They love it. They really like the food. Everybody is really nice. They have their own full size kitchen. They can keep their own car there, and are allowed small pets. They have quite a few different people cleaning the rooms. The person who cleans their room has been caught just sitting and talking, their room isn't always as clean as some others, but they won't say anything so I don't think the community knows.

Overall they do a great job here. It's a nice looking place, and the care they provide is excellent. Since my loved one is in the assisted living section she has a lot of interaction with the staff, and I think they do a great job of being compassionate and professional. They provide a good variety of activities, although my loved one has said she would prefer more going on in the evenings, especially on weekends.

Each time I visited GreenTree, I saw happy residents, I saw staff involved with residents, and happy family members coming and going from the facility. I've also visited with a couple residents that have been there a while, and both were very complimentary about their care, the staff, the meals, and even the maintenance personnel! The rooms were well equipped, bright, and clean. I don't think I received a "sell job" as much as I received a real discussion about my mom's needs and how they could be met by GreenTree. And what I saw before mom moved in has carried through afterward as well. This has been a bit of a challenge for my mom, but GreenTree staff has been very patient, understanding, and helpful with the transition. I wholeheartedly endorse GreenTree.

So far we've been very impressed by this place! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff are all very friendly. They do a great job getting the residents settled in and acclimated to their new situation. When I toured it I liked how the residents were all out socializing, they looked comfortable and happy. We also like how the facility allows pets.

My loved one lived here for quite a few years, and I thought they did a great job. It's a very nice looking community, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. My loved one liked it here, and he can be a hard person to please. It's a less active community, and the staff are more hands-off, which is what my loved one preferred. We decided he might do better in a place that pushes for more involvement however, which is why we eventually moved him to another community.

Reasonably priced and very good amenities.

Mom has dementia..moderate stage.. but still can eat,dress, and attend some activities. When I first arrived to tour I felt very comfortable with the surroundings.. It is a smaller facility, perfect for someone with dementia. 24 hour nursing care..Security is very well planned out..Locked on outside but open to a courtyard on the inside. Very nice social rooms well planned out. I suggest touring at lunch or dinner ..it lets you see the other people living there. Staff are very nice and attentive . Mom enjoys the socialization with others her age which was lacking in my home. Overall I have been pleased with our choice.

After doing a lot of research (on line and in person), the place we chose for my 88-year-old mother was West Shores. She is in an independent living apartment, which is perfect for her -- bright and cheery with lots of storage space.I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They are WONDERFUL!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and they truly care about their residents. There is a full-service dining room, and the several meals I've had there have been VERY good. There are so many activities for the residents to choose from, and the weekly entertainment provided by outside groups is very enjoyable. There's a great library, a beauty shop, exercise classes, weekly housekeeping, local trips on their "EZ Rider" bus, and too many others to mention. It is ALWAYS clean and decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend West Shores for anyone who is looking for a new home for a loved one. I'm so glad we chose them and we don't have to be constantly worried about my mother any more. West Shores is a true blessing for us.

Waterford on Cooper is a very good facility for anyone's family member. I do not have any complaints; the staff are super good, the surroundings are cozy and clean, and my husband is quite happy there. My husband actually said that it is the best place to be if you have to be in an Alzheimer's facility; I was so happy to hear him say that! The residents are nice, and the staff are very kind and he loves the food is good! The security system to notify them if an Alzheimer patient is trying to leave is well maintained. You will feel completely comfortable that your loved one's safety is completely maintained at this facility. He had been at another place for two days, which was fine, but this topped that place because it is so homey.

They have gormet chef prepared food. They had great ambiance. They were super awesome! Their staff was great. I no longer have any ties to them, but they will work with me, and have his girlfriend who lives there to visit my loved one at another community. When he lived there, if I went and wanted a meal they would probably offer it to me. They are really aout family and getting people visiting. It's beautiful, the rooms are great, the help is great, they know me on a first name basis. We definitely reccommended people move in there. they have lots of fun activities. It's more a retirement community, it's not geared for someone who is starting to lose their faculties.

This place really is just fantastic, Mom is very happy here. Now that I've had a bit more exposure to other senior communities it makes me realize just how great this one is. It's beautiful, and they provide her with everything she needs. It's not cheap, but if it is something that you can afford it really is a wonderful place. The only thing I'd like to see them add is some form of covered parking.

I don't know about improving, but I like them because they are close so I can check on my brother-in-law.

The quality of our parents lives improved immeasurably after moving to Amberleigh. Amberleigh has provided personal attention and service and a community that encourages a whole life at any age. There is a great deal of support, while allowing a high degree of independence.

It's been very good, a little expensive, but very good. We chose it because of the cottages. They are small cottages with a maximum of 18 patients in each cottage, so they had more one on one attention. We liked that they don't have to go to the cafeteria they bring the food to them.

I have been REALLY impressed with Georgetowne Place. The staff has kept tabs on my mom when she has missed a meal or they have not seen her. The staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic and the community is very well kept.

After touring a couple communities & a few online, I chose to move my dad in at The Waterford. I honestly thought when we took our tour & they provided our lunch, that the price was going to be too high. I was relieved to find out it was going to be affordable. My dad also requires a health care agency to administer his daily medication. I was very pleased to know that the health care provider has an office within the community. They also provided a furnished apt. so I had somewhere my dad was safe & warm while I got his apt ready.My dad moved in on Dec 9th, 2013. He comments that everyone that works there knows his name & tells him hello on a daily basis! I feel so comfortable knowing my dad is comfortable.

There seems to be a lot to do. It's a little smaller so a little more intimate. We've been very pleased with the people and the care that she's gotten.

Very nice place, large apartments and friendly staff. We will be moving in on December 14th.

I toured by myself. Monday 12/16 my mom, husband and I are having lunch and meeting with Eileen. I liked this facility during my first visit.

They stay full, for good reason. If there's an opening, I suggest that you might grab it quickly. The staff has a love of Seniors, a great, detailed, complete program in all sections (Memory Care & Assisted). In my case, the Memory Care Unit-Staff was great, they learn about each person, care for them & document all progress & changes. They played with mom, took her for walks, treated her with care & got to know her. The medical, pharmacy, care-staff & activities-staff all work together, efficiently. Great place.
