Overall satisfied. The staff was caring. Seems like there's some underlying problems with management. They overcharged me a months rent after my wife passed 3 months ago. I'm still waiting for the refund. That's not the way to run business.

I love living at The Wellington. Residents range in age and backgrounds. Because I am still active outside of the community I may not participate as much as others but there are things that I do participate in. I had the opportunity to do a presentation on Kwanzaa and Juneteenth at the request of the Activity Director. The staff knows us by name and they are friendly, approachable and helpful.

I have been here since June and the move was hard at the beginning but after getting accustomed i have found that the surroundings are comfortable and the people are very nice. The food is good and there’s good entertainment

We have toured several independent living communities and this one was very compatible with others. It is older but very well maintained and individual apartments are upgraded regularly. The totally enclosed courtyard is very nice however some trees have gotten overgrown and should be removed. Pricing is very competitive with other properties.

Initial is they do a great show. I do think they care, i have walked in and seen the same things you see at many other places. Overworked employees that are too few for the number of people. Weekends the smell in memory care is better than most. But honestly, now that my mom has transitioned to memory care. I don't see much difference, this place is just very costly. Personally, I don't see where the money goes. But again, mom is happy for the most part. Like I said they have the show down pat.

The staff is very friendly and my brother loved the food! I did hear from some residents that they thought the food was salty. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. Anytime I happened across one of their events it was well attended. The size of the apartment was perfect considering it had a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. My brother was in a one bedroom. He was always surprised that he was the only one using the gym equipment and that there wasn't a bigger turnout for the chair tai chi! The place was always clean and I never smelled any unpleasant odors. They offered a wide variety of activities and were open to new suggestions.

My experience as the daughter of a resident here has been very positive. The sales director was very helpful during move in and beyond. Techs and aides are very kind,responsive and are always willing to help out. They treat the residents with dignity and respect. There are always engaging activities to do and my father is very satisfied with his meals. I would recommend Brookridge Heights to anyone seeking a assisted living facility.

They were very accommodating for my mom. They had a handful of furnished apartments. So when we moved there, she went to one. Someone in the administration told me that they were usually meant for visitors over the holidays, but when we explained to them about her being on hospice, they let her stay in it until the end. Apart from one care worker, everyone there was very friendly. Long story short, she was dealt with and let go after we complained (and others complained). Mom didn't take part in many of the activities as she was going downhill throughout her stay. The food was ok, but mom had a lot of needs there with being allergic to so many things. So I think it was a problem to accommodate her diet, but they did their best

Most of the staff seems good. Food is very good -- I ate there with Dad once and thought lunch was excellent and perfect portions. My dad won't participate in many activities but does enjoy going out for ice cream when staff organizes that. Room cleanliness was not great until I mentioned it to director -- she took care of that quickly and it's now fine.

I am independent while living in assisted living and have my cats with me. I appreciate an accommodating environment. Overall, it is a great place to live and make friends if you want to. Housekeeping is included in rent.

Vintage Gardens was a good place for our Mother, she was in memory care. She had her own room with privacy. The staff was caring and knowledgeable, they were good to communicate with family about health concerns and any other issues, especially safety.

The staff was amazing. Even though I only had six months experiencing The Amberleigh, I can honestly say that all the staff were very attentive, very kind, very helpful. My sister-in-law liked the food very much. She enjoyed the activities and the P.T. She played their piano and really loved that. It was difficult for her to do the laundry as it was always busy. They may need to expand how many washers/dryers they have. I will say my sister-in-law passed away in February and I was stunned, after that, at the increase in rent. Over $[removed]a month. That was a shock.

Staff was very polite and facility was very clean. Nice rooms for residents. Building under construction so wasn't able to see everything but seems really nice

The staff is nice. The place is clean and my Mom likes her apartment. Her main complaint is the food. While she does like some of the food, the portions are small and not always good. Also, not good for low fat or sodium diets. But, overall happy with Summit Corners.

My mom recently moved into Rosemont, and while the transition has been tough for someone so independent, the staff's kindness and attentiveness have given our family great peace of mind. She loves her small shared room, but a few areas need improvement: Dining: Needs more variety, including renal diet options and Asian cuisine. Cleanliness & Odors: Weekly floor cleaning could be more thorough, and common areas need freshening up to address occasional urine odors. Activities: More regular outings for residents would be wonderful. Since this is my first time dealing with an assisted living facility, it's hard to compare, but I chose Rosemont primarily because it is located just two miles from me.

I don't see a need for a stove in the apartment when you are offered 3 meals a day in the dining room. Take out part of the kitchen area and you could gain more living space! It's okay and understandable to have a refrigerator and microwave, but I don't see the need for the oven. Just my opinion. If they didn't have their TV control boxes nailed to the wall you could have more options for how you would like to arrange your furniture. I think in regards to ALL independent living communities they SHOULD NOT raise their rent YEARLY! Living on a fixed income it's cruel to have to pay such extreme monthly rates $[removed]for a STUDIO apartment!! I am glad there are communities like this available for seniors to live in, but I know of at least a dozen people who had to move out of their communities like this and either move in with family or regular apartment buildings that cost less because their rent kept going up yearly, but their income didn't increase to cover the cost! If you have health issues or just don't have the energy to cook, clean and maintain an apartment on your own this change isn't the best option for you to have to make. Elderly should be respected and cared for better than they are! Today's economy sucks for the majority and I have known several people to lose their jobs and their homes because of the government!

We really don’t need to look any further. The facility, the staff, everything is really nice and we’re happy that our loved ones will be safe and cared for.

It was a very nice place. Wasn't a lot of areas to walk dogs. It was very clean and worth the money.

I’ve been here a year and a half or so, and I have been enjoying it all. I love getting acquainted with so many people. I’ve enjoyed the activities. I also enjoyed that I have my privacy at home. I am happy here and highly recommend The Waterford At Ironbridge for anybody looking to move into senior living.

The staff are caring, supportive of my mom's needs. [names removed] to name just a few(so many quality people there). [name removed], the event coordinator is amazing and sends me pictures with the fun activities she's involved in. Food is good, place is clean and my mom's room gets cleaned weekly
