North Pointe has been a good experience. I did have some concerns. They were getting some of her laundry mixed up. Also I had bought 3 separate sheets for her bed but kept seeing the same ones on. I am not sure they are changing her sheets. I have not complained about this to them at this point though. The staffs friendliness there is excellent.

There are a lot of things I like about Villa Santa Barbara. I do feel that sometimes things can be a little too casual, and are not quite as organized as I think it should be. The facility is also a little old and kind of worn. But on the other hand, I really like the people there, and my father is very happy there which is the most important thing.

The staff at the Cottonwood Village have treated my loved one great. [removed] Other than that, we are satisfied with her treatment and the cleanliness of the building.

The main negative at the Jefferson is there isn't anyone here my age. All the residents are all older than me. I have a dog that is allowed to be with me that is medium sized. Most places only allow small dogs so I really appreciate that. I have an apartment with an outside entrance and that was a big factor in me choosing this facility.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Riverbend seemed like a nice enough place, although not quite as well kept or caring feeling as some of the other places we saw. We were also interested in a smaller community, so we ended up choosing a different location.

So far I don't mind it. He doesn't like to go down to meals because it takes almost two hours. The food itself is okay, they do a good job with catering to peoples diets. The eating takes up so much time there isn't much more time for the activities. It's kept clean, and the people are pretty friendly. It would be nice to have reminders when things are going on. The billing has been smooth, with no extra charges or hidden fees. We liked the location, and the price was reasonable.

My father moved to Wyoming Springs Assisted Living about 6 weeks ago. The management staff are all great. Very easy to work with and willing to help in any way. It's been an adjustment for my Dad to go from living with no assistance to living with assistance. Expect it to take several weeks for your loved one to adjust. In general the folks are all very kind and helpful. A little bit more flexibility on morning meds would be helpful, but all in all I'm just very glad he's there and glad he has people around him that care and that want to make sure he's taken good care of. If needed he can push a button he wears around his neck and a care person will come to check on him and see what he needs. My Dad is a picky eater. The food at Wyoming springs is very good & well balanced. The meal service is very good. The residents get to sit down and order from a menu. It's very nice. The laundry service is fantastic. They do each residents laundry separate so nothing gets lost. Wyoming Springs is a beautiful facility. Very clean, new, and well kept. Spacious halls and community areas with nice lighting throughout. The courtyards are lovely. Many residents like to go outside for some sun in the mornings. There's been only 1 time that I went to the administrator to discuss something. She got right on it and the issue was resolved immediately. I feel really great to have my Dad in a place that takes such great action.

They have done real well. They are in the process of remodeling, but they let us come in and pick the interior for my loved one's apartment and everyone has gone out of their way to be welcoming and friendly and they do a good job of keeping everyone active and healthy.

At Crown Pointe there are only two handicap parking spaces. One time we had to park in the back. Also sometimes people park in the handicap space that don't even have a permit. The whole parking has really been a problem. The administrator told me they were going to put in three more spaces but they never have. I would really like to see this change. Other than that everything else has been just fine here.

However, my loved one was a bit beyond the level of care they provide here. We were interested in somewhere more secure for those with memory care needs. It is definitely worth a look for those looking into assisted living, however!

We are happy with North Pointe. The staff is very good with the patients, and I believe Mom is as happy here as she could be anywhere except at home. The laundry is done well and promptly, but things frequently disappear. We also wish there were private baths available with the private rooms. However, this is a very good place for long term confinements.

We toured here when we were looking for options. It was a nice place. We looked at a few nice places when we were looking around. Ultimately we decided based on the best personality fit.

Overall they do a good job at The Waterford at Plano. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the the staff have all been very friendly and professional. Really the only issue I've had is that I feel like they promised more on the tour than what they've actually provided after we moved our loved one in.

I do feel they could do more with the activities, but they did just open up not too long ago. The staff has been fine, the location is good and there's nothing but good things to say as far as things like food quality.

They are doing pretty good. She is starting to make friends, now. The one thing that we noticed, is that the residents seem to be less mobile than my loved one is. If you have someone that is looking for a home like this if they are up and mobile it might not be the best place. It's hard to find someone to go for a walk with. The food is delicious, and the staff has done well. It's one of the more reasonably priced, and in a good location.

One area where I do think they could improve is with their communication. I often end up having to sift through what each person tells me to get what the real story is. Other than that everything has gone well. They are wonderful friendly helpful people, and overall it has been a very positive experience we've had with Riverbend.
