I don't think that my mother in law would like living here and it is expensive.

The staff were on time and ready to go for my scheduled tour we set up. I saw a a fine community and the staff I meet with were nice. After touring other communities we felt this was not the one.

My mom was a little nervous making the move into this community but the staff have done a wonderful job at helping her get adjusted and making her comfortable. She has not been there long but so far she said she hundred percent likes it and is very happy with everything. They offer a great activity program that she looks forward to getting involved in and provided three tasty meals a day.

The staff at this community have maintained very good communication with me. They let me know if hey have any questions or concerns. The place is clean and maintained well. It has wallpaper on the walls.

I really did like this community. I can't see any issues that they had. The only thing that I did not like was that it was a smaller community and it was not open. It seemed to be very congested and we wanted something a bit bigger for mom.

I had a good tour of this community. Everyone was great, and very kind. The community looked nice and clean. The staff I came across were nice and courteous. There were many factors that played into where to move my mother to for her needs. This is a pleasant community, but I found one that worked with our budget better.

The staff are helpful and nice. They offer daily activities as well as some outings to stores and restaurant. The food is not bad. They keep the community clean and offer cleaning services for your apartment. They offer transportation and I would recommend this community.

My tour of this community was a nice one. Everything went well , and everyone was very kind and friendly. The community looked nice and clean. It was a pleasant experience, but not the community for my mother and her needs.

Mom has only been here one week but she has fit right in and her room feels like home. There have been a few things with her medications and getting everything in place but otherwise the care and friendliness is awesome. The rate is good compared to others. It includes everything except cable and phone including three meals a day, washing and cleaning The meals are very good and they have lots of options. We also like that it is a small community feel. Overall we are very happy with Marquis place.

i met with scott walker, the manager. very personable. i liked this better than [Removed]. i will definitely consider this one, but i am at least a year away from a final decision.

Place was beautiful. Holly was great. Spent a lot of time with us. Only problem was the exercise room was the size of a closet. Didn't understand that. Thanks

My brother is here at this community for a respite stay. So far everything is going pretty well. It is a nice community. They do a good with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff for the most part is kind, and caring. I know he is in a nice secure community. It is still a work progress, but he is in good hands. I would recommend this community, it is a nice place.

The person that took us on the tour was friendly and super helpful. They answered all of our questions and showed us around. I just did not like the layout of the community. It seemed broken and not a good fit for dad.

We visited The Waterford on Tuesday, 12/06/16, and met with [Removed]. It is a newer place with large rooms. There are about 116 residents. It was a month to month cost. The place was very nice. Our only problem was that now that we are looking for a place for mom and dad, we need independent care too and the Waterford starts at the assisted level. Nice place though.

My mother felt welcomed here. The location was nice, retail nearby but also park/pond in the back (nice!). The building is undergoing renovations, so it was not as nice as I'm sure it will be (bare walls, limited furniture, etc.) Representative was very welcoming and sincere. No underground parking was available, only detached garages (limited).

This community felt to spread out for mom. It had multiple floors and we were looking for a single level community. She felt this had more of a nursing home feel to it. The food was good and the people we met were nice. The caregivers are not their staff as you have to arrange for them separately.

This was a small community for my father's needs. The staff were very nice and helpful. We liked that this community was clean and well maintained. We did not see what activities that would of been offered for him to be able to participate. We suggest that families check out the community for the needs of a loved one.

My mother has been in this community for a little over a month and so far everything is great. The staff and aids are all very nice. The building is brand new, and the maintenance does a good job keeping it clean. They offer daily activities that my mother and the rest of the residents enjoy. Overall it's been a great community so far.
