Remington Park is a good facility. There is never a odor. There are a lot of staff members changing shifts. Some details get forgotten from staff member to staff member. If you go in and do not dementia you would do just fine. My grandmother does have dementia so she cant stay on top of things on her own. So I have had to remind the staff that her walker needs to be by her bed or she needs her medicine or she needs her sheets changed. I just have to very involved. Julia, the resident care director is just one of the nicest people. She is sweet, loving and calls back any time I call her. When my grandmother came to the facility initially Julia was off for surgical leave and I think it would have made things a lot easier if she was there. She is so on top of thing and so responsive. I think things could have been a lot better. I am so glad to know she is here now. Also they just hired a RN and she is lovely and I think that is going to be just a great addition.

Food good, but more food option choices would be great, Staff very friendly.

My in-laws are satisfied with everything. They did run out of food one time on a weekend, but I haven't heard anything since. It's clean and the staff is pretty friendly. They were pretty comparable to others in the area, for pricing.

My mother was hesitant. She did not know what to expect. After one visit, I asked her to think about it. She said she was thinking about it and "was not thinking 'no'." Within days she became excited about moving away from the clutter, and giving up on time consuming/energy zapping tasks of home ownership and daily chores. When moving day finally came, all the paperwork in order, the doctor's okay, she happily and confidently said "Goodby Stuff," and got in my car for the ride over to meet the movers. Very nice apartment, and friendly caring staff. The food is really good, and the folks that live there are friendly and welcoming. Mom took to the new lifestyle pretty quickly, and has found activities she enjoys and looks forward to.

The biggest determinant was that they allowed pets, which was important and made a huge difference. Another deciding factor is the layout, it has a very non-institutional feeling. It is not long corridors.

We needed a place due to unforeseen circumstances, immediately.a place for mom had a immediate response and within 24 hours our mother was placed in the perfect setting for her.The staff was wonderful the ED of the company was wonderful ,accommodating and very soothing to the family ..I can't thank u enough for your prompt attention , the Whittly House has been wondrerful ..thank you Sincerly the Schneiders

The woman that we placed at The Lodge at White Bear had her husband pass away and she needed a place to go quickly, and did not have any cash. She had some pension and insurance money coming, and they took a chance and let her move in there when she was not able to pay for it up front. Other places would not have done that. They have really done an excellent job. The food there is really good as well. One thing they might could do is to have some sort of mentor program to help new residents get acclimated and learn the ropes. The staff is really good, but they can only do so much. Overall we are very pleased.

Our experience with Summit Point was a very good one. The facility itself is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking after the people who live here. I would give them high marks across the board! Our only small issue was that they do not have maintenance staff that work on the weekends.

I think they are alright with it. I think the community is fine. It's still new and I hope over time they participate in a few more activities. I would give them at least a four, maybe even a five.

The facility is beautifully decorated, clean and organized. The staff and nursing/aides are supportive, professional and very kind to the residences and the family members. The food is excellent (all meals) and the dining facility has the feeling of being in a restaurant dining room.

It's good, we like it. Everyone is really nice there. They take good care of him. I don't care for the light dinners. If he eats breakfast, he isn't very hungry at lunch, and then dinner is pretty light. The food itself seems to be pretty good though.

I think it's a very well runned organization. We have been quite pleased and my mother seems really happy. We are very pleased with North Pointe. I would recommend this place. It is a very nice community.

The only area where they have had some issues is that they have had some turnover with the dining staff, and also recently lost their hairdresser. Other than that, things have gone very well. She has adjusted very well into the facility and is happy and well cared for there. The staff at The Waterford on Huebner has really been great and wonderful.

Summit Place is everything we had hoped for. Everyone is very helpful and gracious. Activities are great as well as the attentive care. She is eating better than she has in years. So very pleased.

Almost all of the staff have treated her well: they are kind and attentive. It has worked out pretty well the facility is clean and friendly they take great care for the residents and are professional.

The staff and residents are very friendly. Everyone says hello. The staff learned my mother's name immediately. The public areas are beautiful and a nice change from staying in the apartment all day. The meals are very good and served in a lovely dining room. The servers all greet the residents by name and are very acommodating. The meals were the deciding factor. Very few places offer meals, except for assisted living, which are much more costly, and more than my mother needed. There are church services on site. The grounds have gardens and walking areas for nicer weather. Small pets are allowed, so she was able to bring her cat.

It seems to be a good place. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. Mom really seems to like it. When dad fell the staff responded appropriately. I really haven't had any problems, with the exception of a few billing issues.

They have really tried to get to know my mother and meet her care needs. The staff is caring and supportive. I appreciate all their efforts in guiding us through this transition for my mother and our family.

I think they do a great job overall at Villa Santa Barbara. It is a nice looking, clean place and the staff have all been very friendly. They're very responsive to all of our inquiries and requests, and they take great care of the people who live here!
