Nice space, lots of amenities, friendly staff.

We love them! They are pricey, but it's a good bang for the buck. They are loving every minute of it. They are having so much fun, they have so many activities. There is lots of room to walk around, and now she is healthier. The food is good, the ambiance is great. It's where I would go when I get that age if I could afford it, they have a barber shop on site and church on site, and they will take you there if you want to go to a different church. They have a library, just everything. If you don't come down to eat at least once a day, they check on you. They don't double the charge for two people, like most communities do, they only add the other persons' food cost. Utilities are not included. It's a good bang for the buck. It's gorgeous. I would recommend them to anybody. They work with Aid and Attendance.

I really liked Country Charm Village! I found the staff to be very nice, friendly, and helpful. I would say this is definitely a five star place. If my search for a place for my dad was not on hold, this would be one of my top choices. I lilke the way that the Army was represented throughout the facility. However, I do feel that all of the Armed Forces should be displayed. My dad was in the Navy, and I know that he would really enjoy the Navy being represented as well. Overall I give Country Charm Village a solid five!

We’re very happy! The community is very clean! They’re very helpful. My dad has been comfortable from day one! I feel they are most for value for the money. As far as I know the activities are good. It’s a great place. It’s not overwhelming. A lot of places we visited were very big and spread out. This one was on a smaller scale. A good fit for dad.

My loved one was only here briefly for a respite stay, but even in the short time she was there we were very impressed! I'd give them top marks across the board. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating! She really enjoyed herself here (although she had to leave a bit early due to an unexpected illness).

My mother moved from independent living in an over 55 complex to assisted living. She was not eating well, she was skipping her meds and she was isolated in her apartment. When she moved to Independence Village of East Lansing we expected she would be sad and withdrawn - it was a seamless transition. She has flowered - she has gained weight, she is participating in the activities, she loves the music, the movie nights, the scenic tours, trips to area restaurants for lunch. She is happy. She is well cared for. The residents and the staff are kind and caring. Independence Village has been a gift - for my mother and for our family.

Unfortunately, we had a short stay at Waterford because the level of care we needed turned out to be more extensive. However, while we were there they did everything they could to make things as wonderful as possible. Director, nurses, nurses aides - all wonderful!

very nice. Mary Ellen was very informative. My daughter and I went for lunch. It is the big meal of day and it was wonderful! $2900 is pretty high for senior living. But the place is beautiful.

We loved everything about the Waterford. They were fabulous, the staff, and everything was so clean and beautiful. The food was good. We were really sad to leave. They didn't have the level of care we needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

After visiting several of the facilities in the Greater Lansing Area, my father-in-law chose this one based on his feelings of comfort, caring and cost. He felt quite comfortable in his new surrounding. He was impressed by the care he received from everyone from the front desk to the head of maintenance and the kitchen workers. Finally, the cost was affordable. He enjoyed his stay at Independence Village of East Lansing.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for a loved one. The staff here were the most upbeat and friendly people we've ever met! The dining area and food were both very nice, and the facility itself was clean, beautiful, and had a pleasant homey atmosphere.

I'm very happy. The staff is great they definitely get a five. The home in general is very good. The food is pretty good. This seems to be best you can get for your money. Overall we are very happy with them.

I toured 4 communities in North Austin last month and this was by far the best. Really enjoyed the aquarium and amenities. Would highly recommend taking a tour if you're considering placing a loved one anywhere in N Austin.

I toured this location when I was looking into care options for my loved one. It was a nice looking community and the staff seemed friendly. This community handled both assisted living and memory care patients, and I was more interested in a community that focused on memory care specifically.

They do a good job with communication and everything. It was the overall look of the community, it was a little nicer and more luxurious than the others we saw and that's why we chose it. They are a pretty good community.

They were a larger community. They accepted him even though he was unable to walk. They were very kind and showed caring concern. They try very hard to keep people once they move in. Nobody has had anything but nice things to say about the place, and they were well trained for Alzheimers. The nurses and the hospice nurses were very gracious. We were only there briefly, but while we were there they were great.

Wyoming Springs has to be one of the nicest senior assisted living communities in Central Texas. Gorgeous dining rooms, and many deluxe amenities. State-of-the-art movie theater, beauty salon, and more. Regularly scheduled visits from foot care specialists, and other nice-to-have services for residents. The rooms/apartments are large and private, with many options to suit diverse preferences. Private kitchenettes in every room, as well as nice, safe bathrooms. It was clear that the staff, from the administration to maintenance, all care very much about residents, and they take their jobs as caregivers very seriously!

I really liked this place too. Looks like a nice hotel. Love the special touches like the chef in the kitchen, beautiful park and courtyard. I know my mother would like this one too.
