We chose The Waterford at the time because of the location and also the affordability. The apartment sizes here are adequate for his needs. My father does not like the food very much at all, his main complaint is that they try to make the meals too fancy. Through the lock down they were delivering the food, often times he would get the wrong meal or if he did get it it was very cold. They have recently had some management change and that has been for the better. They are really trying to turn things around as they had a rough go for most of 2020. Overall, I would recommend the community.

I felt comfortable at this facility. the sizes of the rooms are good, and the food is fair with a good variety. The grounds are kept clean and there is an outside area to spend time outdoors. I would recommend this community.

Good – As Senior Living goes.

When I and my husband moved here we thought it was well decorated. Since that time all of the furniture in the common area has been moved around. Now it seems there is no decorated touch! The care is good. The food is not so good.

We chose The Woodlands because of the affordability. The room sizes here are pretty good. She says that the food is pretty bland because of the dietary needs, but that is to be expected. The best part about the community is the value. Recently, I asked for a medication update and they did not have an important medication listed for her thyroid. They never notified me before stopping this medication which was very concerning to me. Keep a close eye on your loved ones and what changes they are making. The first time someone in the facility was COVID I was not notified.

Beginning with covid-19 the office stuff is handling it great. At this time the atmosphere among the resident is understandable because of the restrictions to rooms but they are willing to abide by the ruling. I do suggest more in-depth with new residents moving in. Staff should pay more attention to dress code.

We chose The Waterford at Creekside in the beginning because of location, they had a good memory care unit, and you are able to have a camera in your loved ones room. We asked about putting a camera in my moms room and they said yes and then they tried to evict us the first couple of days because we had a camera. I would recommend if it fits the needs of the person.

This community is dirty. It needed new carpet. My loved didn't have a nurse for months. The community is slow at hiring new nurses, and my loved one waited a while for a new nurse. The staff is overworked and not enough workers

We chose this community because of the availability they had in a tight time frame. The room sizes were very nice, plenty of square footage. The community was clean and well maintained. The lunch was not the best, but my husband liked it. Also, we did not realize it was more apartment type living, so you needed to bring your own grooming supplies for your stay. I thought it was a little on the pricey side, but I would recommend The Wellington at Springfield.

I would not go there again. It was a very bad experience. They got his blood testing all screwed up. They did a bad job taking his blood so he had a lot of bruises. The food was awful. The room sizes were good.

The facility is fine, management was very good. The food was good. Some of the aides were not reliable, some were okay. I did address the issue with management and it was taken care of. The room sizes were good. They have an outdoor space for residents to use.

The staffing was a constant problem with constant turnover. The caregivers were very friendly. We chose this community because of its proximity to his house so there would be less transition for visitors, friends, and doctors. The food was adequate but not really as promised. The building was very clean and he had a patio off his room .

They are all for show no substance. Room sizes are pretty good. The food was alright. Things went down hill the whole time we were there. Optic were good but no follow through. They had a central courtyard and a covered patio.

The food is mediocre. They do not have many activities. They have been doing their best during the quarantine. The room sizes are adequate. They do not have much outdoor space. The layout of the community is acceptable. The staff for the most part are good.
