This place has been pretty great. The only issue we have is if my loved one is getting enough physical therapy because were paying extra for that. Overall, we are very pleased.

I would recommend The Waterford at Fitchburg. They are very friendly. The people are very nice. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars. I rate the Friendliness 5 stars. I rate the Value 5 stars. I rate the Care Services 5 stars. I cannot rate the activities because I have not been there long enough. This is a great place if your looking for a friendly and clean community.

This is a great facility with an excellent director. The food is nutritious and well prepared. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars! The Activities, Care Services, Value, Friendliness, and Cleanliness are all 5 stars as well. I rated this community 5 stars down the line. I have had a great experience with the Independence Village of East Lansing! I highly recommend this facility, You will be pleased.

The Wellington in North Richland Hills is a great place and its very clean. The staff is very nice and professional. Overall, we are very happy with everything, services, location and cleanliness, all great.

They are doing a fabulous job here. I would rate them very highly. My mom is very happy here. The food is very good. Everything is just wonderful. We are very pleased with them.

The Waterford is PERFECT! Mom is so happy there and we could not have been made more welcome. The entire staff is incredible; all are genuine and truly have their residents' best interests at heart. The environment is awesome. Oh, and the food is great! If in the Jackson, MS area, this is definitely a place you should consider if looking for an independent living facility.

It is a excellent place to be at. They provide everything here at the facility that my mom needs and im out no money as at the other facility she was at I was out of a lot of money they where not doing anything. The food is pretty good and better than where she was and my mom has choices on each meal. The wellington at Dayton is a beautiful place. Because of my moms sickness she doesn't do any activities but im sure good.

She is real happy with it. It's clean and the staff is friendly. She doesn't complain about the food. She plays bingo and exercises, there is plenty of activity going on. We are pleased with them so far.

Our Dad will be 90 this summer. He has found Wynnfield Crossing to meet his needs. The people are caring & supportive. The food he reports as excellent. Our family appreciates the response we receive from the administrative staff when Dad has questions or issues.

My mother lives here and its a great facility. The food is really good and have some good activities. The staff are really caring.

My mom moved in January 2015, due to advancing dementia and unable to live at home by herself. She moved from the assisted living unit to the memory care unit after 2+ months because the staff believed there would be more hands-on activities for her (and more oversight by staff). The staff has been outstanding and it's clear they really care about the residents. My mom had to go to the hospital a couple times (through no fault of Aspen). The nursing staff was active in calling me directly to alert me of what was happening and suggest a trip to the hospital, as well as some calling me after she was admitted to check up on her.

The staff, facility, and the food was first rate. Mom felt very much at home, as did we. The family would highly recommend the living environment to all that would be interested in providing a wonderful living experience for a loved one.

So far things are going pretty well. We are very happy with the service. All of the feedback I have gotten has been positive, there have been no complaints so far. I would rate them very highly at this point.

Both Heathers, Connie, Todd the activities staff the desk concierge personel ar all top notch staff. Everyone treats the residents like they are their true family. I'm so happy for my mom and I to have found the Waterford. I love them all for taking such pride in their residents and for their level of caring. Thank you and God bless each and everyone of you. They are doing a great job over there. She is settling in and we have been very pleased so far. They are taking good care of her, and are very attentive.I'm pleased with the staff and the care they provide. The facility is well maintained, and overall, I'm satisfied with the services they offer.

We have had a wonderful and very satisfying experience with the administration and staff at the Waterford in Fairfield. We were greeted with our name posted at the front desk by a friendly receptionist who led us into a conference room where our questions were met with compassion and sincerity. They were very knowledgeable and resourceful regarding our needs. The activities they provide are fantastic! The residents are friendly, fun, and encouraging. Not only does the Waterford have their own library, there is easy access to the Lane library and Community Arts center across the street. With all that the Waterford has to offer, it enhances its ability to be a community desired by all.

Can't tell you how very pleased we are with The Waterford at Fairfield. I got the red carpet treatment they had a picture of me in a frame. I can't say enough after 26 facilities I looked at from social workers, hospital personal such nightmares. Places for Mom I found The Waterford called me.

We have been pleased with the staff and helpfulness they know dad by name., The Staff is very friendly, and very, very receptive. They've done a great job so far, and we would definitely recommend them

We are extremely happy with The Wellington of NRH. Everyone is friendly and the care given to mother is wonderful . Thank you to A place for Mom. The meals are served in a way that my mother feels like she has gone out eat. We are always invited to eat with her which is so appreciated.
