This community is clean and taken care of. The staff are so far so good. The manager and sales manager were nice, accommodating and helpful with mom. Mom seems to like the food and there is plenty of it. The have an assortment of activities. I would recommend this community.

Mother will be moving in next week, but the people at Waterford have been so helpful and kind, I appreciate this because mom has been in facilities, out of town, and now has agreed to move up closer to me, and they have made this possible.

Jan was very friendly and very understanding. The other staff was friendly also. I was impressed with all the amenities they have to offer. Compared to other assisted living North Pointe was the best value for my mother.

My mother was a resident of this community for just over one year, she just recently passed. This community has shown great improvement over the year. The renovations are stunning and the staff takes care of their residents like they are family. Many times my mother expressed to me "the girls who take care of her are her family". That means more to a family then anyone can imagine. We are so grateful to Country Charm Village for the care Mother has received and the friendships she made during her last days. Every employee at County Charm Village plays a role in caring for its residents. One example that stands out to our family is Mother was worried about a billing issue and Heather from the billing office continued to reassure her everything would be okay. She followed through very thoroughly and stayed in communication with our family during the entire process and kept Mother very involved which kept her calm and kept her since of pride and dignity. In todays world you do not find this much and we are forever grateful to Heather for this. This community is absolutely wonderful!!!

They offer a lot of food choices at The Waterford, however I would give the food a 4. The food kind of reminds me of institutional food. They offer a lot of daily activities and even offer weekly outings. They keep the community clean and well taken care of. The staff are great and I would recommend this community.

I had previously visited the facility during the renovations and wanted to bring my mother in law back after the renovations were complete. Heather gave us the tour and was absolutely wonderful with my mother in law. She was very informative and spoke directly to her as she should. Heather engaged in conversation with my mother as we toured the facility and shows to be a great asset to this business. Morgan the marketing director came at the end of the tour and was also very informative. We are in the process of Medicaid waiver and Morgan and Heather both are very knowledgeable in this area. This community is very beautiful with such great caring staff. One thing we did notice was activities seemed to be very quiet. Overall, we are very pleased with our multiple visits at Country Charm Village.

Things have worked out very well with The Waterford so far, I would give them high marks across the board. It is a nice looking place, and the people are friendly.

My mother is doing very good at this community, she had adjusted very well to it. They are taking good care of her, and I'am pleased with everything. They do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. Her room is always well-kept when I visit. The staff is wonderful, they have been very helpful and kind. There are nice activities offered, she enjoys the Sunday service's and the bible study. The food is good, but I do think they need to accommodate the diabetics residents diet better. I'am confident about the type of care she is receiving.

Mom is settling into the community pretty good. She thinks they need new cooks but I take it with a grain of salt, as she was taking a medication we think was causing her not to taste the food. My sisters and I are comfortable with the way she is treated by the staff. She participates in various activities and enjoys a bible study class.

I think it's very good. It's clean, I like it very much. They could use more staffing. They have some activities, but they could use some more variety in it, arts and crafts more often. She doesn't complain about the food. We chose it based on location, and how clean and friendly the staff was. I really like it because I think they really care about the people.

Our experience with The Jefferson has been a very positive one, overall! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they are also pet-friendly, allowing cats or dogs. The staff and even the other residents have all been very friendly and welcoming! I've been particularly impressed with the dining service! The meals are served restaurant style, where you order from a menu and everyone's food is brought out at once. The food is excellent! The on-staff chef usually comes out after meals to serve coffee and talk with the residents. I also like that they've got two sets of managers, so that they're able to have management on-site almost all the time. I highly recommend the place!

Unsure of what to expect in the beginning but have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of help and support my Mother has received from the staff. Facility is clean, smells great all the time and offers several activities. Mom is currently in 'Respite' there while she recovers from bruising from a fall but we're hoping she makes friends and wants to stay on when she's feeling better and after home health releases her. The food is good and Mom has tried food she's never had before. The other residents have been welcoming as well. My ONLY critisim is there are no doors directly from the apartments to the courtyards making pet companionship difficult for those who have issues getting around using a mobility device (walker, rollator). Pets are welcome though so that's a definite PLUS.

Oakwood Hills offers the full range of care that my Dad may require as he ages, all at a very reasonable price. Although he has not moved in yet, everyone there has been most helpful as we prepare to move my Dad from Florida to Eau Claire, Wisconsin. If there is anything I need help with in preparation for the move, the staff is very quick to offer options and help. We are excited to get this done and have Dad close by.

Selecting a place for a loved one is a difficult thing to do. John [removed] at Waterford and Christine [removed] were exceptional. They were most informative, welcoming and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Although this facility is not a brand new facility, the staff was friendly and the environment was pleasant........so much so that the decision was made for Waterford to be "home". The food is excellent. The rooms are larger than other places and kept very clean. The 'system' works. It's not The Plaza-NY, but most who live in an assisted living facility aren't looking for the Plaza-NY. They are looking for quality care with people who care...a second family. With Waterford, we think we have found that.

This community is a great place and my sister is doing pretty good so far there. I' really happy she being taken care I am not displease at all with our choice. The people are super nice and friendly to us and all the residents. They have a lot of resource's for the residents to use like transportation to and from places, I m trying to get my sister to utilize the resources they have available here. She is getting everything she needs here and they come in and clean her room once a week for her and they also have a chef for the food. She is only 56 and there is other residents her age so she had made some new friends as well. I would recommend this community to anybody I would just say to anybody is just make sure you really check into everything you would need. A Place For Mom really helped me out with everything.

My father was my mother's main care giver. When he passed away suddenly -- we needed to quickly find a place for mom. We had toured 1 other assisted living facility, when we walked into Renaissance it became very apparent this was a place we would be comfortable with moving our mother into. Her apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. The aids are friendly and caring. The common areas are very home like. Visitors are required to sign in when they arrive and the facility is secured at night. Mom is happy and has adjusted very well. Our entire family is happy with Renaissance!

Not only is Summit Place a beautiful place, but the staff treats you like family. The staff is very attentive, caring and helpful. There are plenty of activities here for the residents and the food is actually pretty decent.

There are plenty of activities here to keep the residents engaged and having fun. I think that improves quality of life. There is a shuttle that takes the residents to different places. The apartments are very nice and the facility is always spotless. The staff is wonderful too.

Everyone at Summit Place has been great. They are friendly, helpful and great to work with. it is a difficult process to place loved ones in Independent care and memory care. They will help with the process in all ways they can. I would recommend to anyone looking for that special place for loved ones.

Our limited experience so far with Vintage Gardens Assisted Living II (one month) has been exceptional. My mother is content for her situation and is adjusting from leaving her own home. The meals are very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We feel she is safe and cared for here. The facility is well appointed with a cheerful atmosphere, but yet peaceful and quiet. We feel fortunate to have this facility available to us.
