They really need to work on getting their staff to be kinder and more responsive to the needs of residents, and their food portions and quality of food is substandard.

I currently live at Autumn Glen and I love all the staff and residents who live there. I am grateful to have a safe place to live and everyone is so friendly. Could not have picked a better place to move to after selling my home.

This must be the ultimate place for loved ones with memory care issues. The build is up to date and super clean. Most of the other places I've toured have lots of odors, "if you know what I mean." The staff is super friendly and actually treat residents like their own family. They have activates galore and the food looks and smells great. They even have in house therapy available too. This is the place to be.

The staff was very attentive and my father needed a lot of care due to his physical decline. The meals were well prepared and had nice variety. The executives and staff went out of their way to be friendly and express concern for my dad. Unfortunately my father passed only a month after moving in and I'm sorry he was unable to enjoy everything the community had to offer.

I came here to visit my Grandmother today, and as I sat here in the parking lot in tears because of what age is doing to her mind and body, I was beyond thankful for each of the people I met along the way to her room and as I left. I have been in several facilities throughout the years, and not once in my life have a left without a multitude of complaints about the way the staff members treated the patients and their visitors. But today changed that!!! I was greeted by a woman at the front desk who, though on a call she was kindly trying to get off of, politely asked me to wait a moment or two. She apologized and led me through the steps to sign up as a visitor, then gave me directions down to her floor. Once I arrived downstairs, the Staff inside her wing were incredibly loving and kind. You could tell they were compassionate about their jobs and the people they served. They were extremely respectful and polite every step of the way. Thank each and every one of you who work here.

We feel he is very taken care of- we don't worry about his care! He likes the food. The aids are all nice. I would recommend!

The staff here is always helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to move in here. Even the head staff are so friendly to me, I’m not used to that! I love it here. I love having my independence and being able to attend activities and have fun with other residents and staff!

The staff was AMAZING! Front desk receptionist got up from behind her desk to comfort me. [name removed] comforted me in her office and allowed me to share stories about my loved one. She cried with me!! That really touched me. [name removed], my loved one, didn’t know who I was. That broke my heart.

I have lived here about four years. The workers here are very pleasant. Everyone is great. We have Wii bowling, which I had never done before I moved here. However, I now bowl and I love it!! We have bridge, euchre, bingo, and poker. I am sure I have probably forgotten other things that they may do here. We also have arts and crafts that you can work on here and there’s pretty much something to do quite often here. I have a lot of friends here. We go to our friends who live here and we have coffee together. We also play cards at our homes. They do have cards, bingo, and competition here. I feel very safe here after hours the doors are locked to the outside. The people who work here are very friendly. I left when my husband got very sick, but eventually I came back here. One reason I came back here it was like it was my home. I like the help here and the friends who live here. I would definitely recommend it but as you can see, this is my second time back here. Hope to see you sometime

I would give them all fives. It's clean, everyone is have met is very friendly and caring. Activities are awesome and my mom likes it there.

My experience at Rose Arbor has been very positive. I like the staff and residents. I receive excellent care.

Nice place clean i may go for short stay..staff are nice new rooms coming up decorations very pretty. Thank you for your time and caring for others there can't think of much more to say sorry.

If you can't live at home this in the first place. It is happy friendly place help stop and atmosphere enjoy my large living quarters good food and large amount.

I recently toured Magnolia Trails at East Lake and was very impressed with the overall experience. The facility is clean, bright, and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. Out of all the tours I’ve taken, [name removed], the Sales Director, stood out the most—he was one of the most polite, approachable, and easy to talk to people I’ve met. He answered all of my questions with patience and honesty, which really made the visit feel comfortable. The staff overall seemed caring, the community atmosphere was positive, and the residents looked engaged and happy. Magnolia Trails is definitely a place that balances professionalism with compassion.

The tour was wonderful. Loved the olive tree! [name removed] was wonderful! He was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We met the chef and head of maintenance as well. Beautiful and clean facility. Highly recommend and top of my list for my parents

5 on all but the food. Appears to be an issue with the quality of food. Seems a lot of meals come out cold. I would recommend The Waterford at Fairfield to other families based on the experience so far

This is absolutely the best facility anyone could ever ask for. My mother has been taken care of by these folks for two years. There is no possibility I could ever ask for anyone to be more caring or conscientious than the staff at the Wellington in Conroe. Thank you to everyone from the chefs, to the nurses, to the management and everyone in between! My mom feels safe and well cared for and that means so much. Thank you for taking care of her in the kindest way.

The people taking care of my husband were very caring and nurturing. Yes, we would recommend Willow Grove community to other families based on the experience so far.

Having a loved one live in memory care requires us as family members to be flexible, understanding, and collaborative with the community. You have to allow things to not be perfect. If the community is willing to listen, it can be a great partnership. In my experience, The Waterford is safe, friendly, and always striving to be better and do the right thing. They have made many improvements to the physical plant from painting to new furnishings. They are planning more updates. The staff knows my mom very well. They get her and treat her as a person. Not as a “patient”. They also know me. They seem to appreciate my feedback and are responsive. I also see when a staff member isn’t aligned with the company’s mission, they address it. Recently I’ve seen improvements to weekend coverage. Staff is always caring regardless of the day of week. I know it’s not been for lack of trying, but weekends can be hard. My family and I visited this past Sunday and it was great.

We enjoyed the staying in the guest suite and visiting with my family member. It made the visit very convenient and nice. We loved going to eat with them and the food was really good. The rate for the guest suite was very good.
