The family likes it but it's a big adjustment for her. She complains about the typical stuff. She doesn't like the food so much, and she feels the response is longer than she would like. The other residents are pretty friendly, and welcoming so far though.

My sister is doing fine at The Waterford. The staff are very caring people and I am impressed with what I have seen. They have monthly residents meeting. The food is well made and tasty. The community is clean and well maintained.

My sister is doing okay. She is still getting adjusted to the community. It is a nice place. I'am hoping with time she becomes more comfortable with the community. I do like the community. Everybody is kind and friendly.

They have minimal activity at this community. The staff are friendly and work well with my Father in law. They are very good at keeping us informed of his care and if there are any changes we should know. I have not tried the food but he seems to like it. They keep the community clean and well maintained.

This community is working out okay for my mom. She is not into games or cards but she does enjoy the company of her caretaker who takes her out often. My mom gets some accommodation on her meals if she does not like what's prepared. The staff do their best to understand my mom. I have realized the community does not offer any panic buttons to be placed around her neck.

We were impressed with the staff and setting at Summit Place. I would actually give it a 4 1/2 rating if I could use 1/2 stars. A huge advantage for Summit Place is the willingness to work with families to settle financial issues with the transition to a community.

My mother is doing good, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. It is a nice looking community, but I think they should change the carpet in the general areas. The staff is nice, there are two owners here and one is easier to deal with than the other one. She is pleased with the meals. It has been a good experience.

Everything is working out pretty well for my father here at Greenbriar. They are taking good care of him and his needs. He seems to have adjusted well to it, he has tried a few new activities. He has surprised me with how outgoing he has become. He is pleased with the meals. I'am comfortable with the care they are providing him with. Only thing they could improve on is the communication between the staff. Other than that This is a community I would recommend.

Have been resident since Mar 14.

My mom is settling into Benton House very well. She enjoys the food and there is a good variety to choose from. The staff are nice but I do not get the updates on my mom as much as I would like. The activities are done after dinner, since she likes to go to her room after dinner she does not participate in them. The community is very well maintained.

My mother-in-law moved to Georgetowne Place apartments mid-February 2016. She says that she is happy that she made the move. We find the staff, Kris, Bethany, Ilene, Donna, Max and others to be friendly and helpful. Her two bedroom apartment is lovely and bright.

I am doing okay with my move to this community. Everyone has been really friendly and kind to me. I love the staff they are all helpful and sweet always willing to help. I still have my independence and privacy here and that was important to me. The community is nice and pretty clean, but the carpets need cleaning. Overall I am happy and doing well here.

My mother loves it at this community and has really adjusted well. The community is clean and well maintained. The staff is very good and attentive to my mother. There is always someone to help her when she needs it. She is happy and I am very pleased with all they have done for us. She enjoys playing bingo and the bands that come to play music. The food is good for a senior they have small portions. As long as my mother is happy that is all that matters to me.

This facility is about 30 years old. Every resident we talked to loves living there. The staff and others that support the day to day life of residents were positive caring people. A resident played the grand piano beautifully in the common space for over an hour. It was reasonably clean but not spotless. The care assessment seems to be looser than other places we visited but follows a philosophy many would find comforting with all staff contributing on an ongoing basis rather than in a scheduled window of time.

Despite being early for appointment was greeted and had tour which was informative. Amenities outnumbered other locations( wifi in unit wood flooring throughout unit). Only negative item was size of living space. But microwave oven was a positive point.

Mom currently resides at The Waterford and seems to be pretty happy there. We really like the amenities and the apartment itself is really nice and roomy. The community has plenty of activities for their residents and the food is a whole lot better than where she was prior. The staff are very nice and friendly and really stay on top of things. I'd recommend.

Aspen Grove has been good for the most part. I think they falsely advertised their dining services since everything is not home made as they make it seem but the food is okay. Mom is still trying to adjust but the other residents seem to be very happy there. i think they may have a shortage of staff but I know Mom is in good hands.

Things are good here at Cottonwood for my father in law. It is taking some time for him to adjust to the move and the community and that is expected from him, but the staff has been helpful with helping him adjust with everything. The community itself looks really nice and is very clean. Overall I'm pleased with everything and happy with this community it is very good.

I was disparate to find a place for my dad. I called a place for mom and within 1 day had a place for him. They were extremely helpful, nice, and understanding of my needs. I am blessed to have met these people. Thank you so much for all your help.
