The tour was good and they answered all of my questions. I was able to see the residents out and doing things in the community. I did not like how small the apartment was that they offered. I would recommend this community though.

The food is hit or miss and it is not consistent. I do not get a response to my concerns from anyone except the marketing director. We have been trying to deal with a maintenance issue and although they are understaffed in this area it would be nice to get a response back. The common areas are clean, however we have to call weekly to see when they will be cleaning mom's apartment. She likes her room and they do offer daily activities.

We had a very good tour of this community. The community looked great, everything was very nice and clean. All the staff was kind and very courteous. There are nice resources available for the residents.

Set back from the highway so it was quite and some large trees around. That was nice. The rooms were and OK size.

I toured this community for my father and his needs. My tour went well. The community looked nice from what I saw. Everything appeared to be nice and clean. The staff I met was kind and friendly. They treated my family and I very well. It was a good experience.

The tour guide from the Rosemont community was very attentive with me during my tour. I was able to visit and see all of the available common areas they have. This community is a pet friendly place. They also have available transportation for the residents.

This is nice and safe community. The staff is helpful and very friendly . They do offer alot of activities,but not in town. The food is good and a nice variety. More attention with community being a little cleaner. I have recommended this community to other families for the over all good care here.

I first went without my mom, and really was impressed. I then took my mom and she loved it as well. They have everything she could want.

Nicely appointed and clean facility. The apartment living space included full kitchens and washer and dryers. Definitely a plus. Rates seemed to be competitive.

I had a decent tour of this community. It went pretty well, but it was not the place for us. I was very impressed with the appearance of the community. The staff we met was kind and friendly. Also their rates were just as expensive as the other better looking community. This was not the community for my husband and his needs.

The staff has been great here with me and my loved one. The community is beautiful and the people are nice. The food is good and they provide enough portions. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

The community is currently going under some remodeling. They are painting and replacing the carpet. They do try and keep the community clean. They have daily activities. My brother likes to participate in some of the music activities. They staff are great, however they do not always give him the messages I leave.

Everything is going very well for my mother here at this community. She is being cared for well, and I know she is in good hands here. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. There are plenty of activities available for the residents to participate in. She is very pleased with the meals. The is a lovely community, and everything has worked out great for us here. I'am satisfied and would recommend this community.

This is a really nice community. The staff I met were nice. This community was just a little expensive for us. It was clean and seemed well maintained.

Overall we had a good experience here this community. This is a lovely community with very kind people. They were not able to continue providing her with the level of she needed. She needed more than they were able to provide. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. It is a great community.

The staff has been great over here. The community and the room are always kept clean and I like that the staff get the residents involved with the activities. It seems like there is always something going on. Me and my loved ones love this community.

The Administration team is very helpful and friendly and they are genuinely interested in learning about the level of care and support needed for your family member. The staff take a lot of time to learn there clients and really help out where needed. My father and his new wife are in the senior living area but they sometimes need some support and assistance as if they were in Assisted Living. The staff strives to allow the residents as much freedom as possible while maintaining a safe environment. The meals are very good and even a picky eater will find a solid, nutritional meal at every seating. I looked at 17 facilities in the Amherst/Tonawanda area and they were my #1 pick for the level of care my father needs and will need in the near future without the disruption of moving him again to a different facility.

My mother is doing well here at this community. She has adjusted well to it, and I'am pleased. The community looks well maintained, they do a good job with keeping the community neat and tidy. They have a very friendly staff, they have been good to work with. There are nice activities offered. She is pleased with the meals. I know she is in good hands. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this community.

We have had a very good experience thus far at The Waterford. The one area that needs improvement are the lunch meals. For us, there are not many "hot meals." Heather was our representative from "A Place For Mom." She deserves a raise! She was VERY helpful. We were very fortunate to have been paired with her when searching for a place. Everyone at The Waterford is super friendly and helpful. We would recommend The Waterford to others.

The people here seem really good and caring. My loved one has started getting involved with bingo and some other activities they offer. The meals are wonderful and of good portion for the residents. The only thing that I would change would be the communication between the nursing staff and the caretakers. They seem to always be on different pages. I would recommend them to family.
