Very nice, and a good location for visiting. This was my first choice until I toured Arden Courts, which I believe will be the best possible choice for my husband despite being more expensive.

Mother loved the warm and spacious atmosphere of the grand entry! Like the apartments and the rates. Top consideration at this time.

I am leaning towards The Waterford. I like that it has both independent and assisted under one roof. It's not as friendly or warm as Cottonwood, but the services seem better. When I ran a Lexis-News search, there didn't seem to be any bad news stories on them or the owning company for the past 10 years. And skimming the annual report didn't notice any problems.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO OTHERS

They were extremely friendly and very polite. The facility was clean and in order, and I saw no obstacles in the hallways, or any other place, where my Mama would bump into or possibly fall. This is definitely a place that I am considering for my Mama.

They are overpriced for what you get. The food is really good, but there have been issues with the dining room staff. There have been problems with the laundry, the washers are dirty, there is a tenant that always leaves their laundry in the washer, and the community won't address it. It's very nicely decorated in the hallways, but everything has an inch of dust, even the plants. Everyone is very friendly, some of the staff is very friendly. It's gated and we feel safe. They aren't are very good about responding to complaints.

I toured today. The residents looked happy, engaged in what they were doing & well cared for. Renovations are underway here - the staff working there are all extremely friendly & up-beat. They have a very unique approach to caring for people with dementia. The renovations are going to open the spaces up & also create more spots for the residents there to engage in different activites & enjoy themselves.

So far things have worked out very well for us at The Waterford! It's a very nice looking facility, and they do a great job keeping things looking clean and well kept. The staff have all been very accommodating to any requests we've had, and the nurses and care staff have all been very helpful. We really feel like we made the right decision picking this place!

They have been doing a pretty good job so far. They have all been pretty helpful, and the staff is friendly. The activities are mostly in the day time, the evenings are a little less active. The food has been decent, my mother has always liked it. They have a T.V. but maybe they could use a larger one, and I mostly only see movies on, it would be nice if they had the local news on or a way for them to get current events.

My loved one doesn’t really use the activities, but from what I could see there is a lot of them with a lot of variety. The community has very friendly people - friendly residents and friendly staff. The food smells great.

The community was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I don’t get a chance to be there very often, but the community seems like a good value. They could have more activities. It seems to be serving its purpose.

Another lovely place. Full size kitchen and large rooms. Seemed like a lot of walking. Multi floors are not the best option for us.

They had scheduled meal times and that didn't really work for me. They kept calling and trying to get me to come by for a meal, but I just wasn't interested, and I didn't want to just get their free meal. It was a nice place though.

He's happy, he's cared for, he's warm. Overall I'm pleased with his well being, security and care. The staff is friendly, the community is kept clean. I think they are nickle and diming me to death, it's a racket. I haven't had any complaints about the food, and laundry is going okay.

Hello Lee Ann My visit went well, I like the location and the place. I met with the Director Gilbert. I met someone from my Mom's apartment that moved there. I am just concerned about the size of the apartment, it is extremely small. I think she would have a problem with that.

They seemed to be very nice, but it wasn't the right fit for us. The rooms that were available when we went to look, were really far from the dining room, we thought this would be too far for her. They had recently had a flood when we visited as well. It was still a mess. The rooms were efficiency rooms, and it was a little more expensive, than what we were looking at elsewhere.

Love meeting Gayle. She was super informative & helpful. Love the facility! Location was great. Love the activity functions & transportation. Did not like that the electric was not included. With my mothers house payment so low and her low utilities, at the point they are...we would be better to keep her in her home at this point.

They're doing a great job looking after my loved one here, they've been very accommodating in facilitating his medical needs. Thea facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are friendly. One area they could use some improvement on is the activities, they don't have very many of them and those they do have seem to be geared towards women. The facility also seems to have a high percentage of residents with memory issues, which makes socializing difficult.

Nice facility, but do not offer respite care
