The people that work there are very sweet. The amount of space for 1 person in asst living is perfect. The dining room people are amazing. Moms always talks about how everyone through the facility knows her name and since day 1. The medicines and staff are a bit questionable. They wait until a bottle is on the last day to contact family. They also didn't know medicines were out for many many residence because they ended up in the mailboxes. Could've been a week. That was upsetting. The place is fairly clean. Have had 1 incident where shower floor wasn't cleaned for maybe a month and mom was placing a towel on the floor. She's gained 20lbs in 2 months which she very much needed since being dads caregiver before he died she had lost a ton of weight. We would recommend this community to other families but monitor the medicine.

The team is fantastic. Very helpful and very kind to my mother. The switch to a new owner has made some of the administrative stuff a bit of a challenge but I'm hopeful these are just initial hiccups. They keep my mom busy all day with great activities and she particularly likes the excursions on Wednesdays where they visit someplace offsite. The only complaint would be the food. I went to have dinner with my mom one night and ate in the dining hall and the food was not great. Many of the items on the menu were not actually available. The food that I did get was not great. Overcooked with a lot of butter. Other than that, the place is fantastic and we would recommend The Renley community to other families.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are a good size, very clean and the food is nutritious and diverse. As with any care facility, the staff on the floor daily is overworked and underpaid. The laundry gets misplaced and Dad would often wear clothes I had never seen before. But he was always dressed and well attended to. I think we made a good decision choosing Tranquility.

The staff is attentive and responsive to my request. I'm very comfortable with the care my mother is getting. According to my mother the food is good. They have activities daily. And from what I can tell they keep it very clean

Since new mgmt: 4 across the board. They are making many upgrades and communicating well. They have fired all the folks that weren't pulling their weight. It is much much better and a decent product for the money.

The apartment is very nice. It's large and comfortable and has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I haven't encountered the cleaners but her apartment always seems nice and neat. She doesn't complain about the food and I haven't seen it. I feel confident that she is in a safe environment. Yes I would recommend it.

Very nice place, clean, well lit common areas. Several common areas with different activities (movies, library, church services, garden area). Apartments were nice with updated appliances. Studio was a bit small, but great for someone who doesn’t cook and prefers the dining room. 1 BR, 1BR + den, 2BR all very nice. Good storage. Loved the diversity of the activity calendar. Met the activity director who was great! Talked to a resident who had good things to say about the complex and met a gal moving in who was excited. This is a top contender for my family member.

This facility is beautiful, very clean. Everyone we met was very nice. I loved the on-site beauty salon as well as all the activities available. I would recommend touring this facility.

I would say 4 stars, only because I am 2500 miles away and have had a few paperwork issues. Nothing drastic, but small frustrations due to being remote. The staff and care are good. I have not eaten there, but my mom says the food is very good and I've heard other residents praise the food as well. I find their price to be moderate for the area.

I am new here and everything has been going very well overall. I received my first haircut here today and I love it! The food is good and staff is very friendly and helpful to me. My apartment is just right for me and I love looking out the windows at the wooded area. The facility is clean and well cared for. Thank you for the good care you provide me.

The staff and residents are extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone is welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and comfortable. It’s clear that the staff truly care about the residents and creating a positive experience for everyone.

The experience was great and [name removed] was very very good. However, technology [name removed] it's ugly head and the fax machine wasn't working, but the staff was unaware so we kept trying to fax mom's medical records and the two different entities in Alpine Texas said that it was a constant busy signal. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress as Waterford didn't realize that the fax machine wasn't working until the day before the paperwork was due for mom. What made me choose Waterford was all the activities and also there were none of the hidden fees. I realize that levels of care can vary from place to place. However Waterford was very clear about the cost and it still great value for the offerings there. The food I can't really speak about as that would be more mom. However, we were told that the kitchen is a scratch kitchen and there's no frozen food which is another reason why I liked it for mom. I hope it's remaining the same. At that point in life food becomes very important. So good food and nutritional food is key. All the staff we've encountered have been very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the availability of help. Also, the medical staff was very good and caring.

My mom enjoys living at The Wellington. It's clean, quiet and peaceful. All staff are friendly and helpful. There encourage a lot of independence in their independent living - you can even paint your apartment if you want to. The dining room is small and well run - much less chaotic than at her last facility. Food service is quite quick. Food and activities are pretty standard - nothing special. The apartment is quite spacious, and includes a washer and dryer. Mom especially enjoys having private outdoor space and storage. The apartment could use a little updating/remodeling, and bathroom storage is lacking. Overall, The Wellington is a pleasant place to live, conveniently located, and a great value for the price!

The staff is amazing! My mom was not thrilled with the move. The staff made the transition smooth and easy! Now she calls me and thanks me for finding this place for her!

My time at The Waterford was wonderful, even though I don't live there anymore due to no fault of the community. The food is excellent, and the activities are always fun. The staff is friendly and good at what they do. I lived in a studio apartment that was spacious and had modern appliances. The only negative I have is the lack of a dishwasher. I also miss the maid service! Overall, I had a very positive experience.

For my wife and I, the Waterford is a good fit... The food is always good, and all staff are great, pitching in when needed, and there when you have questions... The activities are very well planned and executed. There are so many choices and a very good variety to choose from. We are glad we are here!! Thank you to all for ALL you do every day!!!

My mom is very pleased with the care she is receiving. The food is great and activities keep her busy. Facility is a safe environment.

It looks wonderful and I'd love being here. Since I'm primarily only interested in the cottages they are price but lovely.

We are a first time customer to assisted living and did not know what to expect. My first tour the Wellington of Conroe felt like home. It was the only facility I felt that way about and I visited 4 facilities. After move in, we got a little lost in the shuffle of their routines, and my mom is a bit shy. She doesn't like asking for help. The staff is figuring her out and she has gotten better adjusted to the routines every day she is there.

This facility provides a welcoming atmosphere for anyone considering a place for their loved ones. It is modern, clean with staff that are kind and accommodating.
