I would recommend you check the community out to see if it would be a good fit for your loved one. The staff is very friendly and this stands out to me. The community provides three meals a day to the residents in the dining room. They provides a main option for a meal and then there is alternative menu for the residents to choose from if they would like.

They have had troubles with housekeeping but they are fully staffed now and it is getting much better. The staff are very responsive but they could be better in the beginning with information on who to contact for what needs. When I approach staff about what she needs they get on it quickly, but they do not initiate it, I usually have to. They are all very friendly and try their best. Overall I would recommend them to others looking. It has a very homey atmosphere and they also offer a veterans discount.

I believe there could be more activities. We have had an issue with my mother in law and the insurance. We were paying it every month and long term care was reimbursing. We had talked to Vintage Gardens asking if could pay them in advance so they could hold it until it takes the insurance to pay out. Because of the timing it keeps duplicating the charges and making us double pay. Vintage Gardens is working with us it is the corporate side of the company that the issue. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to our needs and reports back in great response time.

My mom started out in independent living and we really liked it - everyone was super friendly (staff and residents) and the price was good. Then when she had a stroke we ended up moving her to the assisted living side when a room opened up. They have been great with the care and communication with me. She does need help with her meals and she doesn't always get that which has been our only issue. Overall we have been pleased with the facility and would recommend them to others looking.

I do think that the staff could do better with communication internally about what the to expect - there is definitely room for improvement there. I know that their heart is in the right place and they have great potential, overall we have been very pleased with the experience. They have tons of activities available for the residents and the food is good. I would recommend Anthology of Louisville to others looking and in fact already have.

The staff to patient ratio is lower than I would like it to be. In the evenings there is one medicine tech and one caregiver per floor so they are slow to respond. One thing that I do really like about Rosemont is that they have multiple room floor plans available based on what you need. -some even go up to 2 bedrooms.
