He's happy, he's cared for, he's warm. Overall I'm pleased with his well being, security and care. The staff is friendly, the community is kept clean. I think they are nickle and diming me to death, it's a racket. I haven't had any complaints about the food, and laundry is going okay.

Hello Lee Ann My visit went well, I like the location and the place. I met with the Director Gilbert. I met someone from my Mom's apartment that moved there. I am just concerned about the size of the apartment, it is extremely small. I think she would have a problem with that.

They seemed to be very nice, but it wasn't the right fit for us. The rooms that were available when we went to look, were really far from the dining room, we thought this would be too far for her. They had recently had a flood when we visited as well. It was still a mess. The rooms were efficiency rooms, and it was a little more expensive, than what we were looking at elsewhere.

Love meeting Gayle. She was super informative & helpful. Love the facility! Location was great. Love the activity functions & transportation. Did not like that the electric was not included. With my mothers house payment so low and her low utilities, at the point they are...we would be better to keep her in her home at this point.

Very nice facility, few too many hills.

They're doing a great job looking after my loved one here, they've been very accommodating in facilitating his medical needs. Thea facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are friendly. One area they could use some improvement on is the activities, they don't have very many of them and those they do have seem to be geared towards women. The facility also seems to have a high percentage of residents with memory issues, which makes socializing difficult.

It is an older facility, but it seemed well kept. The staff was very nice with the tour I received. There is around a 3 month waiting, and I need something ASAP.

Wish ther were a few more hands on CNA's to help with the patients...at least for a few more hours during the daytime. The staff are wonderfully nice and helpful.

Independent Living sounds like what we need right now. Looks nice, but far away.

The place had water damage from broken pipes when I moved my mother in but her room was nice and clean and fresh. Loved the high ceilings and large window with the view of the courtyard. The staff is always willing to help. They do seem to take longer than normal to respond to the alarms from the residents, but it is most likely do to the level of care some require. I think more encouragement from the staff to participate in activities would be helpful for new people to become more comfortable with the surroundings. The food is better than the last place my mother was residing Parking in front is an issue but most of the residents live in back anyway.

Overall I think they're doing a good job here. It's a nice looking place, and the staff have always been very friendly and caring. They try very hard to keep it clean, but unfortunately due to the care needs of some of the residents there always seems to be an odor. We've also had some issues with laundry mix-ups, where my loved one has had others peoples clothes placed in his closet, and a few items of his have been misplaced. I would also like to see more in terms of the activities, I don't feel like they've got much going on.

We're so glad we found this place, my loved one is doing great here! The amount of care you get for the price is fabulous, and I like that there is only one level of extra care to pay for, as opposed to the communities that charge for every service a la carte.

Very friendly staff and good tour. Liked the layout open circular pattern of the Memory care unit. Only concern would be the shared restroom.

The food is not always the best. We have eaten there several times and it seems like it's ok, but she has to eat there all the time. The quality and service is sometimes lacking. The value and the friendliness is what stands out about them to us.

The facility is newer and beautiful. Apts. are roomy. Common areas are always clean. Apts. are cleaned daily, but not always attention to detail in cleaning apts. Big difference between IL staff and AL. There are fewer activities offered in AL than IL. Concierge in AL can be standoffish and not helpful, while IL concierge is friendly and helpful. Dining room offers a nice rotation of menus. Overall, I feel my parent is safe and cared for, but there are glitches in the system that keep it from being great.

There are a couple of caregivers that aren't as nice and some that are really nice. The food is good. The one thing is we would have liked a little more guidence in other services. We were given the name of the home health service they use, but we didn't even know what to ask and our idea of what they would do was not clear either. They are in a convenient location. He has the ability to be private but he is able to be social if he wants to. They will let out of town family rent an apartment when they visit. You have to pay for it but it's not very expensive.

We now have my mother in law at the Wellington. We feel it is a very nice and friendly place. Cost wise We feel it is a good value for the money knowing all are expensive. They were very helpful with helping us find a good mover. Also, moving day everyone was friendly and helpful. Since moving in they have had some one come to check to see how my Mother in law was doing or going with her to meals. I would recommend the Wellington.
