Really liked the two bedroom I was shown. Community Relations Director, Venessa was very knowledgeable. Will return for another tour with my wife on Monday March 30 after the Chapel Valley tour.

This is a great place. The community is beautiful. The staff was friendly and very informative. At the top of my list.

I toured here as I was looking into options. I would recommend any of the places I toured they were all very good. The staff were all extremely friendly, and patient. This however was more of an assisted living place, it didn't have the security we were looking for, as our loved one would be able to come and go.

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. I was very impressed with this community overall! The facility itself was well kept and clean, they had a busy activity schedule, and the staff all seemed very friendly and professional.

On behalf of my brother and his family and myself and my family, I would like to extend a great thank you for everything that your facility did to make our mom feel not just comfortable, but to feel as though she has been there for years. From the first greeting my family received at the main desk, to the associates we met, everyone was very professional and warm. We do wish she had been there a little longer so she could have felt like she was connecting more, but with time being against us, she was made to feel both comfortable as well as welcome.

I can sleep at night knowing my mother is in a wonderful place like The Wellington. We have had only great interaction from all the staff....weather it is asking for my mother to get hair done at the beauty shop to housekeeping Thank you so much for taking such excellent care of my mother.

I love this place. The staff and attendants are very helpful and polite. They are great with communication, I always know what is going on. It is a great place to visit my loved one in.

Remington at Valley Ranch has been an excellent place! The staff are are wonderful, friendly people, and the rooms are fantastic. Our loved one's suite has a living room plus an extra room that we were able to turn into a dining room, which we were able to decorate with her beloved family hutch. The rest of the suite we were able to decorate in her own style. It was so important to us that we could set up her space with as many things as possible from her home of 60 years to make her feel comfortable. Having my Mother live here has been a wonderful experience.

They are doing a great job. My mom loves it there, and I love it there. The building is wonderful. They are very accommodating. They have a good variety of activities, for different activity levels. We don't really have any complaints, I would rate them very highly.

The residence is friendly and welcoming. The staff knew the residents names and the residents knew the staff.. Residents could be seen gathering in small groups visiting and enjoying each other's company. Many were participating in the activities. Meal times seemed more of a time to visit than just a necessary part of life. The food was generally very good with few complaints. I would recommend the Wellington at NRH to anyone searching for this type of living. It seemed like a place to "live".

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place overall, although my loved one was not really ready for assisted living quite yet. It is somewhere we are keeping in mind should things get to that point, however!

I was impressed with the facility, and I found the two bedroom apartment inviting. However, it is not the type of housing I need at this time

Overall we're very pleased with how things have gone so far at The Gardens at Keystone Woods! The people are all very friendly and helpful, the facility itself is clean and well kept, and they take great care of the people who live here.

They are doing an excellent job. I have no concerns about how clean it is. they are very accommodating and helpful. They are doing everything they can for her, and she doesn't always make it easy. I am very happy with Pacifica.

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. I was very impressed by The Waterford at Fort Worth! It is a beautiful place, the staff are friendly, and the people who live here seem very happy! Unfortunately our loved one suffered some health complications and was not able to move in, but I would definitely recommend them to others!

I am continually impressed with The Woodlands and their caring spirit. When searching for a home for my elderly parents, the staff, cost and convenience were deciding factors and the Woodlands met my expectations on all accounts. The care and concern shown for my parents has been exceptional. I highly recommend this facility.

Things are going very well with The Woodlands of Columbus! I don't get to visit often as I live out of state, but my loved one really seems to be enjoying himself here, and I have heard nothing but good things from relatives who have seen the place!

Very caring and friendly atmosphere. Employees call all tenants by name and have long term employment status. Tenants help new people meet others by taking on mentoring type roles for dining and introductions. My mom was very hesitant and within a couple weeks she was feeling good about her move, loves the food and has met several people she considers friends.

It's going very well. The food seems to be really good. Their attention to the residents is good. They seem to have a lot of activities for the residents. We are really pleased.

We weren't here very long. The timing just didn't work out for us. They were great! They were professional, thorough, and caring. They really worked hard with him for the few days we were there. They tried to work with me, they were very creative, it was just a timing thing.
