I loved American House Macedonia. They had a lot of great amenities, but I realized that a lot of the things I loved were things that I liked rather than what my loved one liked. It was just not the right fit for her but I would definitely recommend the facility.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a lovely beautiful community and the lady who gave us the tour was awesome but we just wanted a community that solely focused on memory care just given our loved ones health state

Do not go there. They will not take care of your loved ones. They were not as responsive as they should have been for my loved one's level of care!

My loved one has a fear of birds and they had bird cages for the residents to look at- so right away it was just not an option for us. The gal was late for our tour but she did give me some really good information. The facility itself is older and definitely needed some updates.

The Amberleigh is a very nice place. My favorite thing about living here would be the ability to move around; which is better than what I was doing before. The food could be better, there's a lack of variety and quality. Overall, I would recommend others to come and check it out.

The Etta at Shavano Park is a very clean community and we have been so impressed by the staff - they give just such compassionate care to the residents. We have no problem recommending this community to families based on our experience. The activities are awesome they really keep all the residents so engaged. For the price and with everything that is being delivered and offered within their constraints especially with care these days it is great.

Outside entrance could use cleaning & painting. Automatic door would be helpful for residents, etc. to enter & leave, especially with walkers & wheelchairs. One side works - outside to inside does not work. Staff are wonderful! [name removed] is GREAT!

They have super nice people that are they responsive. Activities and food are generally good for the residents. The staff communication with the family has been very good. The community does provide a la carte options as well as a main course option for the residents. The community will assist with laundry and basic housekeeping for our loved one. The only negative is the maintenance of the inside of the building. It would be nice to see some updates.

So far our experience has been a positive one. The staff communication with the family is good. Some of the care provided by the community includes medication management, and bathing assistance.

This is a good community, it was more than we wanted to spend.

I would recommend it. The rooms are a good size. The people seem helpful, including when we move in. Like most places, they are a little understaffed right now.

We went with Rose Arbor & Wildflower Lodge primarily because of the convenient location for family. They do take Medicare after being here a year here and that was a big thing for us and was hard to find. They have lots of activities provided, the activities director [name removed] has been great. It is in a pretty location and we would recommend the facility to others.

I really like The Waterford on Huebner a lot more than I actually thought that I was going to. The woman who runs the facility is an absolute DOLL. She is so nice and you can tell that she is dedicated to her residents. The downfall was they were limited on staff so they did not have as many activities or outings and my loved one was really looking for an active community. After touring many places, The Waterford is definitely worth taking a look at.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff…from the nurses to the aides, the front desk staff and the billing department and the kitchen staff. They are a very caring group and while there was some glitches at times, overall I would recommend bringing your loved ones here

It has been a great transition for my mom. The management team did an outstanding job of not only working with us on pricing as needed, but also they do a fantastic job of keeping the children in the loop about activities and other things going on in the community so we are able to be aware of and participate on family days. There were some issues brought up my mom in the beginning, but the management team were very prompt in resolving those. She loves her apartment - she raves about it every time I speak with her. The only negative has been some issues with getting internet in there, but I'm not sure if that was an issue with the local service provider or with The Waterford. . . They've also been very flexile with providing rides to the residents. Normally that's restricted for certain activities, but when things came up like needing to get to a doctor appointment or to pick up a prescription, they were very accommodating. They also do a great job with outings, taking the residents out for shopping and things like that, which she really enjoys. They had fantastic Easter activities, and I like that they post photos on Facebook for the families to be able to see their parents having a great time in the community.

Our first impression right away is we just noticed how clean and neat the community. We also are in favor of the staff to resident ratio and based on our experience so far we would recommend The Wellington community to other families

We really like the staff here they are very friendly and they do listen. They are always very accessible, anytime we have an issue or questions we can always find someone to talk to. The food could be a little bit better, the dining facilities are great and the workers in the kitchen are great but just like everyone else they are going through a tough time. Overall we are very happy, Rose Arbor is a good, healthy, safe place for our loved one.

This is my first experience having someone live in assisted living. I feel the accommodations are very nice. The food seems to be really good. The outside areas provide a nice change for residents. They need more staff in areas. I feel it would be better to have males and females live in separate wings.

Very new here, staff has been wonderful. She is adjusting.
