We toured here when we were looking around. It was pretty comparable to the one we chose. It was good, it was beautiful. There were two things that made me decide against it. One was that the rooms were a long way from the dining room, and my loved one uses a walker. It also didn't have that really homey feel. The people were nice, but there wasn't the warmth that we felt at another place.

My experience with Wellington at Arapahoe has been good. My mom is happy. I'm satisfied with their services. I'm overall satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and care they provide.

Very nice facility and willing to work with us; challenge will be keeping Erin employed for health benefits....Fairfield is too far from her current employment

Big place. going through renovations right now. a bit smelly in the memory care area. Wait list of 2 1/2 to 3 monoths.more affordable.

Everything has been good. Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the facility, care, activities, and services have all been good.

We have been very happy with the Woodlands. Every aspect has been good.

Initially the staff, the director, and everyone were very attentive, and they continue to be very polite, but I have an issue with the aides not being as attentive anymore, and when I have tried to speak to someone about that and they haven't really gotten back to me. I feel like I am kind of getting the brush off. I don't feel that they listen to my concerns. I don't feel like the medical issues we are bringing up, are being taken seriously. I have eaten there and I enjoyed the food, and my loved ones clean their plates. It's very beautiful, comfortable, and homey. It's very clean, it always smells fresh and I liked the location.

Brian was very nice and the assisted living may work but she may need more memory care type services.

We had a great visit here. We may return before we make a final decision. The residents seemed happy. We might be looking for more activities.

Currently have Inde Living apartments available but no Assisted Living. The continuum of care includes Ind Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care.

On the whole we are fairly satisfied with it. They could use more staff, and better training. Some of the staff are really great, but some of them are less than friendly and patient, and are on their phones when they should be with the resident. Response time is not always great either. The food is very good, and they have plenty of activities. We chose them because they came fairly well recommended, and I was impressed with the facility.

Beautiful building & grounds! Great amenities & Wonderful staff with managers living on premises. All meals & linen service included. Pay extra for phone. Health services on site-pay extra or covered by Medicare. More costly, but month to month. Further away than we would like.

Dana provided a very thorough overview of the community. This definitely was the nicest facility, with a pricing level matched to amenities being offered. However, the two meals per day vs. three may be an issue ... Although it is my understanding that that can be customized (not sure of pricing as we did not ask). The other issue on the meal plan - sounds like breakfast was a cold / continental. This may be our misunderstanding. We loved the community interior setting, activities and general feeling of a lot happening to keep everyone as active as possible.

This really is a pretty nice place, we haven't had any issues with them whatsoever. They very easy to communicate with, and very responsive to any requests or questions. The staff does a great job keeping the place looking clean and well kept. They also have a very good meal service!

They said they had the ability to meet a gluten free diet, but I haven’t seen that yet. Once they served chicken wasn’t done yet, blood still coming out of it. I believe that problem has been solved. If a person doesn’t have a land line phone – there’s no way to get a visitor buzzed in.

Several residents expressed how happy they were to be at Waterford. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The meal was just like an every day meal with several options to choose from a menu. The building is laid out like an 'H'. There are several activities that happen each day and transportation provided for some activities outside the center and for shopping and dr and such. Linens laundered and rooms cleaned are done weekly. Access is by walking and elevator. Everything looked clean and organized. There is a furnished small studio room for rent while other rooms become available. All my questions were answered and will be useful in making a decision.

The apartments are fairly large and light. The administration there was helpful throughout the move in process and they were able to provide a list of resources for moving my mother as well as managing an estate sale which helped me a lot.

My dad has settled in very well here. There are some nice people living there that he has met. The staff keep a good eye on him and they don't seem to hover. I've been pleased and he is doing very well. The only complaint I have is that the transportation is limited, but that seems to be the case with all care facilities.

Autumn Glen does not offer medication administration; this is a must for us.

People working there as well as residents are extremely kind and friendly. the staff will assist you in any way you need.
