The process was very easy and the owner was very nice. The franchise owner, Pete, took his time in getting to know us and understanding my parents and their needs. He asked a lot of questions and did a personal interview with my parents which was very important. He was patient and very personable. Everything seems to be going good right now we are happy with the help that my parents are getting. The woman comes in and helps out with the cooking and cleaning and my parents are enjoying her cooking. It been a good experience so far I would recommend this agency.

Staff was very kind and friendly did not see a lot of residents. (most likely napping after lunch). Loved that they have the ability to move into assisted care for a few days if needed. Lots of help with maneuvering the VA Benefits process.

I'm a clean freak so I can't give anyplace 5 stars but it is clean. The residence are nice and friendly. Staff is outstanding! Very happy with the decision to move my mother here.

FOOD IS NOT THE SAME QUALITY AS WEBSITE AND BROCHURE. A LOT OF SANDWICHES AND FAST FOOD TYPE MEALS. ONLY BEEN A RESIDENT FOR 2 WEEKS, SO WILL NEED TO RE-EVALUATE RATING OF FOOD IN A FEW WEEKS.

They provide a lot of activities but my mom does not participate in them. As a family member, what I appreciate the most, is that when I have a question or my mother has a question they answer it right away.

I'm not having any issues. It's very clean, and the food is always served on time. Some days my loved one is really happy with it, and some days it's only for old people, but on my end, it seems to be working out well.

The Waterford is a nice place to consider in your search for assisted living facilities. I would recommend others to check it out as well.

We first toured there the first week of January. The services, resources. location and activities seem great. The Northwoods decor isn't our first choice... but the large apartments and everything else makes this a place we will likely put a deposit down on. If people are concerned about the dark atmosphere, it shows much better during the day! I really like the availability of the RN and LPN staff on duty 8-16 hours/day.

First impressions of The Wellington: Clean, bright and bustling with activity. Not too large like some communities, but not as small as assisted living. The important thing to know is that this is an independent living community. If your family member requires ADL's, Assisted Daily Living help, The Wellington does not provide those. They do provide transportation and 3 meals daily. We hired an outside caregiver for my parents. Still waiting for WiFi as promised, and apartment was not cleaned and prepared to the level promised prior to moving in. The activity level has slowed, probably because of the holidays. Ratio is about 20 men to 200 women, and the majority are not highly active seniors, my parents included. Staff is caring, friendly, quick to respond and committed to making The Wellington experience good for residents. The rooms spacious and housekeeping kind and friendly. Dining room staff get to know the residents, and move about quickly.

As far as what they are doing, I think they are doing a good job. My father's room is always clean and his laundry is always done. The meals are kind of substandard, and also my loved one says there are not a lot of activities. He seems to be happy there though.

Out of the 4 or 5 places properties we visited, this has been a great match for my mom. Costs for care are a sore spot for many familes nowadays, and it's expensive, but the staff has been conscious about how the cost affects us. I highly recommend them.

I was not impressed with the cleaning of the apartments. The bathroom floor was not for a while, the kitchen floor and no dusting. The only thing they really do is take the garbage and change the sheets. They do make sure the clients stay busy, the day is full of activities. The food is good, and good variety daily. They do care for the people their, the people are really nice to everyone, they do really care.

My mom says at Summit Point the food is worse than where she was at before. I know there is a lot more to do here than she did at the previous facility. She plays pinochle every night after dinner. She does say that no body wants to be there, they are only there to please their kid. The staff have been extremely helpful here though.

This place is pretty nice. It kind of has an old school type of feeling when you walk in due to the decor. That's fine considering. It seems to be clean and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is friendly and the residents are nice too.

This is a very spacious, nice facility with great decor. The staff is so pleasant and eager to help us with anything we might need. The residents seem happy here, but the food could definitely be better.

Cottonwood Village has been very nice. We got my dad settled in well there. The staff have been very helpful at this facility.

We didn't really like The Lodge at White Bear. We ended up moving the resident out. It just wasn't a good fit at this facility.

The apartments at this facility are very nice. The entire facility is nice and I like the fact that when you move in, there are people to show you around and get you acclimated to the place. The activities seem fun and the food is actually good. The staff is very welcoming.

I am liking it fine. I think everything is pretty well the way they said it would be. I think they would get a four.

They have bent over backwards to help us get them situated and they had everything ready and done when we got there. They were extremely welcoming and gracious in how they handled everything. We were very thankful and blessed to have found this place.
