Wish all staff would wear name tags when on duty. Wish more fresh fruit was available, not canned. Aides are great, esp. Lila, Tina, Rachel & Debra, Samantha, Kimberly, LPN is wonderful. Dress code for head nurse & community resource outreach person is inappropriate in this setting. Overall good care, but short staffed on nights. Cynthia is wonderful!

Activities good, Food good choice, nice courtyard, Friendly staff. Things to improve or wish were better. More nutritious snacks not so close to meals. Better attention to bathroom cleanliness (floor sticky / toilet – fully clean). Better communication between shift & staff have to tell all of concerns. Staff pay clear attention to signs of illness. Frustrating that phone not answered more consistently in evening need better phone that will each throughout the building. More fruits & veges – less breading on meats. Suggestions: Quiet background music at dinner. Better TV programs or DVD’s in main areas that interest the elderly.

The staff at this community are very kind and generous. They have had some turnover. My uncle likes the healthy food. They offer a variety of activities. The community is clean. I would recommend this community.

They were a good community after I was able to see it. The place was clean and well kept. The atmosphere seemed to be a 5 and the staff was a 5 too. I heard good reviews from the residents I spoke with. In the end, this was not a good match for our budget.

The staff has been very supportive of our issues, especially since our mom has had a severe acceleration of her memory loss. The facility itself is more like a very nice hotel versus a care center, very clean, homey. They are always very attentive and work very hard at making family members feel understood with what they are dealing with. The one issue, although fairly minor, is the difficulty with the phone system due to the complexity of the facility. I definitely recommend it as an option for your family.

My tour of this community went very well. It is a nice looking community. From what I saw they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff I met was friendly and nice. They were informative and answered my questions. It is smaller community compared to others. My tour was good.

Had a good visit at The Jefferson. it meet most of my criteria...nice place. Rejected it because at this time am not interested in meals, nor am I willing to pay the fee for included meals.

Beautiful facility. Several residents said they love it there. Really liked that they offer a 2 bedroom with one bedroom blocked off, resulting in a one bedroom at a significant discount. Drawback is that the resident in one of these may eventually get a roommate for the 2nd bedroom.

This is a lovely community. My tour went very well. The community looks nice and well maintained. The staff was kind and friendly. The only issue was the layout of the community. My mother's room would've been far from the entrance. This is nice community with kind people. Just not the community for my mother.

This is a great facility. The staff is wonderful and is always will to help out and make sure that the needs of my mom are taken care of at all times. The food is excellent and a great variety of meals are offered. There are activities offer for those who want to participate and get involved. This is a good value for the excellent care that is given and high recommended to others for good care

My mom has moved in and is trying hard to adjust to her new living environment. She is happy with the food that she receives and the choices are great. Alot of activities to keep her active with others. The staff is excellent and is trying to help her adjust. I would recommend this for others to have great care in a great community.

This community was gorgeous. The administrative person was great and upfront with us about this and other communities. The staff we met were friendly. This community was reasonably priced. This community was on our short list, however they did not offer a memory care unit. The community looked clean during out tour.

Based on my quick tour that i took it was a good community. The tour guide was smart and answered my questions. I was given all the proper information needed for the community. Activities are offered along with a beautician on site if needed. Overall my tour went okay and the community was clean when i was there.

Whitley Place was a nice community. They offer a variety of activities. In fact when we visited they were having a birthday party for the birthdays of that month. The staff were very friendly and able to address all of my concerns. They were in the process of painting while we were there and things were not as settled as we wanted for our loved one.

This is a good community and my tour went very well. My issue was the long hallways, I felt she would've had been very confused. It is a nice and clean community, everything appeared well maintained. The staff I met was kind and friendly. This is a nice community, but not the one for my mother.

My wife and I am doing well here at this facility. It is a nice looking community, everything is nice and clean. The staff is pleasant, they are always willing to help. We have tired a few of the activities offered, and have gone on a few outings. The meals are nice, we enjoy the dining area. We are pleased with all they have done for us. Everything is working out well.

So it has been a pleasant experience for my loved ones. My mother did fall and have to go into rehab. I do feel they are going to enjoy their experiences here at this community. Everybody has been very kind and friendly. The meals are nice, the food is good. It has been a good experience so far.

My loved one has recently passed away but her experiences here in this community were very good ones. They did a very wonderful job caring for her and her needs. Everybody here are very good people. She was very happy here. This is a community I would recommend.

we enjoyed looking around everything was clean, people were happy.Terri was a very caring lady with desire to help our needs. very nice living at the courtyards at lake Granbury...many options. A must see!!

My mother is safe and in good hands here at this facility. They are taking good care of her. The staff is great, they have been helpful and attentive. There are activities offered for her when she ready to participate. The food is good, she is pleased with the meals. She is doing well here and I would recommend this community.
