Loved this place and its location. If they had a 2-bedroom available I would move my parents in, but unfortunately all they have available is the 1-bedroom and its so small.

We are very happy with them. I have found the staff to be excellent, very friendly and very outgoing. The accommodations are very good. It is smaller than our last place, which we find to be excellent, there is a lot of individual attention. When there is an activity they go to each door, and invite them to join. The menu is varied and they do offer alternatives, but the residents still complain from time to time.

Residents are happy here. The staff is happy here. This seems like a really great place for both those who live here and those who work here! I toured during lunch hour and the dining room was filled with conversation and smiles. I love that it is dog-friendly. I think my favorite part was the resident store. It reminded me of co-ops run by student clubs in college, but much better (items ranged from toiletries to food to holiday cards to knick knacks and fine china!) Also, the rooms have *huge* closets! I'd definitely recommend checking this place out.

The major thing that I can see that they do well is that they are very compassionate, and very involved with their people. Their leadership does not lead sitting in an office directing, but are actively involved. All the residents here seem very happy, and we are all certainly happy with the experience we have had with The Waterford at Fort Worth.

We toured this community when we were looking into options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking community! It was clean, well kept, and everyone seemed very friendly. The downsides for us were that they did not accept pets, and that the rooms did not have patios or balconies.

We had to deal with all this long distance as we all live out of state, and they made it incredibly easy for us. They were very accommodating, provided short term storage facility to hold some items during the transition, and did other little things to make it a pleasing and smooth. Any time there has been an issue (which have always been minor) they are very quick to respond. We are very pleased with Cottonwood Village.

We went over there to do our first tour in early June. My step mom was not ready to move in yet, so we took our time and moved things along slowly. We finally got moved in during late September. At that time they did not have any of the same class of apartments that we had initially gotten set up with, even though we had already put down a deposit on it. She is happy with where she is and they said they would move her for free to the type of place we initially wanted if one becomes available, so they have been accommodating. It is definitely the best place for her to be!

We learned of The Woodlands through a family recommendation and it was a huge boon to us as we tried to find the best possible place for my mother. The facilities are very good; warm and friendly, just like the staff. Every person I have dealt with or encountered since our initial move-in almost two years ago has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our main liaison has been Ashley Wolf, Sales Director. She was excellent at explaining the care and levels and has continued to assist us with a high level of personal help throughout my mother's residency. Finding the Woodlands provided us with an easy answer to the difficult question of assisted living. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend it to others as a high quality choice in the future.

I love the openness of the communications and the cooperation of everyone. They were absolutely tremendous for us! We had to find a place very quickly and they were just phenomenal. They went out of their way to accommodate us, and have just been wonderful! The only thing I can thing of where they might could improve would be to have some sort of system in place that proactively encourages residents to get out and meet with others and get engaged that are otherwise reluctant to do so.

It might be nice to have other residence introduce themselves, maybe a small group would be interested to great new tenants. Make them feel more comfortable.

I think they do an excellent job at Good Tree, they're taking very good care of my loved one. The staff are all very friendly, and really seem to care about what is best for each person as an individual. My loved one is in the memory care unit, but he is much more lucid than most of the residents there, so the staff will bring him out to participate in activities with the assisted living residents so he gets some social time. We've had a great experience with Good Tree so far, and would recommend them to others looking in the area!

They're doing a great job at Pacifica Senior Living! The people here are very nice, and they seem to have everything covered. The kitchen staff in particular are very respectful, and the food is always good and on-time! I'm really enjoying not having to worry about preparing meals anymore!

I really can't think of anything they can do to improve at LaurelHurst & LaurelWoods. Everybody there is very welcome. Mom seems to have a very caring staff that works with her and genuinely cares for her.

It's going very well so far. She hasn't had any complaints. She got to pick this place, which it seems a lot of people don't get to do. The building is beautiful, inside and out, it's gorgeous. They have antique furniture, and antique knick-knack kind of things, which she loves. It's even less expensive for her. She uses her brain a lot more here than she would at home by herself. They have gotten her involved in a choir, and activities. She is very happy here.

We had a problem with the air conditioner, and they went above and beyond to get it fixed, having to pull it a part four times over the course of two weeks. They were very responsive when mom was complaining about the temperature, and followed up regularly with me. It has been a very positive experience.

I think they are doing a good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't really have any concerns with them at this point.

It was a rough transition, but they have been very supportive. It's very clean, and the staff has gone above and beyond, so I have been more than happy. She loves the place. The food is pretty good. They don't do a very large breakfast, just like cereal and oatmeal, but a great job on Sunday brunches. If there have been any complaints like a light bulb out or something, they are right on it. It's mostly just about getting used to it.

Another very nice place which would suit my mom very well. Would be difficult to choose between the various top choice places.

Of all the places we looked at, it was by far the cheapest. For us it is extremely convenient, and gives alot of value for the dollar. My father is mobile, but needs his meals cooked and to make sure he takes his medicine, and supervision. He is pretty happy; he likes it. Everything is good. It's been a very positive experience, all the way around.
