Good place to be. Been here 10 years.

My mother has been a resident at the Waterford for many years. She’s happy, we’re happy and everyone who comes to visit comments on what a nice place it is. It’s clean, staff are friendly, professional , approachable and accommodating. The leadership team keeps residents and families well informed and work incredibly hard to overcome challenges (ie staffing). Would highly recommend the Waterford to anyone who is independent but perhaps on their way to needing assistance.

Our mom's experience at the Waterford has been very positive. She loves the staff and they are responsive to her needs. She has met a lot of wonderful friends and really enjoys the social activities.

My mom has resided at the Waterford since [date removed]. She is now 95 years old, and she loves it. Waterford folks are both attentive and kind and mom loves all the social opportunities. She has gained many friends and has lost the depression that shrouded her last few years before moving to the Waterford. A first rate senior living residence that I can heartily recommend!

Building is well kept staff are nice. [name removed] from programming is wonderful with the residents. Family and residents love her she very content and very positive .My experience looking at the joy she brings to the residents every day is a warm feeling. I will recommend any friend or family member here.

Beautiful apartment, professional, compassionate staff, resident’s needs met. Nice variety of food. Communication is wonderful & efficient. Always informed. Transportation to doctor appointments is great.

All has been a Great experience so far, it's a wonderful experience in all staff and they treat [name removed] Great. I would recommend North Pointe to others who are currently searching for memory care for their loved one.

Recently moved from another community the overall experience has been very positive and my husband is eating again because the food is delicious. The availability of drinks has been refreshing. The maturity of the caregivers is very helpful . I would recommend the community !

My husband is a resident I the Magnolia Trails Memory Care. This location is wonderful . The staff is excellent. Words really don’t describe how they give me peace of mind. They are so very patient and professional. They are respectful and dedicated to EVERY resident. It is refreshing to see them treat each with dignity . I so highly recommend the Courtyards !

I took a tour and was impressed with how many employees stopped to talk to us and [name removed] invited to talk to us. The young caregiver for [removed] I believe was so patient and loving with the resident she was caring for.

My mom has been a resident at The Waterford for two years now and during that time, I'm pleased to say that this is my third 5 star review for them. My mom really enjoys living there and she feels comfortable and safe there. She has a lot of friends and she especially enjoys the activities that are planned. The two activity directors do a great job working together tovplan fun, engaging activities. I especially like how dedicated the caregivers and staff are. I feel confident that my mom lives in a safe environment and that she is well taken care of. The rooms at The Waterford are very spacious and well designed for seniors. In the past year there have been several upgrades that I feel makes it safer for the older residents. All the flooring has been replaced, making it easier for my mom to use her walker. All residents now have a safety alert necklace and there are new fall detection cameras in the room, along with a couple more "help buttons" at lower levels in the room.

My experience as an volunteer was positively incredible; with the patients in memory care, their families and the staff. The patients are well cared for. This was my first visit and I look forward to the next visit.

We visited my mother in law and all the staff was very nice and welcomed us. The place was clean and inviting. My mother in law seemed very comfortable and seemed to enjoy her daily meals with some friends that she had made there.

Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my grandmother. I greatly appreciate it from me and my family. my grandmother has been there for several years. You are all taking very good care of her and we greatly appreciate it. Thank you again so much.

We went to the Waterford to visit a relative. She and her husband have lived there for several years. The staff there are taking such tender care of her. It is beautiful to see. They love living at the Waterford.

The Vista Building at The Wellington at North Bend Crossing where my mother moved in 2 months ago is new, beautiful and spacious. She made new friends immediately. The staff has been caring and attentive, and they answer her calls for help quickly. Last week my mother needed to be sent to the hospital for a few days for medical care. The nursing staff followed up with me while she was gone by calling to see how she was doing and sending their love and encouragement. When she returned to the Vista they even organized a birthday party for her and brought cake and other residents to her room to sing Happy Birthday to her!

We picked this because it has a “homey” feel. Down home and not to fancy. My mother is very comfortable here. It feels like home. Staff is friendly and helpful. Meals are good and there is always the anytime food and alternatives to main meals to choose from. Mom takes advantage of the 8am-6pm ice cream machine.

. I would have to give each category a 5. My aunt was a resident at Waterford for several months prior to her heath decline (no faultof Waterford). She had a great 2 bedroom apartment, with a good view and it was quite. The food wasju a great, I would eat with her on some visits. The staff was wonderful, they checked on her and assisted with several of her needs. There were daily activities to keep the residents involved as well as available on site church service. Her apartment had been remodeled prior to her moving in and the whole facility was always top notch. I had shopped at several care centers in west to south Fort Worth (Burleson) and Waterford, for my family, provided everything we wanted for my aunt for the best price. I would highly recommend the staff and Waterford for my family.

I would rate each of those categories at a 5. We have been very happy in regards to all of the above mentioned categories. The people in the facility give off a "friendly vibe" and are very genuine and caring. It is a clean facility and offers a variety of activities for all. My mother seems happy there and she hasn't "complained" about anything in the time she has been there.
