It's been very good. The food is good, she is eating too many desserts, she has so much to choose from, it's hard to pick the healthy options. We chose based on the overall experience, it was very bright and cheery, and friendly, and clean. We knew two people who lived there and their opinion weighed heavily on our decision. They knew everyone by name when we were walking around. We are very happy with them.

Mom lives here and we are extremely pleased with it. She enjoys the meals, cleanliness/Housekeeping, activities, and location. I feel she is in a secure environment with caring people.

They are a great place. It's clean and light and airy, it makes you feel like you want to go there. They have a great big list of entertainment that comes in, and activities. She loves the food. The staff is friendly. This is one of the best we have seen. No steps, no elevators, it's exactly what we needed. We are very happy with it. It was hands down the best of all the ones we looked at.

My Mom has dementia and we realized we needed to find her someplace safe and close to us rather than in her own home. And somewhere who accepted pets! No cat, no Mom. Sorry! After visiting several facilities, we decided on the Assisted Living at The Waterford and my Mom has been here for two months now. It is a little bit of an adjustment especially with the dementia but the staff have helped to make this a smooth transition. The staff and the other residents are so friendly that we felt so welcome from the very start. Mom has her own little apartment with her furnishings. The apartment size is excellent especially when she has been used to their own place and is an excellent value in comparison to other facilities. Mom is busy throughout the week with lots of activities from crafts, puzzles, games to speakers, music and movies. The staff makes sure to call on her to get her out of her apartment and mingling with the other residents. They handle all her needs from housekeeping, laundry, meals and medications. There is a nurse on staff 24/7 which is a comfort and communications with her doctor are taken care of by them now when there is a problem. It is such a joy now to visit (and more often since she is closer) as her daughter and not as her care taker. We have had so many wonderful quality visits to just talk and laugh about life. Looking forward to much more quality time with Mom and less stress for our families.

Fantastic!! This residence is just perfect. It's safe, clean and very welcoming. I had a great tour and Barb Fleischmann spent over an hour talking to me about the facility and answering questions. I would have no problem moving my mom to the residence at a future date. At this time, I would still need to have them assess my mom to make sure they could take her and we'd have to get her on a waiting list. As we aren't in need right now my next steps would be getting my dad to allow them to come to the house and do an assessment and then, if they would take her I'd get her on the waiting list.

Susan Goff and her staff were awesome during the tour of Elmcroft--helpful to the max. This facility has some wonderful benefits - close knit, best patient to caregiver ratio, new computer monitoring of medications to be given, patient care tasks to be done, etc. for CNAs and nursing staff. Susan, director, especially is very personable and knowledgeable of a multitude of services and resources to help when placing special needs persons. This group of caregivers does everything in their power to maintain the dignity of their patients. Love that!

It has only been 2 weeks since my mother-in-law has moved. She has been very active participating in a lot of the activities that Green Tree offers. The facility is very clean, the staff is very friendly. She is receiving PT/OT, there are washing machines/dryers down the hall from her. Everything is pretty convenient.

My Mom was able to live at Waterford for about a year. I have nothing but good things to say about Waterford. The dining room staff are exceptional. Jane was an absolute favorite of my Mom. They always took time to get food items for my Mom to eat that they knew she liked. Food was not very good for about two months there but then they brought on a Chef and from there on out it was excellent. Front desk staff extremely helpful and in my opinion went over and above to answer any questions. Have to give a shout out to the maintenance man there also. He always took the time out to talk to my Mom and was always a happy smiley person. Apartments are nice sized.

This location is first on my list, however, David is being a little difficult right now. I hope to get him to agree to a second visit next month.

This was my favorite. If I lived closer to it it would be my #1 choice.

We toured the facility this past Sunday (20th) and was delighted and very impressed with all the amenities & with Shawna! Certainly a place we'd like to place our Mother, however, there's a waiting list of 14 presently.

This is an impressive facility and remains on our list.

My dad has never said he liked a community until this one. It’s done a lot for my dad – he was depressed when we put him over there, but he’s much better now, being very happy. He says the food is good. He likes being around people his own age rather than in the all ages community he had been in.

She is happy there. She is very happy with the staff. They keep it very clean, and they are very responsive. If I call or she calls they are right there to take care of everything. They do have activities. The one thing that could be improved or done better is that they don't have a little store for water or toothpaste, little things, and that would be nice.

We were completely pleased with every aspect of Summit Point. From staff to the facility, they couldn't have been more helpful or supportive. Unfortunately, our Moms health took a drastic turn and she passed away soon after she moved to Summit Point. She wasn't able to get involved with the many activities and very friendly residents she was just getting to know. We would definitely recommend you check out this warm and caring facility for your loved ones..

I took my daughter with me to see this one and we both liked it very much. I haven't had a chance to take Mother to see it, but I put a deposit on it to hold it with the special price that they are having right now. It is refundable if Mother doesn't want it after seeing it, if she has not moved in.

Our mom has only been at the Waterford at Levis Commons for a short time, but I believe we have her in the best place possible. This facility is more like a beautiful hotel. The apartments for the residents are amazing. Everyone that we have met has been so friendly, kind and welcoming. It is so comforting to know that our mom is in such a wonderful and caring environment. Thank you, Waterford at Levis Commons. We would also like to thank Jane DiSalle at A Place for Mom, who connected us with such a fantastic place for our dear mom. THANK YOU!

Mom stayed there for 5 days before we made our decision. Kathleen kept us up to date on vacancies, and everything fell in to place exactly right. The staff is so helpful as we are 5 hours away. Mom moved in near our daughter, and we will be heading there soon also. Mom could bring her pup (which was a very strong criteria for her) and in bad weather one of the staff will take 'Suzie' out for her. So far, we are quite pleased with the Waterfor

Mom loved this place but unfortunately the apartment she liked most is out of her price range. She really wants to have a bathtub/shower combination; this only comes in the most expensive apartment at the Waterford.

It’s a fantastic place. We have no complaints at all. My loved one doesn’t p … but they have a lot of activities… very well run! There are just no complaints at all. They’re good to people and good to families.
