card games, puzzle making , and art projects. My mother loved living here, and I keep returning to visit the friends she made because I love it too.

The staff is incredible at the Waterford of Mansfield!!!! The staff is always so attentive to each individual resident and family member. This has been a very good experience which gives me and my family a peace of mind.

The staff was very helpful and friendly yes that was also very attending to my needs and the patient was very complacent. I came to visit [name removed] to give him holy communion, Apostolic absolution, and an act of contrition.
