We are happy with them so far. We don't have any major complaints or concerns at this time. I would give them a four out of five at this point.

Overall I think they do a good job at Wyoming Springs Assisted Living. The facility is very nice, and the people who work here are friendly and caring. However, I do think the staff could be trained a bit better when it comes to communication between themselves, I often have to repeat the same instructions or message to different shifts of caregivers.

Overall our experience with Benton House of Bluffton has been a good one. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they were a huge help throughout the whole move-in process. They made sure the transition was as smooth as possible for my loved one, helped us out with paperwork, and there were no hitches in getting their medication service switched over. It is a very nice place!

My father is presently staying at The Waterford on Cooper. It took a lot of follow-up on my end to get my father set up there, which was a little disappointing. Other than that everything has gone pretty well.

So far so good. Everything has it's plus and minuses. Very nice people. She is having a bit of problem with the food. They don't have salt free entrees, other than salads. The apartment is adorable. The staff has been very nice and friendly. They don't encourage her to do things as often as I would like. She hasn't taken advantage of all they have to offer. I wish they had more gardens and outdoor areas. She says, she is where she should be.

Staff is helpful and courteous. Meals are reasonably tasty and diverse. Accommodating in transporting wheelchair clients to doctors and such.

Everything has been going great. I am happy that my loved one is happy and comfortable here. The staff has been excellent. They are so helpful and caring. I would recommend The Jefferson to anyone.

The biggest problem at West Shores is that the staff members do not communicate among themselves. There is a lot of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, so one minute you think things are going one way, then it turns out not to be the case. The director is very nice, but can have a tendency to put her own personal problems ahead of her job. It is a nice clean facility and there are many good things about it, but a few things to improve as well.

Had a very friendly tour, Mom liked the food and the views and especially the heated pool. Just she does not need / prefer a full kitchen and washer / dryer in her room, so we are still looking. Good value if you like that, and good that one can go from independent living to assisted living in the same room.

Moved my mother into the Memory unit here a year ago. I love the staff--all very loving and caring, the place is clean and does not have "that smell". I am called whenever there is an issue, question or my mom wants to talk to me or a change is needed in her care. Of course I could always want more and better, let's face it--it's hard to give up the care of a loved one to others full time! I highly recommend Riverbend -and Have sent others here who are now happy as well!

Jackie and Mike, the managers, are great. It is very clean and the staff are all very friendly. The dining area is very nice, and the rooms and the entire facility are kept very clean. It has been a very good experience with The Lodge at White Bear. I have no complaints and would recommend them.

Country Charm Village is cute and quaint. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Going back for a 2nd look, considering for my mom.

Their doing a great job and glad we have chose this place for my loved one to live. She is content and happy she said it feels like home .The food is good and good activities. I dont have anything to complain about.

We visited this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice place overall! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and it seems like they really take great care of the residents. It wasn't quite as fancy as some others we have seen, they seem to focus more on the care aspects of the community so there weren't as many activities and events.

I think it is just a great situation for our mother in law. It covers all of her basic needs for independent living, such as three square meals, transportation to doctors appointments and such, etc. The meals they have are very very basic. If there is one area I were to think of where they could improve it would be there. Other than that it has really been a great experience with Villa Santa Barbara.

I'm very pleased with them, so far. It seems to be very well run, and very clean. My mom has told me that she enjoyed the food.

Not perfect but they are friendly and care for their residents. They keep the facility clean and everything I am satisfied with the level of care they provide, and they seem to be able to provide for everything my loved one needs.

Very nice place, newer physical plant. All the amenities. very nice staff. Pricy.

Director was great! Lots of energy,passion, and seems to really lover her job. Many things impressed me. Apartments are decent in size with older cabinets and bathrooms. Bright dining room with many windows. Price is on the high end for sq ft.

This is a facility I am strongly considering for my father. The apartments or a nice size and for the most part it is well-maintained. I was a little concerned when I used the restroom before leaving and it obviously had not been clean for at least several days. Staff seemed professional and focused on care of the clients. The rate for this facility was very competitive. The community fee was very low in comparison to the other facilities have looked at.
