During my tour of Riverbend, they were able to answer all of my questions and show me around the building. I had a good experience, but we had already found a community that for my loved one's needs best.

I had a lovely tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and friendly. The staff was nice as well. From what I saw the community appeared to be well-kept. Everything looked nice. It was a nice experience. I would consider moving my mother to this community.

Mom likes the staff at Elmcroft. They are considerate. Mom is still adjusting to living at this community and is slowly starting to make friends. They offer a lot of activities. They have singers and other outside entertainment come in. I have eaten here and I think the food is great. This community is clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this community.

This seemed like a nice community when we visited. The staff we met were nice. This community however does not accept dementia residents so mom was not able to live here.

My father is doing as well as can be expected since his move to this. Overall we know he is safe, and in good hands. It is a nice community, and they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. He enjoys playing pool, and they have other activities available. The meals are nice. He is being provided with good care, and this is a community I would recommend.

I toured this community with family. I liked the staff and the community was very clean. They do offer activities. I was not happy that they charged for additional expenses. Families might want to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

All is well so far with my mothers move to this community. It is a nice, safe community, and I'am comfortable with her move to this community. They have good staff, they are caring for her well. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for my family.

The staff are friendly and we have no issues with them. The food is good and the menu is excellent. The community is clean and well maintained. They try to accommodate the residents with a shuttle bus to take them out to places. I would recommend this community.

My mother is doing well since her move to this community. I do feel this is the best community for her, and her needs. She is safe, and receiving great care. The only concern she has had is the high over with the dining staff. Other than that issues, the care staff is good. They have a decent amount of activities available for residents. She has tired some of them. She is pleased with the meals. Overall all is well so far, and I would recommend this community. It is nice a facility.

This is a nice community and we found it to have an excellent memory care. We did not want a community that had to levels. Memory care is one floor level. There is a still private. We did like the dining room and the meals seemed outstanding. They do offer a lot of activities that she could have enjoyed like being in a garden. I would recommend this community to other families for excellent care

I like the fact that the staff at the Crown Pointe are very flexible and accommodating with his needs. The place is kept very clean and the meals that they provide are very good. We are happy with the place so far.

I was impressed with how clean they kept there property and how well maintained the bedrooms where kept for all of the residents at this community. The staff was also very welcoming with lots of great information for my mother and I. Overall was a great experience I just ended up using home health care for my mother.

Very nice facility. Units are small but provide the essentials and are nicely appointed. Food is tasty. I like that it is very bright and welcoming. It felt good to be there.

The care has been fine for my mom. They have good care and activities. They are good for my mom. When she was in the hospital, she said she just want to go back. They were much better, people were nice and they had things to do. For me the staff were giving me updates and if I had any questions I knew who to call. The important staff introduced themselves in the beginning.

The woman that I spoke with on the tour of the community was very, very helpful and kind. The place looked fine, but it was so far away and it had multiple levels and I did not want mom to have to deal with that.

The apartments at the Crown Pointe were much smaller than the ones from other places I was looking. The set up in the apartment was not that great either, you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

I had recently toured this property and was really pleased with everything I had seen. I had recently signed papers and made the decision this is where I would be living. My favorite thing about this place is that it is pet friendly. I think it is very important that seniors are able to have there pets with them as they get older. I also had a chance to sit down and try the food which i also very much enjoyed. I have no been able to cook for myself in two years. I am really looking forward to making the move into this place.

They are going through some renovations at Georgetowne. The food was very good. One of the things they are doing is adding accredited assisted living. This community did not offer long term care while mom lived there so she decided to move to one that did. They do offer three levels of assisted living and she received more services than she did while she was in a rehabilitation community.
