Our experience with Roemont Assisted Living has been a very good one, I'd give them top marks across the board. They've been helpful and easy to work with throughout the whole process, and we haven't had any concerns about our loved one since she moved in. It's a very nice place, overall.

We loved this place and loved their affordability too.

We really like the Waterford! It's great, I would give them a positive review.

The staff are very friendly at The Lodge at White Bear. My mom has loved it from the first time she checked it out. The staff is the greatest. It feels like home for her. She gets three meals a day, they do laundry, cleaning. All she has to worry about is getting herself dressed and ready. It has been a really good fit for her. They always have coffee on hand and snacks 24 hours a day. This facility is really ideal. The administrative staff go around with coffee at every meal and get a chance to get to know the people. We could not be happier.

If Crown Pointe could add physical therapy on site that would be good. It is a litter more expensive than the competition also. Other than that we have been pretty happy with this facility. Overall it's been a good experience.

We are happy with Renaissance West At Northbend Crossing. My mother is in the memory care unit because it was the only room available at the time. It has turned out to be a better situation for her, because she receives more care there than in the assisted living area. She fell last week and the nurse and staff helped her immediately. The staff appear to be very caring and talk pleasantly with her. The first week she was there, the staff in the dining room already knew her name. The food is really good there, too! They offer lots of activities, but at this point, Mom has not participated in many of them. Hopefully, she will join in soon. The facility is safe, beautiful and always clean. The Executive Director, Debra Saul, is very compassionate and capable. She knew I was upset about not being able to take care of Mom anymore and she gave me a book about dealing with Alzheimer's and dementia. She has helped our family feel comfortable with our decision to place Mom in a care facility.

Really a great place for my sister. All her needs are met . The other people that live there and all the staff are friendly and kind .

They were very friendly. They helped and answered all our questions. Their meals and food service seems to be excellent. I don't have anything bad to say about it. Anything we have observed or participated in went above and beyond our expectations.

At The Waterford at Fitchburg we needed transportation back and forth for some medical appointments. The staff actually volunteered their vehicle on a day they don't normally do medical appointments. I just really thought that was nice and going above and beyond.

So far I love it. I would give them a five. We haven't had any complaints about food, or activities, or anything really. We haven't found any hidden fees, or extra unexpected charges. We have been happy with them.

My loved one really loves the interactions with the other residents and the hospitality and assistance that the staff gives. As far as improvements, if the residents are physically able it would be nice to take them to outings more; like the zoo or museum or some other activity besides what is on campus. I think that would be a big motivation.

My mom and dad have both enjoyed the companionship they get with other residents their age at The Waterford, but they also get to enjoy the privacy they have in their own apartment away from everyone else.

I was impressed with Wyoming Springs from the first time I visited until now, a month after my mother moved into assisted living. It offers a casual, comfortable "feel" to visitors and residents, and I've never run into a staff member who was not friendly. Although my mother is having some trouble adapting to her situation, she's happy with the community itself. I've had to ask for help from various staff members to orient mother to her new life, and every one of them has done what I've asked, and sometimes beyond. The one-bedroom apartments are a bit larger than others I've seen, and mother was able to use a good number of her pieces of her furniture to make the space home-like. I appreciate the encouragement Wyoming Springs has offered me in this difficult time.

The only thing I did not like was the pushiness of the recruiter. I think everything is pretty good as far as the staff. They have been real helpful. The other residents have been getting to know my loved ones. I think they have done a pretty good job.

I moved my mother to summit point after she lived in her home for 50 plus years. The staff are amazing, caring and informative. They have become like family to me and my mom. They look after her and encourage her to join in the programs.I would recommend summit point to anyone who is looking for a great place where your parent enjoy their final years.

I think they are doing very well so far. I don't have any major complaints at this point. It's working out pretty well, and I would rate them very highly so far. I would give them a five.

I wish I had moved here years ago. The main reason I love it, is I have a full kitchen again, so I can cook if I want. I like that my living room is bigger. I like that my car is so close, and convenient. They have been really friendly for the most part. The library is right across the street. The golf course is five minutes away. They have a couple of things a week for activities that I enjoy. I eat lunch and dinner here, and the food is pretty good, they have only had one thing I didn't like. They get the food out fast. The price was reasonable based on what I was paying before. They have gone out of their way. I recommend it to anybody.

Rosemont Assisted Living of Kingwood is family run and very family oriented. They make sure that the family members of the residents are always welcome to come in to visit and share a meal. They have really helped us out a lot and given us the support we need and helped the family to get adjusted in a way that you can't put a price tag on. They are very good at communicating with us on how things are going and sharing their thoughts and suggestions, as well as listening to our feedback. I have no complaints at all.

My mother recently moved into the assisted living area at Wyoming Springs. We visited 2 other communities (after I visited about 8 communities alone first) and both really liked Wyoming Springs because of the comfortable, casual atmosphere, the friendly staff, the lively attitude of residents at lunch, the nicely-appointed rooms, and the options of events to be involved in. As expected, the move and changes have been somewhat difficult for mother; however, Wyoming Springs has worked with me to try to solve mother getting used to them and them getting used to mother. I really hope mother will adapt because I think this is a great place for her to be.

Our experience with The Waterford at Fairfield has been a very good one so far! The staff here does a wonderful job! The people are friendly, professional, and they were a huge help throughout the whole process. I saw a few other communities in the area, and this was the only one that didn't have that nursing home feel, it is very warm and inviting. I highly recommend it!
