They have had a nearly complete staff turnover, directors and nurses and that is for the better

The facility was very nice. Well lit and clean Staff was very friendly The grounds were very easily accessed and easy to navigate Floor plans were pleasing. The website does say that 3 meals are included but that is not for independent living which we learned on the tour- IL only includes dinner

It's a down to earth place to live. The people are friendly and the staff is very courteous!

I find the staff very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and helpful. The property and facilities while aging in very good condition. Electrocal and internal systems are in good condition, and the staff works to keep the systems up to date.

I am very happy to live here. Some services need improving, efforts are being made. I think for corporate needs to involve their staff in residents' concerns, less on $$$ to evaluate facility.

They don't offer options up front. When you're going through something new it would be nice to have options presented to you at that time. It's not always easy to come up with your own questions. They also do not like email. It's hard to get answers in writing from them. Sometimes I feel like they're judgmental about my parent.

My sister and I were greeted by a pleasant staff member. The facility recently had a water pipe burst, but the construction was well maintained and did not effect our tour. We went back a second time with my mom to have lunch. We were greeted by the dining staff who were happy to serve us our lunch.

We were greeted at the door and again numerous times during our tour by both employees and residents. It has a friendly vibe. The room is tiny and has no overhead lighting. The shower has a small lip that the resident would need to step over to get in.

Overall it was positive from management to most of the employees. [name removed] (director), [name removed] (RN), [name removed] (nurse), [name removed] (marketing), 3 of the caregivers, and the chef were all so kind, helpful and supportive. Hospice was amazing. A couple of the front desk ladies were not welcoming at all. We almost left before we even spoke to [name removed] about admissions because of how rude the front desk lady was. A few of the caregivers acted like we were bothering them or interrupting them, especially when they were on their phones. Not helpful at all. It was just a job to them, not something they were passionate about. Response times, keeping the room clean, and trash emptied were lacking.

Lovely facility. Did not have apartment for us.

Seems to be a nice place for elderly people. But without having anybody i know live there i am still unsure.

The monthly rent has gone up like everything else. Apartment size is OK but you have nothing other than a microwave and a sink for a kitchen - the communities all right.

It was nice, but it was an old hotel changed into a senior living facility. I would consider it. But at this time, my wife is home and doing well. When the time comes, i will be looking at the others in the area. Thank You, Larry

They seem short staffed, I stayed with my sister in her apartment for 8 days. Food was always cold when delivered. My sister does not go to dining room. Breakfast was fair, staff is good, pill distribution is great. Apartment size is good.

Activities and Activities Director are great and my relative doesn't like to miss any of them.

The apartment wasn't cleaned the day we got there. But the housekeeping and maintenance staff were helpful. A day after she was in there the heater was broken and she has a light socket that needs fixing. Other than those items the place is okay and reasonable priced. The meat is dry and overcooked the vegetables are under cooked. These are elderly people crunchy vegetables are hard on the chewing and digestive system.

My husband has only been in memory unit for a month but I am happy with them so far. They have several entertainment groups that appeal both to assisted living and the memory center so they combine some programs . I like that.??.My husband really likes the meals. He has been there a month and I am very happy with them so far. I'm happy I picked Benton House. I also used their Daycare program for a few months before he was admitted. I think this helped with his transition.

Very friendly & personable…the dining room was especially nice- lots of interaction & socializing. Lovely rooms . Thank you!
