A really great place and great staff. We have just had my parents living at the Remington for 1 month now. The Remington has gone to extra lengths to try to get my father involved in activities albeit he just wants to sit and watch television right now. My mother loves it and has made numerous new friends and is very involved in many of the activities that are available to the residents. Again, the are a great facility and would recommend to anyone.

I thought that the particular nurse assigned to my mother's case was not well enough trained to take care of geriatric patients, which my mother was. Other than that everything was fine, we just didn't have a nurse that could care for her in the right way.

The Waterford At Plano seemed like a real nice place. It was a good experience, everything was nice. The location was ideal for me because I just live three miles away. The dining room was good, everything was good.

The staff at The Waterford at West Bend (formerly Emerald Way) really seem to care about the residents. The staff are all regular employees, so the staff and residents get to know one another. The atmosphere at The Waterford is homey, from the dining area with the large wood tables and country decor, to the TV room with the leather furniture, to the library/puzzle room, to the patio with padded chairs. The rooms are more apartment-like than some other places we toured, with a large living area with kitchenette and a separate bedroom, as well as a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The monthly rates are all inclusive based on the care level, so you know exactly what you are paying from month to month... no added charges for services like showers, medication administration, laundry, etc. The only thing The Waterford does not offer is group outings. There is a daily activity schedule, but all the activities are on-site. However, the salesperson indicated they may be getting a van in the near future so outing may be an option in the future.

It's just been perfectly fine. We haven't had any problems or complaints at all. I would rate them a five out of five. We have been very happy with them.

Friendly staff and residents. Restaurant style dining. Pull cords in bedroom and bathroom. The one bedroom apartments are well designed and have a full kitchen. It had the feel of a place one could call "home."

It has been a good experience for my dad and the socialization has been good.

Excellent, clean facility. Friendly staff and residents. Prices are reasonable and there are several apartment options. It is independent living with no option for assisted.

Well they are just extremely helpful, extremely professional and I have nothing to say but good things about my entire experience with them.

They've done a real good job helping out with my dad, including activities and all that. He seems to be happy there.

My experience with them was wonderful. Though our loved one never got to make it here, we were very impressed with the director and the manager. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have even put my name on the long term waiting list.

Their staff is here constantly, asking what can they do for me, they check if I need anything. They have a schedule that works, they offer to come take care of my dog without me even having to ask. They are very friendly and sweet, and the same people come to help me all the time. I had a terrible experience at another place, and this is so much better. I get good care here.

They did an excellent job. We were only there for a short time (about two weeks) as my mother ended up passing away, but during the short time they were there we were very happy with them.

The people working their were very nice and did their best to help my father as a resident.

I just talked to my mother in law today. She really likes it. She loves the staff. She says everyone is friendly. Everything is going well for her. I would recommend it to anyone. I have already recommended it to people I know. This is a really nice community with a friendly atmosphere. We are very pleased with this facility. It's has been great. We haven't had any major issues or concerns. We are happy.

It's nice. Everything is great. My parents live here and everything has been going great for them. The inside of the facility is very clean. It's well kept. There are no messes. Everyone is very friendly. They seem like caring people. Overall, the Wyoming Springs Assisted Living is a nice community. It has been an excellent experience. The staff has been great as well. We are just very pleased with everything.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought The Waterford was a really really nice looking place! It was one of the more expensive options we saw, both in terms of base cost and cost for care, but they provided a lot for what you were paying. The apartments were large and spacious, and they all had in unit washer/dryers, as well as fireplaces and balconies. The activity schedule here looked very busy as well.

This was the most efficient use of space. Moreover, the move from independent to dependent living is minor. Staff was outstanding. A couple of the residents were already familiar with my mother. Food was wonderful. I so much liked the way that employees are not allowed into a tenant's quarters without a P.O. system being in place. As far as I could tell, it is well-run.

Everyone at the Waterford in Mesquite is so professional, kind and helpful. My father has found his new home and loves it there.

The Waterford at Fairfield is a phenomenal Facility. The people that work there are unbelievably kind and patient. They will do anything to help you. Even in an emergency they are right there doing what they can. My mom has told me that the the food is excellent except on Friday's when they serve fish. It has been wonderful for my mother. This is a very nice community with a very friendly atmosphere.
