I do feel my friends are getting the type of care they need here at this community. This is a nice community, and I would even live here if I needed this type of care. The staff I met was kind, and friendly. The director was very polite, and great with her follow up. I had a good welcome when I toured this community. It is a community I would recommend.

Extremely knowledgeable staff who also provided other resources/options outside of their facility. Thought that was pretty great. Don't like that the rooms are all studio apartments. Would prefer bedroom separate. Cost more than we expected or can afford.

I have no complaints about the care that my mother has been receiving so far at this community. They have been kind to her and made sure to provide her with great quality of care. She has had no complaints about the food and has enjoyed participating in activities from time to time with other residents.

My tour of The Jefferson went pretty well. The person that took me around was friendly and informative. Thr facility was clean and well set up, but it was not the best fit for my mother at the time.

The thing that I was most impressed with at this community was how east it was to navigate through the building. Lots of wide hallways and big entry ways as well as spacious common areas. They had a great dinning room and a lot of great amenities available for all of the residents. Overall it was a great place just was not the right fit for my mother.

[Removed] was wonderful! Her passion for the elderly and doing a job well done was impressive. The facility is very nice and [Removed] offered us some excellent options. Our most pressing concern is the road the facility is located on is heavily traveled and a little further from our home than we desired.

My father's experience at The Amberleigh is going great! This is a wonderful facility. One concern I did have is the fact that, at first, it seemed as if the staff was not quite ready to provide the level of care that my father required. It took a bit of time to get up and running with this.

This community is giving the care that my mother-in-law needs and so far it's so good. She has been making complaints about the food but she says she is great when I last visited her. I think the place is great.

The Jefferson is a Wonderful place to call Home. Most of the Staff is Genuinely Caring, Friendly and Concerned about the tenants. They like feedback as to how things are going. To be honest I haven't given them my concerns about enlarging the Wait Staff and Cleaning Staff by one each. However, I am new (say 6 weeks). We usually have a Meal Survey once or twice a month. Then there's the overall monthly meeting. So your voice is heard. You have to make sure it is understood. I like it here. I want to stay. It's Beautiful. U can make it your HOME! COME VISIT. I DID!!! A clean and very inviting facility.

My mother seems to be adjusting well at The Lodge. I think most of the staff leaves around 7-7:30 which I find odd. Other than that things are good and she's taking advantage of the activities they offer.

The staff at this community have been very accommodating to my loved one. They have provided her with great quality of care and made sure to keep her comfortable as can be. I have no complaints and feel that she is in safe hands and have a peace of mind when I am away.

My mother is still adjusting since her move into The Harrison. As each week goes by, she seems to be getting better. There are a couple of things that could use some work with housekeeping. My mother's linings are not always washed and her apartment doesn't always seem to be clean. Other than that, everyone, there is very friendly. There are a few ladies that have taken my mother under their wing and sit with her during meal time.

So far my mother is enjoying her move to this community. Everything is working out pretty well, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. She is improving, and receiving great care. They have a great staff, and they have been very helpful, and kind. They have activities offered for the residents, and they do outing outside the week once a week. They have a beauty shop on the community, and that is very convenient. She is getting her physical therapy on site at the community. Everything is working out very well, and this a community I would recommend.

The lady [Removed] who showed me around was very nice! She answered all my questions. One thing that also stood out about my tour was the food was horrible. If they could improve that it would be a good option.

My mother really likes it here at this community. She is very pleased with her move here, and I'am as well. The staff is very good. They are very personable, and knows the residents, and their families by name. Everyone is very kind. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community, everything is very well-kept. This is a community I would highly recommend, it is a nice place.

I had a great tour of this community. It is a very nice looking facility. The community is brand new, so everything looked great. My tour guide was friendly, and kind. They are currently making some updates around the community. It was a good experience, but I did find other community that had more of a homey environment.

I toured The Waterford along with many other communities and the tour guide did a good job. They were able to answer all of my questions and give me good information. The facility itself was clean and seemed to be maintained well.

The Waterford was a very nice community and we had a lovely tour of it. The big difference was that it was a larger community. It was a big difference and we decided to go with a smaller home with more one on one attention. It was a difficult choice.

My tour of The Waterford at College Statio went well. The facility was a nice place and the tour guide was very helpful and informative. The community was just not a good match for my mother's needs.
