The swimming pool is fantastic. The whole pool area was just recently resurfaced and updated. My friends and I do aqua exercises together. The water and the hot tub are at perfect temperatures. Or rates 5+ stars.

The workers are so friendly. They do a wonderful job taking care of their residents. Checking in on the residents multiple times a day. Making sure they get whatever they need. If needed I would use this place myself.

I helped my Friend find this place. It took her a minute to acclimate, but she is realizing that the Lodge has everything she needs. She was hesitant to go down to have a meal and now I need to be careful not to call her at meal times because she doesn't miss any now. She is so very happy about the bus and just how far it will take her. She is able to conduct all of her business, bank, groceries and medications via the Lodge bus. This is definitely a 5 star place.

The staff was fantastic. Everything was nice, my mom was happy there.

My mom is in the memory care unit and I very much appreciate all the love and care the staff gives my mom. I honestly don’t know how they do it day in and day out. They are all so patient and loving with the residents there.

I was very impressed with my haircut. I would recommend it to anyone, definitely to anyone who lives there! I have been seeing [name removed]for my haircuts for several years before she was associated with this facility

Marquis Place has been a great community for my mom to receive the care she needs. Very kind staff who care for all the residents and have been very helpful with my mom’s transition to care. Lots of activities for resident’s to enjoy! Wonderful community!

Marquis Place has been a wonderful community for our grandmother to be a part of. The staff is professional and supportive. Their top priority is the well being of our grandmother. They have helped her to settle in to her new room in the most comfortable manner while providing family members with advice on how we can support grandma in person and from afar. There are daily activities and social hours which grandma can attend with other friends in the community. Marquis Place has done their best to make this transition for our family a peaceful one and we always look forward to our visits with grandma here. Thank you, Marquis Place!

Every one that I have come in contact with seems to really enjoy living there! The only thing I have noticed outside the elevator on the north side of the building the floor needs to be cleaned more often! Other than that everything else looks fine!

The staff at the Woodlands is top of the line. This goes from the administration to the meal prep staff. They are all positive and treat the residents with kindness. I always feel welcomed when I go in for a visit. I feel like my dad is being well taken care of.

Great staff caring and showing their care for my Mother and all other residents providing sincerity. Cleanliness is always appreciated and done several times per day. Meals are always cooked to very satisfying for residents.

Everyone at The Waterford is very kind, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Memory care takes special people to deal with the residents. They are very much appreciated by us! We felt that from the moment we moved our mom in.

I have to say that [name removed]and [name removed] were the best!!!They were very attentive to Mom and were so very helpful to us. Although Mom was only there for a short time, we really appreciated how kind and helpful all the staff were. The place was l clean and pleasant and had a lot of great activities. The food was wonderful. Loved the happy hours. The aides were great with Mon and treated her with kindness and compassion, even when she was irritable they were always kind to Mom. The Ashton is a great community. Making the decision to move Mom there was very difficult, but the friendly, caring, compassionate staff made the transition easier and we knew that we made the right decision. The meals were great and if Mom didn't like what they were serving they would ask Mom what she would like.

I always tell visitors if you can't live at home you need to move to West Shores. I have lived here almost 10 years and have become a resident ambassador. I love our Veterans group and all the residents we have in our community.

Amazing place great care. Everybody have a smile on their face and they’re very generous and accommodating to every guest. Very clean place and staff are very attentive to residence needs. Very clean environment and have activities for guest.

The staff is so so kind, I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place for their parents. My gram loves the space and activities!! Truly can’t think of a better place in the area. Top tier!
