I love it here. Marquis is a wonderful home. I'm very happy here I have just sold my house so this room is my home. Most of the staff are very congenial & ready to help you at any point. We have residents that show beginning stages of dementia but they are transferred as a room becomes available. Rooms were larger for equal prices. Memory Care residents are in separate wing. VERY IMPORTANT!!

. I would have to say my dad experience at the Anthology was a great one. He received the quality of care that he needed. He also was able to enjoy great caregivers. So overall I would say, I would have to rate the Anthology at a very high score of 4+.

I am currently a resident at The Waterford on Huebner and the experience has been good for me overall, so far. Most of the main staff here are polite and helpful. The kitchen staff is an entirely different story. I don't know who creates the food supply, they may need to go to cooking school! The housekeeping is alright, considering they are assigned several rooms to take care of. The move in process went well for me, though it took me awhile to adjust to the environment. Would I recommend the facility? For those who can afford the rent and are not bothered by emotion, yes. After awhile, they pay attention to the residents' needs. This is a good facility. Is it the best? Far from it. But it's a good facility overall.

I experienced a good vibe from the facility during my visit. We picked this community because of mostly the ratings online and the cleanliness and willing to negotiate prices.

Been a resident here seven years. Great unit and price with many things included in rent including meals. Food can be improved for lunch and dinner. Breakfast among the best at any senior living. Thankfully other places to eat out in the area.

I recommend West Shores Assisted Living to others! One huge selling point for us was the fact that several residents came up to us and told us that they were happy living here. I knew right away that this feedback was huge! The staff is phenomenal in every way. According to my mother, the food is so/so: no steaks, no roasts, not a lot of variation; the menu repeats and often. She isn't a complainer so when she mentions something, it means something. The place is cleaner than most. The move-in process was a breeze. I would have liked to see a 30-day follow up with management and clinical team in the way of a family care plan; my mom had a hard time adjusting. I still haven't met the Executive Director and that should have happened either right away or within days; mom has been a resident for over a month now. The activities are awesome! A lot is offered that interests my mom.

I'm very happy with the Good Tree community and my father is very content being there. The meals are excellent. The staff is very friendly. They keep the facility clean and keep my dads clothes and bedding washed and clean.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Mansions at Sandy Springs and everything about the experience has been good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are very good. The food and the activities are good. The care services and staff are also very good. The staff is genuinely invested in the well being of the residents. I would absolutely recommend The Mansions at Sandy Springs to family and friends!

It’s pretty nice. It’s enjoyable. People are friendly. Nice people. I like playing Bingo. [name removed] takes us shopping. The food is pretty good. The staff is really good to me. They are very helpful. My kitty likes it here too.

You have a very very good staff. The people that work here are very nice especially the dining staff. They go out of their way to do special things and they know what every resident likes. Very good service. There isn’t anyone on the staff that I don’t like. They really try and take care of people.

It is as advertised. You can be independent and everyone is really friendly and positive and they let you have pets. I like to play cards here with the other residents. I like the staff very much. They are always accessible and helpful.

My husband and I live here. I like that I don’t have to do dishes. everybody is friendly I enjoy pulling weeds in the courtyard.. good group of staff, not obnoxious or bossy! we like the outings and ice cream socials.

The staff is friendly and efficient. I love to read in the lobby and like how they have a coffee bar every week. [name removed] and [name removed] are so creative and fun, and make excellent iced vanilla lattes. My family visits all the time.

Our family had an in person tour with Cedar Bluff and it was a good tour experience, but due to our loved ones health they were not geared towards caring for her an they had multiple levels and we did not want her by using elevators.

It was a good experience and would have been so much better if my aunt would have participated in her own care. We picked this community because of good reviews, friendly atmosphere, nice accommodations, could accommodate her dogs, and it wasclose to my house.

My mother is a two year resident of Anthology at the Plaza and the experience has been very good. The meal quality and variety has been good. The staff is friendly and helpful and communication overall has been good. I think the cleaning could be a little better, but I'm pretty picky about that. The staff concern and care have been very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is a resident at Crown Pointe Retirement Community. Overall, we are very happy with this facility. It's much better than what we were dealing with. Housekeeping keeps the common areas and resident rooms clean. The laundry appears to get done and put away weekly. They gave my loved one a nice welcome basket with a cup and snacks. We would like to see them empty the trash from the rooms daily. My loved one wears depends and their room can sometimes get that urine smell. But again, we're happy with the facility overall and would recommend it to others.

[name removed] who works at the front desk at The Wellington at North Richland Hills is amazing. We really like the interaction with residents but that was when [name removed] was there, however the person that took his spot not as impressed with

My father is currently a resident at Rose Arbor and Wildflower Lodge. Overall, things have been good for him at this facility on the Independent Living side. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff is great. The activities and value for cost are good. My father's only complaint is the food. I know a few other residents have complaints about the food, also. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

If a friend asked me, I would say we love it and it's been a great place for her with her needs. My only complaint would be they need to have a bit more security. It's so much different feeling going in over the weekend when most of the staff are not there as opposed to going during a weekday when most of the office staff are there We picked this community because of its size. We liked that it was small and it would be easy for our mother to navigate and get to know people while not being overwhelmed with too many people. We liked the family feel of the smaller community & wonderful staff. I did give the staff rating of four. Some of the staff are amazing and I would give them six others I'm not as fond of. We picked it also, because despite its smaller size, it has good dining, good care, great activities.
