I’m very content , as is my husband, with the services at Waterford. I am, however concerned daily about the amount of time he spends in bed… The staff is very friendly and my husband gets along well with them. The food is great!

[name removed] is always helpful with the residents needs and guests. [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful during my visits. I appreciate the work they do. It is great to have help that cares. Thank you ladies!

Staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable people. They are always eager to make things better for the residents. The decor is bright and cheery. The facility is located in a wonderful neighborhood.

Staff is very sweet and helpful. I feel safe and comfortable. The activities are varied and provide for differing abilities. Residents are involved in activities from leading to participating. My apartment is the perfect size for me.

I've been a caregiver over the past year with a resident and was never very happy about the situation. Today I felt more comfortable, even though the employees rarely speak to you. [name removed] room was clean and she spoke highly of the people who take care of her. She's in terrible condition but seems to be at peace. I don't know if they have clergy who visit with the residents but I know some of them would enjoy someone just stopping by for a quick prayer. I still heard the same comment on how awful the food is.

Great place to live! Friendly and inviting for residents, family and friends. The food is very good ( 3 meals a day). Lots of activities to participate in. Pet friendly. The staff are attentive and friendly.

I really enjoyed touring this facility and speaking with [name removed]. She and all the other employees I saw along the tour have a real passion for what they do, and wanting residents to feel at home and be happy. I toured this and a few other facilities in town, and have not made a decision yet. If the apartments were a little larger this would be my first choice. But for my mothers needs, I am not sure it is large enough.

My mother is a resident and we are overall pleased with her care. I would suggest that when her commode is cleaned that they don’t leave the toilet seat up because my mother can’t see and she was sitting down in the toilet when I arrived yesterday. Also I have noticed when I walk in the facility there is an unpleasant odor that hasn’t been there in the past. I love the planters in the front that are filled with plants and flowers. It gives a nice appeal to the facility.

It's been really good. I don't intend to move out of here. I have been here since 2024. I enjoy the activities here with Tim. I love spintopia and almost all of them. I like to be as active as possible if am feeling well but other than that this is a great place

It's been good here. I have enjoyed living here except for being blind. I am enjoying the great experience here. Great staff. Great residents. It has great stuff. Wish there was more food because it's so good.

My mother has been at the Waterford for about five months and we have had a good experience overall. There have been changes in staffing, as the memory care director is new, as well as the staff nurse leaving. With these changes, there can be challenges with communication. However, the staff have been very nice and accommodating over all. They have very nice family/resident events periodically, celebrating the seasons/holidays. My mother has been dealing with seasonal allergies and the Home Health has been very responsive to her needs.

Staff is good. Activities are good, but my dad doesn't take advantage of them. The food I've heard is above average. The place is kept clean. The rooms need more storage. The communication between the staff and family members could be better.

Food is average Apartments are laid out well and great size. Closet space is excellent Help is very kind and caring.

A company called Sonida bought Park Place at the beginning of the year. There was quite a bit of turnover with the staff. The staff is great. They care and they are very personable. There are only 2 Med Techs on each floor, this stretches them kind of thin... especially if one of th 'em calls off. The residents complain about the food, but my parents like it and I think it's very good as well.

My overall experience has been positive. I looked at several places before making this decision. There have been some leadership changes, which can cause disruptions, but the community itself is clean and appealing. The staff is easy to work with and responsive to concerns. The administrators, chef, and front desk staff have all been helpful. The activities director is a standout and brings a lot of energy to the community. The outings, special events, and activities are thoughtfully planned, and there is genuine care for the residents. The chef and meals are amazing with many options as well as a featured meal. Some routine areas, such as showers and laundry, are still a work in progress, but overall, my experience has been better than other communities I considered. Being nearby has also been very convenient. I appreciate that the staff are open to communication and willing to discuss care needs and concerns. Overall, I feel comfortable with the level of support being provided.

We have been very happy with the Waterford, from the friendly staff, to the food service, to the overall cleanliness and apartment accommodations. If anything, better than we expected. A lot of activities for the residents.

[name removed] and [name removed] who work there are amazing. [name removed] in charge of financials is really difficult to get in touch with. The cleanliness and size of the room/apartment are both fantastic. I would recommend the community to others.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, the staff was great, she didn't care for the food but she was picky, her care was good

The care services are pretty good quality but the center does seem to be a bit short on staff. The food is a 3 although seems to be better in past two weeks. My mom complained many times in prior months about how much pasta with poor quality sauce was being served. Overall, yes we would recommend this community to other families.

The care aides at Brookridge are great. They treat my mom with love, dignity and respect. They listen to our concerns and are very willing to help in any way they can. [name removed], the activity director is wonderful. The activities are a great way for the residents to interact and get to know one another. [name removed] is always willing to meet and listen and address any of our concerns . [name removed] has been absolutely amazing in helping us navigate all the paperwork for the new owners. [name removed] is always smiling and can light up any room! She is simply a delight to be around.
