Everything is good, it's very clean, and the staff is friendly. I feel like we got a good deal. The communication with the family is great, the care, the activities. The only complaint is that they feed them too much chicken and not enough beef and pork. She is just getting tired of chicken is all.

I like the people here, exercise class, love the food!

I have lived here for 6 years and have made the best of friends for life! We had an art class last week that was fantastic and a historian come from the University to talk on WI history.

My husband and I love living here and the food and wine club are wonderful!! We are Veterans and the staff have really worked hard to keep us happy.

Things have gone very well with The Lodge at White Bear so far, I'd give them top marks across the board! The people are friendly, the facility is clean and well kept, and even the food is good! They really go out of their way to make everyone feel at home, and also do a good job orienting new residents to the community. I'd recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area!

Our visit to the Waterford was very pleasant with Brian Culpepper being a wonderful host!

It's going really good. It's very clean, and the staff is pretty nice. The food is excellent. They have something going on everyday for entertainment and activity, I can't even keep up or do it all. The rooms are nice, and big. I liked the general appearance of The Waterford, and it just sort of fit me. I liked the manager and the director, they were really nice to me. The other residents here are very nice as well, and I have made a lot of friends.

They are very good but they are very expensive. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They could use a little more variety of activities. The food is good, maybe a four based on the fact that people with strict dietary needs, or if you need organic, or if you have a lactose problem you may be stuck. I chose them because, I like the location, and the facility was so nicely kept. They are very nice, and incredibly accommodating, helpful and patient. It had a very warm clean environment. I didn't realize that negotiation is a big part of it, there are people with bigger rooms for much less, so remember to negotiate!

Heather, KIm and Todd were amazing. What a spectacular place. The accommodations and services are top-notch.

My father's apartment at The Jefferson is nice. This facility is undergoing some major issues at this point in time. Management has changed here recently to come in and try to improve things. The main caretakers have changed as well. The food is awful. We were served bean soup, with no beans, potato soup with no potatoes and the food is cold. The other day, the entire wait staff called in sick. Hoping for changes soon. This place is close to me, so it's very convenient.

I'm happy being at The Wellington. The rooms are very spacious. The dining area is very comfortable with plenty of room for people with walkers and wheelchairs. The facility is very clean, and staff is nice and caring. No complaints.

My parents were very apprehensive and more than just sad to leave their home of 68 years, but we knew the time had come. From the minute we walked in the front door, and were greeted to take our tour, we knew this was the right place for them. The staff was warm and gracious. Everyone who worked there took the time to greet us as we passed through. The facility was beautiful and very well maintained. Those living there all looked happy and active, which was just what we wanted. I can't emphasize enough, how positive a move the staff has made this for my parents. I will forever be grateful to them, for taking a difficult life altering situation and turning it into a positive experience.

We've had a great experience with The Amberleigh so far! During the sales process they did an excellent job making sure we had all the relevant information and giving us a good idea of what they were able to provide. And, after moving in, they've continued to be available and informative regarding any questions we've had. I like that they assign an "ambassador" to new residents to help them learn their way around and get a feel for the community. In general I just like feel of the place overall, it has a warm friendly atmosphere and light open areas for the residents to socialize in.

Everything is going well a The Jefferson. My loved one is seeking in. It's a great place, and I'm happy with their services. I'm satisfied with the care they provide, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of the facility. Overall, things are great.

We still have our good days and bad but overall my Mom's stay in the assisted living at The Waterford has been enjoyable. They are helping her to adapt to her new apartment and have taken the stress of medication management etc... off of my shoulders. She is also experiencing so much more interaction with seniors her own age than she did living by herself and with no car. Because of proximity, I'm able to visit more often and she enjoys seeing me. It is nice to be there as a daughter and not a caretaker...more quality time to look through old pictures, take in a movie or go shopping than before. And at the end of the day, I know she is someplace safe! And pets are accepted so she is extremely happy that her cat could come with her.

I have been very satisfied, and she has been very happy, and is starting to make friends. They keep it very clean, and the staff is friendly. They have a really nice salad bar with nice fresh fruits and vegetables. I like the location. She likes to sit out on the patio. We thought it was beautiful, friendly and easy to work with.

My experience at the Villa Santa Barbara was great! I appreciate everything you guys did for me.

Very impressed with GreenTree at Post Road. One of the top two. Great studio. Friendly staff. Residents seemed very happy.

The Waterford is a beautiful place. Excellent staff to make your love one feel at home.

We are very happy and pleased with our choice. The advisor I talked to was so very helpful and kind and understanding about how my husband and I felt. But my mother-in-law surprised us and has accepted the move very well. Everyone at the Wellington is so very nice. Thank you so much for your help with us finding a place for Mom.
