This was the first time I visited The Villages. My sister just moved there. I was so impressed, from the minute I arrived to when I left! I feel she's in a WONDERFUL place with so many CARING staff members. The young man at the front desk was so informative and kind. Thank you!

Would highly recommend this facility to others. Friendly staff who seem very well organized and in tune with the residents. There is plenty of parking and a very well-lit parking lot. The facility seems very secure with a good check-in process.

I am happy that this is my home. Considering I lost my husband and it's still my happy place. There are many wonderful folks here that I call family. We have activities, good housekeeping and friendliness is a plus.

They are very open to suggestions and if you have a problem they will address it ASAP. It is very nice they do laundry weekly and clean rooms. They have several activities daily for clients to participate in. Clients seems to be very happy.

They provided extra help when it was needed. The location is very convenient. I would recommend this community to others.

I would definitely recommend Rosemont. They took very good care of my mother in law.

I volunteer at The Wellington two to four times per month. I have been doing this for the past seven years, except for the pandemic years. I look forward to seeing the twelve residents that I visit. I hope they feel the same. Besides the residents I also enjoy my interaction with the staff. I am greeted at the front desk, welcomed by the staff I encounter as I go about my visits. A few times I have had questions or needed some help during my visits. The staff have always been there to assist me. Thank you, Wellington!

I came to visit a friend at the Courtyards and was so impressed with the community. The staff were very attentive to the residents the building was very clean and looked wonderful! I would recommend friends and families !

The overall experience of my dad being in The Waterford was a 5. [name removed] worked with us on finding a room and getting it set up. [name removed] assessed dad and worked out the medical details of care with the staff. Meals were a highlight of the day. Every plate looked pretty and nutritious. The staff checked on dad every two hours even through the night and took very good care of him. When our family had a question or concern, the staff worked with us on a solution. We highly recommend The Waterford for anyone's loved one.

Staff was great and very welcoming and always trying to include Aunt [name removed] in any activities. Food was amazing, even for a picky eater. She didn't participate in activities, but they were always doing activities with the other residents.

Very happy with the wellington. My mom is adjusting slowly to being there. She is happy with the three meals provided. Her apartment is higher than my expectations. It very roomy and the bathroom is very safe for her. She enjoys the activities that are provided but because of her dementia she does not remember what she has attended. The staff is always attentive and answers my questions promptly. I wish that there was two outside gazebos as she really loves the wooden one but it's a smoking section which I don't like her exposed to the second hand smoke. We often sit there and then a woman comes and smokes while we are there. Our enjoyable time outside is made unpleasant by the smoking. The only alternative is the hard metal chairs under the trees.

It was a big deal to persuade Mom to seriously accept that a care facility was a timely solution to the complexities of living as a ninety-year-old widow. Even with a dozen loving, willing & committed care givers, the stresses of modern life & concerns for her physical safety impelled a change of venue. Wellington has served her and her family well, providing comfort in her personalized apartment & peace of mind for all of us. There have been @ least a half-dozen issues in the last nine months, but the staff responded professionally & often candidly to solve what was solvable. The lack of transparency re: repairing the AC system during the June heatwave was a glaring failure. Empowering individual remedies by day 3 would have been wise. Mom was able to tolerate circulating 80 degree air. In hindsight, it’s water over the dam, now. Thanks to the day-in-day-out will to serve residents, I salute Wellington’s resolve to maintain a sustainable community when good help’s in short supply! Thx

The facility is definitely a work in progress. There's nothing else for me to say..I don't have anything more to provide. I will have to waiting to provide any specific details. I don't like being told how much detail to provide I in my comments

I've been to visit my friend here a number of times over the last year or so and have been incredibly pleased with how well they take care of her and the dining hall as well as the recreational areas that they offer

All staff very here makes it enjoyable. Switch meals more- same o same o.

Staff has always been courteous and helpful.

I feel this place is more than a building to live in. Everyone that belong to us all and I am lucky and or for. I feel that this building is my family. They all care!

Think this is a great place don't know where she would be if she wasn't here.
